Île d'Ortygie : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Buen lugar para dormir 3 personas. Céntrico y tranquilo. Estuvimos como en casa

Increíble ubicación, con dos terrazas muy lindas. Una desde la que se ve el mar y es un gran placer para desayunar o almorzar. La otra no tiene vista al mar desde una silla sino que hay que pararse, pero a la tarde le da el sol y es muy bonita. Muy amables en el checkin. Nos dejaron una canasta con productos locales muy ricos como atención a nuestro arribo. Como característica, dos de los cuartos no tienen ventanas con luz sino que son dormitorios internos. El dormitorio principal si tiene ventana a la calle y es muy bonito, pero el único baño que está en ese piso está a un poco lejos. El otro baño es un poco pequeño y está en el piso superior, por lo que no es de tan fácil y cómodo acceso. De todas formas, realmente vale la pena el alojamiento. Después de haber recorrido la isla casi por completo, creemos que Ortigia es el pueblo o ciudad más linda de Sicilia, por encima de bellezas como Taormina o Cefalú.

My family just spent a week at Villa Carmen (6 Adults and 1 dog) and really enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of space with an amazing outdoor area with a lovely pool. The location is perfect as it’s close to Ortigia and the coast where you’ll find some lovely restaurants. (You will need a car) The host Giuseppe was really friendly and is super responsive. He gave us some fantastic recommendations and was happy to accommodate anything we requested. Certainly recommended.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’endroit calme et bien situé près de lieux de baignade. En espérant pouvoir y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment. Loved the interior design and the terrace was a great sun trap. Hosts were very informative and quick on comms when we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

Apartamento precioso en un palazzo decadente situado en un lugar que nos pareció mágico: el entorno del mercado de Ortigia. Puestos de verdura, fruta y el pescado más variado y más fresco que puedas imaginar. Soleado todo el día y con muchas comodidades (lavadora, secadora, plancha, cocina muy completa..) Ahora bien, quienes tienen problemas de sueño deben tener en cuenta lo siguiente: las dos habitaciones no tienen puertas; están separadas visualmente pero sólo se cierran con cortinas. Asimismo, hay que tener en cuenta que los vendedores del mercado comienzan a trabajar sobre las 6 y son sicilianos muy sicilianos y, por tanto, bastante bulliciosos. A nosotros también esto nos gustó.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Ein kleines Schmuckstück mitten in Ortigia. Sehr liebevoll und artsy eingerichtet. Das grüne Schlafzimmer mit dem Balkon hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die schöne Terasse mitten in den Dächern von Ortigia haben wir sehr genossen und haben sooft wie möglich da gegessen und die Athmosphäre genossen. Einen Katzensprung entfernt ist der Markt wo wir uns schon morgens mit frischen Früchten/Gemüse eindecken konnten. Alles ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen und es macht Spass sich in den vielen verwinkelten Gässchen zu verlaufen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier als Familie! Danke Ginevra und Alberto, (beide sehr sympathisch und freundlich!) Falls wir mal wieder in Siracusa sind kommen wir gerne wieder!

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

Had a great stay! Very convenient and very nice little house in a great location for walking around. Was even able to settle down and get work done during the afternoons.

What can I say, what an amazing find in Ortigia. On a beautiful historic street close to the cathedral and historic monument but also moments from the sea. The apartment is beautiful, with clean parquet wooden floors throughout and everything feels like it has been recently renovated. It has a great kitchen with a hob, large fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is glorious, spacious with a really comfortable bed. And the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. The living room has a really comfy sofa and a large flat screen tv. It’s really tastefully decorated. There’s a small, but perfectly formed terrace with comfy seating. The hosts kindly left us some snacks, water and coffee, which we appreciated. And most importantly, Salvatore was really helpful in finding parking for our car, just around the corner from the apartment, which was a massive help. Salvatore was very responsive to any questions we had. And we’d definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für bis zu 6 Personen. Dadurch dass es zwei Bäder und eine große Küche gibt, richtig ideal. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten. Für uns war alles perfekt. Die Gegend selbst ist nur für die Übernachtung interessant. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell in der Stadt. Diese ist natürlich traumhaft.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal eine Woche im Appartment von Emanuela und Peppe sehr genossen. Vor allem die großzügige Wohnung mit den Balkons und die zentrale und gleichzeitig ruhige Lage der Unterkunft waren sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Emanuela und Peppe lief jederzeit schnell und reibungslos - auch wenn einmal ein Problem auftrat. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Siracusa. Daniele is super friendly and calm, always replied quickly and gave a lot of nice little tips via chat each morning. He even surprised us with a bowl of homemade olives :) The room with the balcony towards the ocean is amazing! It's a little bit makeshift, but very cozy, clean and with many cute details. The balcony itself had the greatest views I've every experienced! Overall a perfect stay! I would've given 6/5 if possible.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Marcella is a warm and responsive host. She allowed us to check in very early and her place was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.

Erste Häuserreihe am Meer. Kleiner Mini-Sandstrand und Treppe 20 m entfernt. Ideal für Meerliebhaber. Wunderschöne, grosszügige Veranda (wenn man steht, sieht man das Meer). Kleine 1-Zimmerwohnung mit Kochnische; ideal für Frühstück und kleine Mahlzeiten. Bei schönem Wetter eine super Wohnung. Ideal um Ortegia/Syrakus/Noto zu besuchen. Für alles (Restaurant/Einkaufen/Ausflüge) ist ein Auto nötig. Robin war sehr engagiert, einem gute Tipps zu geben. Wir genossen ruhige Tage mit viel Baden und Kurzausflügen nach Ortigia.

Gostaríamos de deixar registrado o quanto valeu nossos seis dias na habitação da Giulia! Começou com a recepção e check-in feito pelo seu pai, que foi muito atencioso e nos mostrou toda a funcionalidade da casa, também nós deu boas dicas de restaurantes etc.. Mesmo não vendo a Giulia pessoalmente, ela sempre se fez presente ao nos mandar bom dia, todos os dias e sempre se colocar a nossa disposição. Quanto a habitação, tem todo conforto divulgado e está muito próxima de Ortígia, da estação de trens, do comércio em geral. Enfim, adoramos tudo e recomendamos com toda certeza, sem medo de errar! Se voltarmos a Siracusa, lá nos hospedaremos!

Maria Teresa was amazing. She had so much information about sites, restaurants, tips etc for us to do, all printed out. A very well appointed apartment with all the little extras. Easy to return to when you need a break. Maria Teresa is an extremely good host and lovely lady .

We loved our 10 day winter stay at Manuel's place. The views are unbeatable. The bed is very comfortable, the location is fantastic, and the place is very spacious (and more beautiful than the photos). He was responsive to any questions or needs but also gave us our privacy too. highly recommend!
