Daphne’s place was so clean! I have not stayed in an airbnb with a cleaner bathroom! Not a far walk to the beach at all. Very relaxing getaway with family! Daphne was proactive with communication and let us know everything we needed to know! We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great time staying in Nikki's condo. The apartment itself is small but perfect - it was clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The ocean view from the balcony is unbeatable. The location couldn't have been better. The ocean is right in front of you, just across the parking lot, and you're within walking distance to a selection of restaurants as well as a grocery store. Check-in was super easy, and Nikki provided clear and helpful instructions for everything you could possibly need. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Great condo! Perfect for families!

I booked this place for some of our law students to stay while they were there attending a competition. The place was conveniently located and everything was beautiful. The host were extremely proactive and provided us with all sorts of recommendations prior to us getting there. They were also super responsive during our entire stay! I would definitely recommend this location

Rich was great to work with and very responsive to all our questions. The place was exactly what we needed to get away as well as a great location to get to key areas!

Jerry and Kelly were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed walking out on the dock w our coffee and pup in the mornings.

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay at Walter's Place. The Host is very nice and responsive! The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and private. The Apartment is cut and clean. We will definitely be booking again!

The place was very nice and we really enjoyed ourselves. The smallest issue that we could come up with was the TV's were really outdated but besides that the place was spectacular and the area that the home was located was excellent and a beautiful ride to get to it. The pictures was didn't really do it justice the place was very beautiful and the beach was literally behind the home. My wife and I loved it!!!

The home and the surrounding area was beautiful, more than we expected! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were lovely and the furniture was cozy!! We had so much fun playing foozball and sitting by the fire. We would come back to this house anytime!

This house is FABULOUS! Came for a girls weekend and would 10000% stay here again and again. The beach is an easy 8 minute walk from the house, the amenities (sauna, hot tub, game room) are incredible, and the back patio is perfect for morning coffee. I LOVE this house!

Location Location Location! Just a block off the beach and views of the water on both sides. The place was well-appointed and had almost everything you could need. Effortless communication and check-in and out and lots of privacy. One thing to note: the owners live below the unit, but they are quiet and don't bother you at all. Great stay. I would stay here again!!!

Group trip to Charleston with 4 couples. The house was excellent and exactly as billed with spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen, huge hot tub and beautiful marsh views. Less than 10 minutes to downtown the location is a no-brainer. Would highly recommend for group trips. Of note the bunk bed room doesn’t have its own bathroom and the only other bathrooms on the floor are in the 2 other bedrooms so just have to be comfortable with that set up (probably best for kids but worked for us!)

We had a wonderful stay at Cindy's home!!!... Everything was spotlessly clean, well-maintained and organized in the house. Kind gestures like chocolate, a bottles of water, letter of greeting waited for us. The highlight for us was taking the kayaks out. Our hosts provided lifejackets as well. The house is adjacent to the water and it was absolutely beautiful all around, with lots of birds. It is an unforgettable landscape of beauty and tranquility. To experience quietly gliding across the calm water surrounded by waterfowl, grassland, sunshine and serenity is a little piece of Heaven on Earth. You can enjoy the view of the water and landscape from the window of the house, and notice the shifting of the tides. Our hosts were very kind people! They genuinely aspire to help their guests have a wonderful time. We could use a beach towel and beach chairs, which was a real treat for us There are great restaurants in the area. 10 minute drive to visit "Angel Oak" (Largest tree in S.C.)

This is a great place, very roomy, in a great, central location in Mt. Pleasant. We had a great time and the place was perfect for us. We came down to the area for Thanksgiving and ended up hosting, but it wasn't an issue because we had everything we needed!

Very quiet and relaxing location with good access to Charleston and surrounding activities.

Scott’s place was perfect! The yard itself was worth every penny! It was so convenient being able to open the door and let the dogs out in the middle of the night without worrying about them getting lost. We also were so appreciative of the dog toys! The rooms were nice and spacious and I loved that we each had our own bathrooms! The roof deck was also a hit! Scott was very responsive and also had a house manual with tips. We really enjoyed our time at Scott’s place!

Mona gave the personal “ real and helpful” touch that is so often missing in online booking today. Her attention to details in the condo was appreciated.

Our place was in a perfect location. It was cozy and comfortable with a beachy theme.

The Condo was exactly as described. Thomas was very responsive with any questions we had. No issues arose at all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Folly Beach

Everything was very nice and welcoming. The condo was clean, furnished and stocked well, and decorated beautifully. Hiroko was very helpful and pleasant. The area was quiet at night and in the morning. We could actually hear the waves as we went to sleep. One thing I appreciated is that the linens, towels and even toilet paper were nice - not just the cheapest version as you often see in a rental. Beach access was convenient, as were several restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time!

This place was absolutely perfect! If you’re looking for a quaint and quiet place not too far from the city and a mere walk to the beach, this is the spot for it!!

The best views from any rental on Kiawah Island!

My Sister, myself and a couple of our Aunts visited Folly Beach. Sammy & Charlie’s condo was Absolutely Great! Upon arrival we found lots of extras. There were snacks , extra food in the pantry, even coffee is provided! Under the bathroom sink in a little basket we discovered extra toothbrushes, hand & body lotion, , q-tips, face moisturizer, extra shampoo & conditioner sunscreen, tanning lotion and other supplies. Tide detergent and Downey fabric softener was provided! Even a spray stain remover! I know I’m not listing all the extras. There was a lot! So thoughtful of them to provide all the things that is sometimes forgotten at home! And did I mention that the Condo was spotless and smelled so fresh! The Beach is a very short drive from there. You could actually walk the distance . We will definitely use the condo again! Sammy & Charlie was very quick to respond to any questions we had! It was like having a personal Concierge service! We saw the Northern lights while there!
