Islands : locations de vacances avec balcon

We spent one week in Athens at this apartment. The area is lively and very close to the subway, restaurants, bars and there is a park on the hill, which only takes around 20 minutes by foot. From there, you have a marvelous view to the sea on one side and the acropolis on the other. Athens is a great city anyways and spending some time in this area was perfect for our visit. The communication was very friendly and super easy going, helpful and flexible.

Lovely top floor unit with a huge balcony and spacious balcony that has views to the North and East. The bed is soft and A/C unit is quiet at night should you need it, but we were surprised how cool the apartment kept despite being 4 floors up. The living room is spacious with a lovely view of the sea and a decent kitchen set-up. The bathroom might not be for everyone as the shower is small and not completely enclosed, but it was not problem for us. Giorgios kindly left us a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine and he allowed us to check-in early, which was a big help for our schedule.

This accommodation was perfect for a vacation, even in January-February. Everything went smoothly with Elina, and the apartment was just as described. I was especially happy with the Wi-Fi, as it allowed me to work on my studies in the evenings. The hot water and heater also worked well! The location was great, with easy walking access to the old town, and the bus station was just a few minutes away. I would definitely come back here!

We are a family of three and stayed for a lovely week at Daphne's apartment. It was perfect for us...we all would have been delighted to stay a month, not just a week. I would be very happy to use the apartment again and recommend it highly to others. The apartment is exactly as its photos... clean, modern and comfortable. Great selection of restaurants and local shops nearby. Location generally is excellent, walkable to many sights, easy bus and metro nearby and we walked or used public transport early, day and late night during our whole stay with no concerns. Daphne left detailed recommendations info in the apartment, emailed us proactively and replied quickly and in detail to our queries. It all made for an excellent first time visit to Athens for us all.... Many thanks!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Athens for six days. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. It was conveniently located close to train/metro stations and only a 25-ish minute walk to the Acropolis. Ioannis was a very responsive, friendly, and helpful host. He even sent a slideshow of useful recommendations/links before our stay, ranging from how to get to the apartment from the airport to potential day trips. Plus, the bed was comfortable for both me and my boyfriend, which is unheard of because we have very different tastes in beds.

We loved our stay at this apartment in Kolonaki. It is exactly as on the pictures and is the best equipped rental apartment we have ever stayed in. Kolonaki is a very nice and safe neighbourhood, close enough to be able to walk to all major sights. Communication with Regina is effortless. She showed us great cooperation when we ran into a medical emergency, because of which we were unable to continue our sightseeing. We will come back to Athens to visit those sights and hope that the apartment will be available when we do. Thank you Regina!

The apartment is huge and very comfortable for big groups. Its super clean and neat, free of clutter. Apo and Irene helped us with an early check-in since our flight arrived super early in the morning. They are quick to respond and very sweet. The location is great, short peaceful walk away from the center. I would recommend their place very much.

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

The number one reason to stay here is that the view is out of this world. It was hard to leave our perch on the front deck to see the rest of the island! Our property manager was very communicative and flexible, and it was easy to stay there and receive good recommendations for other things to do in Santorini. The villa also sleeps a large number of people and is very spacious.

Es war alles einfach einwandfrei. Man kriegt genau das, was versprochen wird und Evi ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, von höflich sowie nett ganz zu schweigen. Sie antwortet sehr schnell und bietet tolle Wegbeschreibungen und Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick vom Garten mit Grill und Hängematte ist fabelhaft, mit dem Meer in Sichtweite und ruhigerer Berglandschaft ringsum. Das Innendesign ist angenehm fürs Auge und mit Sorgfalt zusammengestellt. Zudem sind auch die Betten in den klimatisierten Schlafzimmer überaus bequem, die ausgefallene Dusche ist einfach nur cool und sie bietet einem sogar einen Sonnenschutz fürs Auto. Man kann sie nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful place, nice rooms and bathrooms! Good location for the beach and alnear some nice cafes and restaurants. Old town is easily accessible by drive. Manos was super helpful from start to end, even helping us wash our clothes as the washing machine was not working. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Anna and her team were spectacular. They always responded to all of our questions quickly. They were helpful with anything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly what you would picture Greece to be. Great neighborhood. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for helping make our family vacation a memorable experience!!

We have just spent 3 nights at Envangelous apartment. We cannot rate this highly enough.. Costas with whom we liaised is charming, an example for all air bnb hosts. He met us at a privately provided and secure parking spot, and escorted us into the old town. He personally introduced us to the duplex apartment which is spacious ( has 2 bathrooms) and stylishly renovated in the heart of the old town. Located in a pedestrian eating zone, one is spoiled for dining choice. We breakfasted on our sunny balcony. Excellent insulation and air con ensured a good nights sleep. Recommended without reservation!

We had 6 of us staying at this villa. It was exactly as pictured. We loved the location, it was perfect for our group. It is about 1/2 hour from the airport. We did rent a car, which I think is absolutely needed in this area. The roads are very interesting getting to the house from the highway. And we loved it. Lavrio is about a 15 minute drive and we went there almost daily. There is a grocery store on the way to the house from the airport, that Mario suggested to us. We drove to the airport and parked there for the day on two occasions and took the metro in to Athens. It worked out wonderfully and was so easy to figure out where to get off and on. I would highly recommend Mario and this house. It was peaceful, secluded(ish), plenty of room and you cannot beat the views. Mario met us at the house, he asked midweek how things were and provided some information on things around the area. There are some lovely sandy beaches nearby. Highly recommended!

We stayed a week here and had everything we needed. The place is large and well set up. We cooked a lot and didn’t feel anything was missing. It is cosy and quiet. Elevator small but great. Very comfy double bed. Didn’t try the singles. Two bathrooms is a plus. Big TV. Very close to supermarket and cafes and so many coffee shops. Trains and busses very nearby too. Host was very kind and easy to contact. Made sure we knew about a planned protest nearby so we didn’t accidentally go out into it. Much appreciated. Pretty easy to take the train from airport to Evangelismos station. Short walk from there. Thanks. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Supermysigt boende i ett trevligt område med många restauranger. Nära till både tunnelbana och naturområde.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Veldig fin plassering i forhold til gamlebyen, Plaka og akropolis. Smakfull innredet koselig leilighet. Litt vanskelig å finne parkering for leiebilen, men det ordnet seg. Vel verdt våre to netter i Athen. Anbefales!

El departamento es hermoso. Tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Con todo lo necesario para vivir, una cama súper cómoda y una vista increíble! Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de las atracciones caminando. Barrio muy silencioso. Gran anfitrión. Fue muy claro en todo y respondia rápidamente. Información bien detallada y organizada. Lo recomiendo al 100 %. Me sentí como en casa. Gracias!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Vor allem die tollen Terrassen haben uns gefallen und das tolle Design der Unterkunft. Binnen 25 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum, aber auch in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Vielzahl an tollen Restaurants.

We had a lovely couple of days. Dimitris met us on arrival (after 11pm). It was fantastic having a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival especially so late at night. He was so god in providing us with additional information/ places to eat for my birthday & directions / tips for the football. 100% would recommend this accommodation.
