Simple, pleasant and quiet, lovely views and an authentic environment!

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

Unser Urlaub mit unseren drei Kindern ( fünf Jahre und drei Jahre) war perfekt! Das Haus ist wunderschön der Außenbereich riesig der Pool einfach nur traumhaft und vor allem der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön. Es gab jeden Tag etwas Neues zu entdecken, in der Umgebung, alles super mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir bekamen regelmäßig die Wäsche gewechselt und für die Kinder sogar kleine Geschenke gebracht. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub für uns Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit bei euch!!

Wow! Angelo and Katerina’s place was just incredible. I’m not sure I have ever stayed in a more welcoming AirBnB. We had everything we needed. We loved being able to enjoy the outside space. It is really right in an orange grove. We had fresh orange juice from the oranges we picked from the trees every morning. It is a short drive into town, and very close to the Theos climbing area. It is also a short drive or walk to the beach. I hope we will be able to go back again someday!

Liebe Kallia, Danke dir noch mal, dass du uns in deinem zauberhaften Haus am Ende der Welt hast wohnen lassen. 😊 Wir haben die Zeit bei dir sehr genossen. Wer eine sehr ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Meeres sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. In Sitia findet man viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ein Lidl ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Danke für alles. An absolutely gorgeous home, right near the beach! the home and location were a dream. I spent a day exploring nearby mountain towns as well. Eva was so kind, communicative, and helpful in her direction of what to see and do.

Grazie Batilas family! Siamo stati benissimo a casa vostra, tutto era perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo 4 bambini. La casa è fornita di tutto quello che serve, pulita, con un bellissimo spazio esterno. Vicinissima alle spiagge della zona, comoda per raggiungere a piedi il villaggio accanto. Moses was extremely responsive. For example, I accidentally deprogrammed the remote and within minutes he told me how to reprogram it. We brought our small dog and he loved being free on the patio. The location could not be better. It is in walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants and beaches. We felt very safe. It’s a home, not a 5 star hotel, so we appreciated Moses meeting us at our midnight arrival to show us the quirks of the place. If we have the good fortune to return to Greece again, I do believe we will stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful, as shown in the photos. It was clean, had a washer and safe which was important to us. It’s very modern and well designed. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was perfect. It’s only a few steps once inside which is very convenient.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at Mama Mia. Position was fantastic. only 20 steps away along the beach to our favourite restaurant Romvi. The spacious outside terrace was well used with its extensive views. Merete was very friendly and obliging.

Perfect from the first moment! Easy free parking right in front ( but also free down the street) I actually asked if it was for sale it’s that perfect in every way! Basket of fruits and snacks waiting a bottle of great wine in the fridge and other things .. amazing high tech shower!!!!!beyond the regular Airbnb!!! I can’t wait to return!!! So pleasant for morning coffee in the garden .. quiet and peaceful yet a block away some of the best restaurants on the water .. I am now spoiled for future Airbnbs !!

War ein toller Aufenthalt und Unterkunft hat sehr gut gepasst. Klare Weiterempfehlung - Maria und Dimitri waren sehr sympathisch und stets für uns da.

Dear Nikolaos, We spent an amazing time in your beautiful beach apartment. Everything was great, the location just few step directly to the Cristal water of the beach. The communication with Nikolaos was perfect, always answered quickly to every question. Great places to eat nearby and a small grocery store also nearby so you can just stay in the area for days without going anywhere. There is right before the apartment a place where you can rent a kayak, scuba dive or book a boat trip, we booked one and went to a half day trip on a nice yacht to Dia island with a nice dinner wich was perfect. I definitely recommend NIkolaos place if you want great holidays in a gorgeous apartment with beautiful view of the beach all day long.The balcony was also great and we loved to spent time there eating or just relaxing. Thank you Nikolaos for everything and we hope to come back one day🙏

The location of the apartment is perfect. The apartment is neatly and perfectly designed and upgraded. Gerry is a great hosts and accommodates for his guest’s needs.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l’appartement. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer plusieurs jours. Merci pour l’accueil (en français!) et les recommandations de restaurants et endroits à voir.

Πολυ όμορφος χώρος, ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Οι ιδιοκτήτες μας πρόσφεραν τα πιο όμορφα χαμόγελα τους τα οποία συνόδευσαν με πίτες που λατρεύουμε, σαν να το μάντεψαν. Το σπίτι είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης και πας παντού με τα πόδια. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και σε όλες τις εποχές. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα! 🫶

We enjoyed staying at the traditional Georgios's home: so many lovely details brought together with love! Sitting on the terrace overseeing the vineyard was incredible. Also, Giorgios suggested we participate in the grapes picking with his dad - that was remarkable! They suggested we try the traditional wine making process - grapes pressing with legs as well but my friends voted to escape to the beach :D The quiet and private place might be an excellent option for 3-4 people. There is a beach nearby, which is super quiet. The nearest tavern is about 15 min. Another tavern and a coffee place on the beach are 30 min away. The house has everything you might need. We would definitely consider staying again at Georgios's place!

The is a family house, simple, pleasent and authentic. The natural surroundings are amazing. The silence is incredible. Meni and Andreas, the owners, are very nice people and we felt the love they invested in every detail. Thanks 🙏

La casa è davvero bellissima e mi aspettavo addirittura fosse più piccola (è invece un monolocale grande, con bagno grande); la posizione a sud (quindi ad agosto fa molto caldo rispetto ad altre zone) è comoda per alcune spiagge anche a piedi; in ogni caso con l'auto vai quasi ovunque in 20-30 minuti (le strade sono ottime a khytira). La casa come detto corrisponde alla descrizione ed è pulita e dotata di tutto quanto proposto e di tutto il necessario per un periodo di svago e relax. assolutamente consigliata, senza riserve alcune. torneremo sicuramente!

We had a great time staying in Stella's house. Everything was excellent, we had no shortage of anything. And what a wonderful bed! We stayed in a hot period in August. Temperatures reached 34 degrees. Besides making daily trips we stayed quite some time in the house with refreshing airco's. In the house you could not hear anything from the close by road. With our morning coffees outside it could be quiet noisy. Overall we are ***** star satisfied. Stella is a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Natura House. Very quiet and peaceful spot, with lovely views. The house was very nicely furnished inside, and the hosts had left some local gifts (honey, olives etc). It’s in a great location, near Elos which has a shop, bakery and tavernas, nice local walks, a good road down to Elafonissi beach, and many really excellent walks within an hour drive or less. Very highly recommended!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Georgia et Stathis. Georgia avait préparé des choses pour notre arrivée : Super ! Nous n'avons vu ça nulle part ailleurs ! La maison est grande et propre. La piscine est super !! Stathis et Georgia nous ont également conviés à la fête du village. De supers hôtes ! Il faut noter que la maison est dans un village en montagne. La vue est super. L'endroit est très calme et reposant.

We had a great time in the property of Nikos. The conversation was always fast and easy. All of our questions has been answered. The apartment is huge for 4 people and the view is insane. We had the bigger pool area which is more expensive but worth it. The privacy, the pool etc. was really beautiful and for us a perfect start into our vacation and also something different than staying at the beach as most of the tourists do. Nikos allowed us to stay longer which was so kind from him, we met his lovely mother as well. So we really felt very welcome. Also there were some nice welcoming details like cold drinks. Everything was really new and clean. We highly recommend to stay here!

If you are looking for a beautifully renovated space (original stone structure is maintained) in an authentic Greek village, this is the place for you! 10 min drive to the gorgeous Polylimnio Falls with a beautiful herb and vegetable garden in the front yard that the hosts encouraged us to use, makes this a perfect place to retreat to. The hosts were excellent communicators and called us to tell us that there was a celebration in the village square that we could go and check out. The wine that was gifted to us was delicious! Everything is in pristine condition and works perfectly as it is all brand new.
