The property was exactly as the photos, high quality and in first class condition. About 20 minutes walk to the river and Tavira centre. Very easy access to main roads leading to explore the Eastern Algarve. Gisela was quick to respond and always clear, helpful and friendly

Stay & house are fantastic. Orlando & Armanda are such lovely people. We have been very lucky to stay and even luckier to have met Orlando and Armanda. We could not have wished for better. The property is exceptionally well equipped (especially the kitchen), very clean, very roomy and clearly well looked after. Staying here has felt more like a second home than a house. All the rooms are large and the property would suit all ranges of visitors - families looking to get together or individuals looking to relax. Special mention that the house is very suitable for children of all ages including babies. Cots, changing mats, games, toys etc. With TVs in all the bedrooms and several seating areas in the garden, everyone has the choice of finding their own space or getting together in the larger areas. Great location. One can walk immediately in the hills and countryside. We strongly recommend everyone to stay here and we have already booked to stay again ourselves. We rate it 6 stars.

Wir waren als gesamte Familie hier zu Gast und haben gemeinsam Weihnachten gefeiert. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt durch die Orangen und Avocado Plantage zu wandern, frische Orangen vom Baum zu essen und das Reiten waren eine tolle Erfahrung. Super Haus für Kinder und Großfamilie mit Großeltern. Gepflegt und sauber. Frederico hat uns alles besorgt was wir brauchten. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben im Februar vier Wochen in Mateus’ Quinta verbracht und uns sofort zuhause gefühlt! Die Beschreibung trifft 100% zu, die Kommunikation hat jederzeit gut geklappt. Joana hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und uns mit Restaurant-Tipps und Sonstigem versorgt. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt zu Fuss gut 20 Minuten, den Bäcker oder die Markthalle erreicht man in 10 Minuten. Altura ist gut gelegen, egal ob für entspannte Strandtage oder Wanderungen im Hinterland. Die tollen Städtchen Tavira, Olhão oder Vila Real sind nahe. 100% Empfehlung!

Bonita casa, totalmente amueblada con todo lo necesario, camas muy cómodas,con televisión de última generación. La casa muy limpia juan Antonio respondía muy rápido a todos.

This was our third stay at Casa Boa Vista which in itself demonstrates how much we enjoy staying there. The living areas are furnished well and you will have everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. As for the external areas, there are numerous places to sit and enjoy either the sunshine or find a shady corner. Of course, the swimming pool is a huge benefit, with comfortable furniture and amazing views across the valley. Gabriele and her co-hosts, Catarina, Nidia and Stefanie (from Happy Homes) could not do more to ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended and we will surely return again.

Silvia's place was amazing, the location is great and within walking distance to the town which has nice restaurants, and the beach is also close, you can also walk there. The house has everything you could need, and after a long day of walking it was lonely to get into the hot tube, which you can set up to 40 degrees. It was also really helpful that there was beach towels. You have access to a pool which is part of a restaurant, during our stay 14sep-21sep the restaurant was closed, so the pool was not busy. Overall a great property in a great location, I'd definitely stay here again.

Ein schönes großes, hell gestaltetes Haus auf einem großen Grundstück. Leicht außerhalb von Tavira gelegen, daher sehr ruhig und ein Mietwagen ist von großem Vorteil. Im Haus selber gab es alles was gebraucht haben um uns eine Woche dort versorgen zu können. Im gesamten war es sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Waschküche und die Waschmaschine war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch das jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat ist sehr von Vorteil.

The villa is more stunning in person than the photos! We stayed with friends and our toddlers, we had so much space and everything was spotlessly clean. Checkin was so simple and communication with both Carlos & Ana was great. Short walk to the beach, supermarket & restaurants. We didn’t get to use the pool as it was too cold in February, but can’t wait to return in the summer to make full use of it!

What a lovely place to stay. Anna was very helpful at check in. Very piece full and tranquil. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away from everyone and be at one with nature.

excellent emplacement, loin du bruit de la ville. la plage est à quelques dizaines de mètres. la piscine a la bonne taille, les enfants ont bien profité. Laury, vu son métier, était d'un grand plus en nous conseillant les alentours de Mazagon à visiter. le séjour s:est très bien passé et Laury est très réactif et respectueux. enfin, nous recommandons cette adresse pour ceux qui souhaitent alterner plage et piscine.

Nuno en Ana zijn geweldig vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheren. Het huis is voorzien van alle ( en nog meer) gemakken; echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Wij hebben genoten van het huis, de tuin en de locatie!!!

We were greeted by a woman who showed us how to use the TV remotes, pointed out features around the unit, gave us keys and answered questions. The place is located conveniently for using public transportation. Easy walk to the bus and train stations. Full grocery store and the mercado are within easy walking distance and a small convenience store is even closer. Bedroom was comfortable with plenty of linens, living room had a selection of books with throw pillows/blankets for rainy days. The bathroom was clean and larger than expected. We used the kitchen appliances regularly - everything was clean and worked properly. There is a rack for drying clothes on the rooftop terrace. It was very quiet at night. We enjoyed a snack and glass of wine on the rooftop terrace a few times and sipped morning coffee on the lower level patio. It was a pleasant stay and we are happy to recommend this airbnb.

We had a wonderful week here. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and much bigger than we experienced before in Portugal. The kitchen utensils were top notch, we like homecooking and the arrange of pans and pots was the best we’ve seen in all our Airbnb years. Extra bonus points for the serenade the birds gave every morning and evening!

Casa con mucho encanto, es dificil plasmar en palabras la magia que se siente al estar dentro y fuera tambien, la piscina maravillosa. Mucho gusto y cariño en cada rincon.

Javier ha estado atento en todo momento y pendiente de lo que pudiera faltar o necesitar, el alojamiento era perfecto, estaba acondicionado con todo lo necesario para pasar estos días y disfrutarlos. Muchas gracias, volveré a hablar con él para coger de nuevo el apartamento. La ubicación perfecta para la playa y sobre todo si no te gusta coger el coche para ir a la playa. Gracias

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Lage, der Pool und auch das Haus selber sind toll. Es ist ausreichend Platz und die Kommunikation mit João war prima.

Location,location,location! In the heart of a truly authentic Portuguese town. Some good restaurants, fantastic fish market and plenty of good supermarkets. Lovely beaches and towns nearby and a 15 minute ferry to Spain is a must. Well appointed accommodation which would be ideal for 2 couples or a family with older children. Finally the roof terrace is fantastic!

Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Filipa und Paulo. Wir waren als kleine Familie zu Besuch und empfehlen es jedem weiter. Unser Baby hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte viel zu erkunden im Haus. Für uns erwachsene war es schön Abends in der ruhigen Gegen zusammenzusitzen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

A casa tem óptimas condições e tudo o que é preciso, até nos arranjaram berço com lençóis lavados e cadeira para o bebé comer. Limpeza impecável. Muito fácil acesso à praia e à zona de restaurantes. Zona calma. A particularidade dos resguardos amovíveis na zona da mesa exterior foi fantástico para o tempo ventoso que calhou de apanharmos no início da estadia. Acabamos por fazer todas as refeições nessa mesa lá fora. Muito agradável. O facto de ter espaço para o bebé poder andar a brincar também foi um "plus". Bem como o facto de ter lugar de estacionamento para os 2 carros que levamos. O Wilson respondeu sempre com rapidez e teve o cuidado de nos avisar quando a casa ficou livre mais cedo para o check-in. Muito atencioso. A repetir! Obrigada

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Aussicht im Garten und auf der Terrasse sind sehr schön. Der Strand ist traumhaft und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß in der Bimmelbahn zum Meer. Der Park ist sehr gepflegt und biete t viele Freizeitangebote, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft.

Hemos pasado un buen fin de semana en casa de Eduardo! La casa es como en la descripción. Todo limpio y ordenado. Eduardo fue muy flexible, nos recomendó sitios, fue muy amable y atento. No nos faltó nada!

Ha sido un fin de semana increíble, la casa es espectacular. La zona, el ambiente para descansar todo genial.
