We stayed at Tina's property over New Year 2024/5. We had a fantastic time. The house was immaculate. Tina had gone above and beyond by providing us welcome treats way beyond any other host ever has. Wine, coffee, tea, milk, chocolate, Welsh butter... the list could go on and on. Not just those added extras but lots of other little homely touches that made for a great stay... the linen smelt so fresh, lots of blankets, the fire built ready to go with excellent instructions, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, luxurious towels! It was just such a lovely little home for our chilled out getaway. Tina really is a superhost; friendly and forgiving (a broken wine glass). We have stayed in many properties over North Wales and this has by far been our favourite. We already want to come back in Summer.

An absolutely brilliant house in a beautiful location, just a pleasant walk (about 50 minutes at a leisurely walk) from the beach for those who enjoy strolling. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and made for a fantastic weekend getaway with the family. Do note that sound carries easily, so conversations from downstairs can be heard upstairs, which might be a slight drawback for light sleepers. That said, it was a minor detail in an otherwise wonderful stay!

Lovely clean, bright spacious and well equipped house in great location. We took our two grandsons who loved being one minute from the beautiful beach. Also we found interesting places to visit close by which suited all ages. Shops and places to eat within walking distance but would recommend the White Eagle Restaurant at Rhosclyn, a few minutes drive and another beautiful beach. My only disappointment was the sea view was very restricted from the house but this didn’t bother anyone else. I am a Cancerian thro and thro !!! Would recommend David’s house.

Spring Tide - perfect - three generations in age and dogs all stayed at the house - excellently equipped with everything and very comfortable- would definitely book again - only one word of warning if it is windy (or gales like we had) don’t open back doors too dangerous due to the possibility of door flying open and possible damage!! Felt like home from home

Fantastic place perfect for a family with kids. We stayed one night before taking the Ferry and it was a great convenient location. Everything was clean and comfortable and our kids loved the backyard and bunk beds.

This was the ideal holiday retreat for our family of 11. All rooms being equal and mainly with en-suites, so noone lost out. Easy lichen for cooking and dining. Our 3 dogs loved the short walk to the beach and then let loose! All very safe. Great pub up the road serving ice cold creamy Guinness. Great views It is a remote spot and neccessary to drive to local convenience store, but we ordered a Morrisons delivery. Would defo recommend

Fabulous bungalow in great location. Great value for money and everything you would expect from a holiday home. We have been coming to rhosneigr for several years and have stayed in dozens of cottages, this is one of the best. Extremely clean , very cosy and a lovely enclosed and safe garden for kids and dogs. Five minutes walk to beaches , shops, bars and shops. Will definitely use again.

A beautifully decorated lodge with everything you need, in an even more stunning location. Lovely views from the bedroom and balcony. Only a 15 minute drive from Llanberis, the hot tub was a welcome treat after climbing Mount Snowdon. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Rosie’s place. She was very responsive and proactive in order to avoid any issues during our stay. Do not hesitate, you won’t regret it! Thanks again for having us!

The property was beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable and memorable escape.

This was the perfect stay for us as a family of four and our dog. Everywhere was clean, check-in was straightforward and the host was available by phone if needed. The site itself is great for children, the swimming pool was the perfect distraction from the Great British summer weather! Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved it! The caravan was so spacious and exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities we could have needed. The kids loved guess who! The site was so peaceful and the pool was simple and clean with lovely friendly staff. We did not need to communicate with our hosts much as they gave such comprehensive instructions however the little contact we had with them was swift and precise! We hope to book again next year!

One of the cleanest places I went to. Bathroom, kitchen, rooms, everything was spotless clean, which is something very hard to find. Claire was very responsive and friendly, even though we didn't need much from her as the place has everything you need. Highly recommended! Thank you, Claire.

A fabulous property with everything we needed and more. A great central location, peaceful, easy to access, great garden for the dog and well equipped with lots of extras, including a lovely welcome basket of goodies and treats and toys for our dog. I can't recommend Kates enough! The location is so peaceful and secluded, making it a perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend. Our dog had a blast playing in the field while we enjoyed using the BBQ. The caravan was spotless, had everything we needed, and was really cozy.

What a fantastic place, I'm so pleased I booked Beudy Bach Cottage for my last minute break! It was so peaceful and tranquil and just what I needed. It is in such a beautiful location. The bed is so comfortable, I slept so well. The cottage has everything you need and an added bonus of your own hot tub, and a gym. Lliwen and Paul were fantastic hosts! Lliwen searched for some vegan recommendations for me, which I was grateful for. Paul was helpful with local knowledge regarding the walks I wanted to go on. Overall, this break was perfect and I cannot wait to come back again to Beudy Bach for a bit of rest and relaxation. Thank you Lliwen and Paul!

We stayed over the Christmas period, the place was perfect for our needs. It was cosy and homely and perfect for our dogs. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, takeaways, shop, restaurants and pubs.

Our second visit and another great stay. We love the location close to the beach and the bungalow is quiet, comfortable and the garden is secure for the dog. Perfect for walking and exploring the island. Brilliant. 5 stars from us!

Honestly this stay was excellent from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout. I felt like Oli went out of his way to be helpful and accomadating. Check in was easy and flexible. High chair and cot at property and lots of toys / books etc, lovely touch for families. Location is an easy walk away from the Oyster Catcher and just a bit further on to Rhosneigr beach. Spa over the road for any forgotten essentials / food. We barely used our car! Property was clean, spacious and modern, with a secure garden (perfect for dogs) and felt nice and private. Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

The park is gorgeous and surroundings are stunning. My only suggestion would be an early check in and later check out so you get to spend more time there. But overall it was an enjoyable stay and we will be back. Thank you
