Beautiful apartment , fabulous location right beside the beach . Jess is a great host , very approachable and friendly , would definitely recommend a stay here .

Everything was A described in the literature - the apartment was central close to the beach, clean and tidy - we enjoyed the break but could have done with a little more sun - food access all good with excellent restaurants, cafes and food take away - good all round holiday in a lovely part of the country - will visit again to visit the bits we missed. Fabulous half term stay at Beach Terrace. William met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment including TV and fire place instructions The location is second to none, right in the beach with the shops and restaurants and easy walk We will be back again xx

It’s the second time we have stayed, we enjoyed our first visit so much we booked on the journey home! You will get a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet, dog friendly area. Our hosts were on hand for any advice on local area and recommendations. Highly recommend.

The place was spotless and tidy. Getting in was easy and the hosts were very quick to reply to messages! Such a lovely location and lots of parking space on quite a quiet road. Well worth it, Y Felinheli is very sweet and quiet with two big towns either side for more options shopping and of course Angelsea and the expanse of Snowdonia so nearby. A great home base for adventures.

Lovely first floor apartment, as described. Gorgeous views across the Strait. It was peaceful, Lovely and warm and perfectly clean. It was super easy to gain access via a lock box and there was reserved parking in front of the garage building to the side. It would be possible to get two cars side by side in the parking space. The road up is narrow when you meet a car coming the opposite way, but it's not busy. We didn't walk anywhere so I can't comment on walkability, but it was a great location to visit Conwy (en route), Caernarfon, Anglesey & Criccieth. We had a lovely few days there. The only thing I'd change would be the little love-seat in the window corner; it would've been lovely to have a nice armchair or rocking chair there to sit in and read and/enjoy the view. The love-seat was OK to perch on for a little while, but not really comfortable to sit on for any length of time.

We had a wonderful stay at this property over the Christmas holidays. We were let down last minute by another host, and Ray was so friendly and accomodating for us to be able to see our family nearby over Christmas and stay at his property. We were welcomed by a spotless apartment, prosecco and delicious Welsh cakes! We had everything we needed there, and Ray responded ever so quickly when we had a parking issue and turned up to help within 10 minutes! Excellent host. Diolch!

Lovely apartment in a central location, walking distance to amenities and plenty of parking. Haydn is a great host, very responsive and friendly. Generous welcome pack of breakfast provisions and even a bottle of wine! Making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended and would love to visit again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the House on the Beach. It is fabulous - tastefully designed, furnished and decorated and with large windows giving views over the beautiful seascape and landscape. It is right on the beach and it even has its own jetty! It is in a very private and peaceful location, yet close by car to nearby villages, shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also walks along the coastline and into the countryside right from the house. It is very spacious for families, even extended families, or groups of friends. We went in November, when it was cold, but the heating warmed up the house very quickly. I imagine it is great in summer too. We would go back to the House on the Beach in a heartbeat!

Thus place is an absolute gem. Such a lovely location right by the beach. The house is gorgeous too - so spacious and had all of the amenities we needed, a real home from home. Communication was great and I’m so grateful that they helped me with an item that I left that was valuable to me. I can’t wait to come back here again and bring my son and my dog, it’s just the most perfect getaway. Thank you so much for being such great hosts 🙂

Our second stay and it was every bit as good as the first. It’s a home from home in beautiful surroundings and this time we didn’t get any rain. Hayley is very helpful and responsive to any questions. The house has everything you need. We even managed to sit out on the balcony even though it was only March. Will definitely try to stay again.

George was a fantastic host – super friendly and welcoming! He met us at the property and gave us a quick tour, which was really helpful. He also left some breakfast essentials like bread and milk, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is lovely and quiet, with a local pub and chippy just a short walk away. The town is only a 10-minute drive, making it really convenient. It’s also a great base for exploring other parts of the island. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! Really enjoyed the stay at the cottage as it was an ideal location with local amenities including pub, cafe and fish and chip shop all in walking distance. The costal path is within a five minute walk which has stunning views and scenery. When we arrived we had an issue with the boiler Nick was very prompt and efficient dealing with it. All in all we had a very enjoyable time and would go again.

This is a truly beautiful house which has been carefully renovated with real attention to detail. Thought and love has been given to the presentation and it is this and the amazing views that really sets it apart. Sitting in the dining room looking across to the ever changing view is a sheer delight for all ages in all weathers. It is a beatiful home from home. We had an amazing and really special stay. We had a lovely Xmas stay at High Tide. The place was cosy and warm with stunning views. We were welcomed with Christmas decorations mince pies and barabrith and a helpful pint of milk in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the corner sofa. I LOVED the fish lamps. This property is perfect for walking to Beaumaris high street and enjoying everything it has to offer. Many apologies for forgetting to write in the visitors book! Thanks again.

We had a lovely few days stay at Lucy's apartment. The panoramic views from every window we're gorgeous it was boss sitting at the table having our breakfast looking at the sea! It was so clean and well kept and very cozy with the fire in the evening which we enjoyed on the last night as it was raining and very windy outside! we will definitely be staying again! Vince is an amazing host! He provided helpful information, kindly met us upon arrival, generously provided a fabulous welcome pack with all of the essentials and much, much more. We really appreciated having everything we needed for our first evening and for breakfasts saving us having to organise a delivery or go to the supermarket in Holyhead. The apartment is very spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and fabulously equipped. We wanted for nothing! Thank you so much for a fantastic 3 night stay, we really enjoyed it!

We had an amazing stay at the apartment - The photos don't do it justice! We've been to Caernarfon before and stayed in hotels - but this was 1000% better and would thoroughly recommend it! Everything we needed was there to spend some lovely family time together - we stayed 4 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Caernarfon is beautiful and lots of pubs to go for a drink or food - from our living room window you could see the top of the Castle and the Menai Strait. Will definitely be staying again - especially as our daughter is at Bangor Uni for a few more years! Also the top tips for parking were super helpful!
