Isle of Portland : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We had a wonderful stay in Cara‘s Portland cottage. We were there over Christmas week. Cara had decorated the house beautifully for Christmas and was really responsive to every request. We know Portland well and have many friends we were there to visit, so we already knew what a fabulous place it is to be. The cottage was really well stocked with all the equipment we needed and more. Cara left us a fabulous hamper of Christmas bits and bobs - so much we couldn’t get through it all! Thank you, Cara. We will be back!

We were in Bridport visiting friends so the location was perfect. Great cottage and extremely clean. Gillian was very responsive to our queries both before arriving and whilst we were in the cottage. Cottage had it's own off-road parking which was a great bonus. Cottage met and exceeded our expectations and would be happy to recommend to anyone visiting the area. Only slight drawback is that there wasn't a pub within walking distance as the local pub closed down some time ago. We did walk down to the Pyemore Inn one evening but it is a very dark road so had to opt for a taxi back. Great area to visit with plenty of places of interest.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house with our friends and family. The grounds are spectacular and very peaceful. There were so many things to do that even the busiest of us couldn't get to all of the activities available. The hosts were very responsive and always helpful, making our stay very comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get-away, and we plan on returning for another stay in the future!

The house was ideal for our Christmas guests. Louise and Barry could not have been more helpful and kind and we loved the Christmas decorations!!

This is a great Air Bnb- spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location for exploring the Dorset coast line. It was such a peaceful setting and the thoughtful little extras made it even more enjoyable (the most delicious chocolate brownies!). Perfect for couples or families.

Accommodation totally met our expectations. Loads of maps etc and local information. Fully enclosed garden which kept our dog safe. On the one wet day, resorted to the extensive DVD & book range. Very comfortable place just to chill and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed for the one night - we found the location excellent and the cottage very homely - just as described. The locally produced biscuits, apple juice, cheese and other items left for us in the cottage on arrival are an excellent idea as well as being very good to eat!

We loved everything about our stay. Dave’s place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that we could walk to West Bay so easily down the disused railway track.

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and theatre. The place was spotless and well-equipped. The host was friendly and the instructions were very clear. We highly recommend this place and would love to return.

We’ve had a lovely couple of days away in this apartment. Everything you would need is provided and it is so quiet and peaceful…..just what we needed. Perfect.

Had a short weekend at the flat on this loverly farm. If you want some where to chill and have some peace then this is the place to be. Add the style of the flat inside and out and how helpfull Lucy and her crew are, you the have this perfect place. The correspondence and information on the arrival and departure is first class. There is a nice little pub no more than a five minute drive called The Antelope Inn, very friendly. Thanks again Lucy for a wonderful stay.

Joys apartment was lovely, very cosy but still with plenty of room to put everything. It was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The extra little touches such as croissants along with how welcoming Joy was made our stay. Us and our dog loved our stay!

Wonderful stay in a quaint little cottage . Jude and Will were so accommodating and helpful and right there if needed . It was just what we needed for 2 nights ! Lovely and clean, warm amd cosy . They welcomed us on arrival and left us with some breakfast supplies which was just lovely . Beds very comfy and good kitchen space and a lovely shower . Would definitely stay again !

The west wing is in a beautiful valley, near lots of walks, beaches and places to eat. The owner gave us a really warm welcome and set us up with everything we needed for our one year old. The place itself is beautiful and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Phil and his family found Anna to be very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. She even found their wetsuits etc which they left on the beach and is posting it back to them. They said if they could give more than 5 stars they would have

We had a wonderful stay in Bridport. The accommodation was lovely, very clean and cozy with great amenities, including coffee and even milk. There was a book full of information of what to do in the local area and Jonathan also texted this to me prior to arrival. Jonathan was incredible helpful and checked in via messave to make sure we'd arrived and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, we walked into Bridport and enjoyed the Saturday market and then were only a 25 minute drive to Lime Regis and Charmouth where we were lucky enough to find some fossils. Would highly recommend we had a perfect weekend break and would love to come back!

We loved our 3 night stay at Anthony's place and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Beautifully clean, light and airy and really comfortable. Great hosts who made sure we had everything we needed and had thoughtfully left fresh milk, cappuccino sachets and a welcome bottle of wine which we really appreciated. The apartment was in a perfect location for us to be able to walk in to Weymouth easily, really peaceful and quiet in the evenings too - we loved staying here! Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again!

Not only were Emily and Ed the perfect hosts, but the flat itself was fabulous: it was clean and comfortable and there were lots of nice little touches, like torches in the bedroom drawers, which made all the difference to our stay. The location, in the heart of Corfe Castle, was amazing and we were able to walk from the cottage to Swanage via Studland and Old Harry’s Rock. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely flat.

Lovely stay in West Bay, stylish comfortable flat , very close to the sea and all the amenities. The weather was fabulous, and the flat has a sunny patio to sit and eat . Would definitely stay again

Mari's place is an absolute gem and it's extremely cosy. It's great for a long weekend away and it can definitely accommodate longer stays also. If you decide to spend some time there, you will definitely feel welcomed. The recommendations shared by Mari are all amazing and worth checking out.

Shawn was responsive and considerate and all our needs were met. Shawn communicated with us prior to our trip to answer any questions and made us feel at home. The location was exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy and have family in the area- we will definitely rent this place again when in Bridport!
