Booked a few times for work colleagues. Lovely property, straightforward checking in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Comfortable and clean bedroom, clean kitchen with good cooking facilities and location is perfect for exploring the area. A definite 5 star stay.

Have stayed at Tunbridge a lot and it never fails to deliver. Dom is a great host and is always on hand for any last minute requests. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Very peaceful and welcoming. A real treat.

This is a great, comfortable little house in the heart of Whitstable and everything is walkable and easy to access. My only gripe is that I do think there needs to be more seating in the living room given there are three bedrooms and it sleeps six. Otherwise, it’s lovely.

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Beautiful home, very spacious, very accommodating to families. Love the decor and retro bathrooms! Very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely return!

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

What a gem of a place and what a star Sue is as a host. We had a lovely stay as a family and the apartment had everything we needed. we will be back!

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had a beautiful stay here. A private and cosy space with everything we needed. The bathroom was a special treat!

We had an amazing stay in Margate, the decor gives a lovely peaceful feel, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the bathroom had complementary toiletries. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing.

We had a fabulous weekend in this lovely apartment. Perfectly located a short walk from cafes and restaurants. Gorgeous views across the sea. Comfy beds and all round a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. Great communication from David. Thank you.

This was such a special place to conclude our 3 wk honeymoon UK/Ireland venture.✨️ The soothing calm of the waves & such a peaceful abode, overall..absolutely heavenly. 💟🌊☮️ Kirsty was helpful to recommend restaurants upon request & also offered us an early 'check in' if we wished. We were actually even more grateful to have an additional hour at 'check out' to enjoy a beautiful walk along the ⛱️ beach within steps of our stay (we even bumped into a Brit celebrity there who chatted with us!🤩). The historic Ramsgate Tunnels tour is highly recommended & again, steps away.🙌 The epic Cliffs of Dover is about a 25 min drive which was convenient as well. What an absolute gorgeous hike especially getting to the beach, too! 🥰 The lil bakery called Staple, I believe was THE best bfast ever- enjoy some veggie croissant goodness- as you walk through the scenic port of Ramsgate, too. We had a lovely couple of days in Minnis Bay and this place was exactly what we needed. It was very comfortable - just what we needed after a days walking. The location is great too near to shops and the station if you want to travel further afield without a car.
