What a diamond of a place you have here Judith! On top of holiday park overlooking the most stunning view of Swanage bay and surrounding countryside, almost 360 degrees!! The interior is very tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The beds were dressed with hotel quality, pure white cotton which gave an extra luxury feeling. Lots of table top games for all ages which would have been useful on rainy days but we were so lucky to have had brilliant sunshine throughout our stay! Just minutes drive from everywhere. Got to do the steami railway experience from Swanage. Kimmeridge fossil museum to see the largest ever intact fossil ever excavated! Favourite pub with outdoor views in Worth Matravers, The Square and Compass. Home made ciders, good beers and fab sausage rolls! Favourite fish restaurant, The Pier Head in Swanage. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and thanks to Judith a wonderful 5 star experience!

The host and reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A couple of issues we had on arrival were swiftly dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Our host was very flexible and went out of her way to ensure we were happy during our stay. The location of the accommodation is excellent and it sits in an amazing area. It's quiet, rural and very pretty. We look forward to visiting again.

Comfortable , lovely position overlooking the the Lake. Bedrooms could maybe do with a little tlc but would be happy to recommend.

Fiona was a wonderful host, always prompt with responding! The chalet had everything we needed per the listing and some extra touches too! Breakfast indeed was provided including the yummy homemade cheese scones and more! The morning and sunset views were gorgeous too. Lovely place to stay for a cute girls trip. Thank you Fiona!

Exactly what you want. Perfect location for the beach or accessing the whole island! Peaceful and comfortable accommodation!

Every minute of it was beach house like. Word of advice, don’t get sick like I did and Miss 4/5 days im bed crying ur eyes out.

What a great place. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Located just around the corner from the beachfront. Louise was a great host. Provided clear instructions and was very proactive in communications. The checking was seamless with the provided instructions. The bathroom was clean and large. Good water pressure and heat. Both bedrooms were spacious. Nice big lounge area with comfy couches. Amazing kitchen for our holiday Lodge - Apartment. Besides being close to the beachfront, was very close to a number of services - Supermarket, Restaurant, Playground, etc. Overall a great place for a holiday stay. Definitely recommended.

Great host, really good communicator and very responsive to any questions. Easy to follow instructions for check in and they had left a lovely gift for my daughter as it was her 3rd Birthday, which was a very kind and personal touch. We made use of the private chef and hot tub which were both excellent. The house was immaculate and great for kids too, with plenty of toys and a large enclosed garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely chalet with quality fit out. We have great view over the harbour and an easy walk to beach or quay. In October it was quiet but in the summer the easy access to the beach without needing to pack would be fab. The chalet is equipped with everything you could think of and more! Cooking was easy in such a well equipped kitchen. We were here for a funeral rather than holiday so our perspective was slightly different but I can see that it would be a great base for a lovely holiday. The wifi wasn’t working/ they were helpful and immediately put us in touch with engineers who fixed the problem.

We stayed at Olya’s beautiful Chalet for a hen party in February 2025. It was wonderful, we all had such a fabulous time and throughly enjoyed it at the chalet. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the whole premises. Olya is a fantastic host, very responsive and happy to help, also was very grateful with the flexibility with check in and out times.

Large family with young children, all had a great stay. Lots of open space. Shame there isn’t one more bathroom! But can’t be helped. All in all had a wonderful stay. Playroom is great for young kids. They loved the garden and then swing/slide. Great communication, very professional.

Christine is a great host. She was always very responsive and helpful with any questions. The house was very well presented and clean. The bedrooms were great sizes and the place had lots of space for the kids to play both inside and outside. The open plan kitchen/diner was a really good size for a large group and was very well stocked. I would highly recommend both the house and Christine as a host.

Me, my wife and 5 year old had a lovely time here at very short notice. Very clean and cosy, everything you could need and in a great location. My son was very happy to find the board games! Thank you very much

Gregory was helpful, very responsive to emails. The chalet is in the most spectacular location with sunsets galore and a beach visible from the chalet. The Downs are also visible. It's quiet and peaceful. Freshwater and Yarmouth are close by with their own beaches and village centres. There's a good curry house called Jaffran, both restaurant and take away in Freshwater, which I believe will deliver as far as the chalet. The chalet is very nice, comfortable beds with good cupboard space. The kitchen is clean and well stocked, the bathroom as well. The shower is quick to heat up, with good water pressure. I definitely will stay here again if I come back to the Island. Thanks Gregory.

Absolutely recommend Amanda's Chalet to stay. I stayed for a week. The place was beautifully presented as described in the listing. Everything was clean. Beautiful peaceful setting, Easy walk to the seafront and Colwell Bay. I found the bed very comfortable, the Chalet had everything I needed for a relaxing break. Really lovely weekend with my parents, partner and daughter in peaceful caravan site, close to beach and marina (including v good bar/restaurant you can walk to along the beach in 10 mins) and walk or v short drive to old fashioned minutiae train, as a fun way to reach Funland. Really spacious living area, plenty of room for 5 of us. V well equipped & v well thought out use of space. A great value little get away, also close to donkey sanctuary which made a really nice trip out.

Stayed her for four nights with my dad and dog, re-living our family holidays. The location is stunning. The view is amazing and it is so quiet. Ventnor is wonderful. There is so much to do. Lovely pubs and restaurants, great walks, etc. The chalet is great - simple with everything you might need for a family holiday, a solo trip or a couple retreat. I'd love to come back soon!

Natalie's place was great! Especially with small children. There's lots to do a short walk out the site and the kids could play on the grass and trees infront. It's very well equipped. Forgot to buy wrapping tape for my daughters birthday presents but luckily there was some still in the cupboard! Thanks for having us!
