Such a lovely little cottage with all you need, great location. Walking distance to the high street, coast and great local pubs what more do you need.

Had an incredible stay. The house is stunning with amazing views of the sea from the lovely living area and upstairs bedroom. Beth left us eggs, butter, bread and orange juice which was a lovely touch.

Fantastic accommodation with amazing facilities. Something to suit everyone. Accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, communication by the management company was excellent, and the great location gave easy access to all amenities by car or foot. Would totally recommend and hope we can come back again in the future. It felt like a home from home.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. My wife and I brought our dog, who loved having the huge, fully enclosed garden to run around in. Seriously absolutely massive! So nice (and rare) not needing to worry at all about her escaping. Even in winter, the house was terrific to stay at, and I can only imagine how nice it would be in the summer. The ocean view from the living room was beautiful, and the hiking trails right next to the house made it an ideal spot for anyone who loves the outdoors. There was also a pretty good surf spot about a mile away (towards Isle of Wight pearl) for those that surf. The house was spacious, and could easily fit five or six people comfortably, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay (dog bowls, cooking supplies, etc). We really appreciated getting to visit Isle of Wight for our first time and would love to come back. Thanks again!

It was a real pleausre to stay, for the second time, at Emily's house in Bembridge - which served as a great launchpad for a half-term jaunt in the Isle of Wight. I'm looking forward to our return visit!

Kate was a fantastc host from start to finish. She responded quickly to any questions asked and sent clear instructions regarding access to the property prior to our visit. She was also very quick to respond when we contacted her about something we were unable to locate upon arrival. This was sorted quickly and efficiently. The property was incredibly well equiped and very comfortable and spacious. It was also lovely and peaceful with a view of the sea. We were a family group of 8 our ages ranging from 7 months to mid 60's. This property worked well for all of us and we had the most amazing stay there. We would thoroughly recommend this property and would like to thank Kate and her team for making sure we had everything we needed.

Chris was a great host who kept in touch throughout our stay. Fabulous location equidistant between the beach and the town. The most equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in and lots of communal space for our 2 families to relax in. Having our own bar area was fantastic for the adults and the games room was a huge bonus for the teens and tweens! The upstairs kids bedroom is very small with limited storage and the hot water tank does seem to struggle with a full house wanting a shower, but it was a beautiful house in a lovely part of the world and we had a lovely stay - highly recommended.

Nicholas’s cottage is well located and quiet, being a few minutes walk from all of Cowes’ many attractions. Nicholas is a most perfect and extremely helpful host, offering advice and providing thoughtful items to enhance our stay. Can recommend his place without hesitation.

Had a wonderful stay, very close to the beach and loads of lovely restaurants and activities for the kids - would definitely return!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable chez Keely. L'appartement est juste magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Keely et Julie ont été des hôtes formidables, très arrangeantes et compréhensives. Tout était très propre. L'emplacement était idéal pour se balader le long de la plage et pour accéder au centre ville de Ryde.

Lovely apartment close to all amenities. No parking outside but the public car park was 2 minutes away. Great area with lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and Anna left us a very nice bottle of wine! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Lovely few days here. Used as a base to explore the island. Great views. Parking space quite tight with neighbour would be my only negative. More than one key would be useful as the only way to lock the door to the flat was with the key (including whilst in the flat) and it was needed to gain entry at the bottom front door, unless you used the buzzer….

Had a great week's stay. Harry met me on arrival and showed me around the flat and quickly arranged for a not quite hot radiator to be looked at first thing the next morning. Apartment is well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could wish for, the living room is cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. Although just back from the seafront esplanade, it was very quiet whilst just a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre and a 5 minute walk from the Hover terminal.

Had an amazing week staying in Rosie’s Place, it was perfect. Clear instructions, lots of extra useful information. Bonus, parking available at front of apartment. Close to sea front to Havel lovely walks every day. Nice to have views from the bay window looking out at the sea. FABULOUS 😊

Great location. Very large family space with amazing view of beach and sea. Lovely, big and highly practical kitchen. Perfect for a family, and a dog. Dawn responded quickly to queries, even over Xmas time. We enjoyed our stay at Salty’s.

Very comfortable and high quality accommodation with sea views and close to all amenities. Very warmly welcomed in person with generous welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Everything very well explained from the heating to the cooker and washer/dryer. No fixed parking but we always managed to find a place on the street outside at the end of every days outings. Highly recommended!!

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! The numerous people we met on our coastal walk were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing time, memories and prosecco! Thank you, we had a blast !!! x

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again

James is a lovely person and his home is really magical and he gave us total privacy but was ready to help or advise on anything, it was a lovely experience and definitely going back the house is fantastic really special and huge I have never slept in such a huge house even the bathroom was lovely the house is really authentic and fabulous wild garden I loved the windows beautiful location really quiet
