My Golden Doodle and I spent a month here and can honestly say we both had an incredible month. Apart from having the most incredible dog friendly beach 24 minutes away (west Witterings) to a new dog friendly walk every day in the most incredible countryside, the Cart Barn is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need and is wonderfully designed. Really comfortable and cosy during February. My dog wants to move here. 😁 Highly recommend. The only advice I would give is on the directions. As you enter Funtington, look for the Woodstove sign, not the farm shop.

Cosy and comfortable with high quality furnishings - soft towels, fine bed-linens, wool carpets etc. Great shower, well equipped kitchen and generous welcome pack inc fresh Sourdough, butter and milk. The Royal Oak pub is 50 meters away and has an open fire, paneled walls and good food. Perfect for a romantic getaway or perhaps very convenient for Goodwood. Host Charlotte very helpful but discreet.

Kevin and Claire always responded immediately after being contacted prior to check in. We were made to feel very welcome. Little Ridge is perfect in every way for a short stay. Fantastic location. The bedroom is gorgeous and the bed was so comfy. Our dog Rufus loved it too and the location was ideal for him. Woodland walks, the beach and dog friendly pubs!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Beautiful Lazy Lodge. Superb location 15 min walk to Avon beach & local amenities close by. Great to have the hot tub to make the most of those relaxing evenings, plus lovely not needing to go anywhere as it was such a relaxing vibe & having the kitchen there too was fab option for dining in. They were fantastic hosts & we had a really relaxing stay here throughly recommend!

Perfect location if looking for somewhere to stay in The New Forest. Great surrounding walks and only a short distance from the local Town where you can find plenty of shops, pubs and cafés. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lively relaxing stay away, an absolute gem.

Lovely last minute stay in Hunston. Private and cosy. Perfect for a few night exploring the local area. Lovely place with private parking which is always a bonus. Would recommend Julie’s place for a couple to visit this amazing area.

Wonderful stay at Deer View Lodge. Stunning views, so peaceful and beautiful. The accommodation was very clean , comfortable and spacious. Stephanie had fabulous communication and set up a travel cot too. Highly recommend.

Lovely cosy and pretty cottage in a tranquil area. The magnolia tree right outside the cottage was in full bloom so it was extra special. Friendly host directly us over to see the ponies and goose! So charming. Lovely little touches in the cottage/ a great care of detail has gone into making it a a great home.

The Comfortable Cabin was perfect. Absolutely spotless, modern bright and so cute! Lovely private patio for evening drinks. Super kitchen, TV and a very comfy bed. We had a lovely stay, just what two busy mums needed. Julia is even kind enough to provide tea, coffee, milk, condiments, and toiletries. 10/10 from myself and Amanda.

A lovely place to stay in a quiet area with plenty around!

Great little space, really nicely converted. It was easy to find, convenient and lovely inside.

Emma was a great host from the start - very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations! Place was also very well looked after and had everything we could have asked for!

This is a little gem in Hayling Island. The stunning view and the amazing veranda area with fire pit, BBQ, table and chairs, loungers and access to the estuary on the jetty made it the perfect place to unwind. There is something very special and calming about this place, the sunset was spectacular! Fiona and Roland are so friendly and helpful, making our stay tremendous. We loved the telescope and were able to see many night sky delights! Easy walk to the beach and close to all of Hayling island activities. Just what we needed! Thank you so much.

Just home from a wonderful stay in Swanage. Lovely extras left by our hosts (thank you) and Will was on hand to ensure we had everything we needed, providing recommendations and making us feel right at home. We had beautiful weather so made the most of exploring the area, on foot and by car. It was straight forward to walk into the town to eat (the tapas bar was great value for money) and everywhere we went we received a friendly welcome. It is a 20 minute walk back up a steep hill as per other reviews, but very manageable we felt. It's somewhere we would consider returning to, the accommodation and the town. Thank you Will and Charlotte for a lovely stay.

This is a lovely place, in a beautiful setting with excellent facilities. Slept well in very comfortable beds, and peaceful surroundings. Katie's place is near to beaches, and lots of walks, as well as Chichester centre. Katie was friendly and helpful.

A restful stay in comfortable surroundings with easy access to the coast and river for walking or to enjoy the beach. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. We especially enjoyed the patio which overlooked their lovely garden but was quite private for breakfast coffee or evening drinks . Great stay.

Although we didn't meet Chris in person it was reassuring to know that he was nearby and we could contact him if necessary. The messages from Chris were very clear, easy to follow and helpful. The accommodation was very comfortable and well appointed. The cottage is in a beautiful location. Just a few steps away is a gate giving direct access directly onto The Forest for walks. My daughter and I had a lovely few days stay at The Cottage. We would highly recommend The Cottage to family and friends and we would definitely go back and stay there again. Thank you Chris.

We were making our first visit to an AirBNB with our dog and had deliberately chosen Linda's listing because of the location and pet friendly offering. We were not disappointed and had a great stay albeit for just the one night. A lovely nights sleep for all concerned and a very contented pooch.

Diane’s place was comfortable, clean, bright with natural light and quiet - home away from home. Had all that was required for an enjoyable stay including TV in the bedroom as well as the living room which had great resolution and access to NETFLIX and other apps; fully equipped kitchen including a upgraded washing machine. We were warmly greeted by Diane on our arrival who thoughtfully left a fresh pint of milk in the fridge and other ingredients for a much needed cuppa after a long day of travelling. Complementary tea biscuits were also included. I noted all the kid-friendly aspects of Diane’s place including built in steps in the bathroom for the lil ones to reach the lovely wash sink. Diane’s place was close to the beach and places to eat which served tasty and reasonably priced food and featured great service. Diane’s place is a must have and we shall definitely be returning. Thanks again Diane for contributing to a fantastic time away in IOW. Will highly recommend Diane’s place x
