We had a lovely stay at the cottage, everything was well described and perfect location to everything we wanted to do. There isn’t parking at the cottage however we could park right outside as there was plenty of space to park. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend and visit again! Thank you Richard for your clear instructions and welcome pack, this was a great addition and gave us lots of recommendations which made our stay more memorable!

Another lovely stay at Zoe’s. The house is perfect for us and a great location as we can stroll into Lymington and visit a variety of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The welcome hamper is always appreciated too.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

Great stay! The house was lovely and spacious and really well decorated. The hosts included lots of really useful items including dishwasher tablets, coffee, cereal, books and games. Parking is very sparce in this area of Isle of Wight, so it was great to have a private drive. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Daniela's place, great location for the beach and both Shanklin and Sandown. Daniela was very responsive with the queries we had and the house was great, the garden is a sun trap. Would recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very detailed instructions and helpful tips on the local area. Beds were comfy and linen clean. Lovely welcome gift was much appreciated. Great location, walkable to pubs, restaurants and marina. Would recommend it.

Beautiful house in a great location in Lake. Clean, very spacious and pet friendly. It was perfect for us, we can’t wait to return 😃

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.

Wonderful stay for my family of 5. The caravan is superb, modern and spotlessly clean. Good location to explore what the Isle of Wight has to offer. The hot tub was awesome and my kids absolutely loved it!! Our host Claire was so great, really lovely to deal with, gave us suggestions on places to eat and could t be more helpful. Thanks again Claire!!!

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. A little gem of a place! Just as described - a delightful chalet with the added bonus of a lovely heated pool and fantastic gym. Lucy was a welcoming and friendly host and made us feel very welcome. Amazingly clean and spotless home. Can’t fault it. Great location and within easy reach of everywhere. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a fantastic stay. The lodge was perfect, well thought out in terms of what you need on holiday and games and things to do as well. But the main high light is the swimming pool! What a gem! Fantastic size and depth pool with heaps of pool toys. Water was a lovely inviting temperature. We would love to come back.

Sally-Anne and Julian were fantastic hosts. Their place was spotless and fully equipped with everything you may need (and anything you might’ve forgotten to pack, too!). They have clearly put a lot of work into making sure their guests are comfortable (tea, coffee, cookies and milk in the fridge on arrival) and enjoy their stay. Little touches like a toddler step for the bathroom really made our lives easier too. Communication was quick, professional and friendly. We’d love to return in the future.

We loved staying at this house. We last stayed in September 2021. This time we took three young children (ages 3-5) and it was the perfect location for them. So near the beach and the house has plenty of space. It’s well equipped with games. The beds are comfortable with nice linen and fluffy towels. We have been coming to this area for many years and it holds very fond memories for us. The scenery around the coastline is stunning. We hope to be back again. . If we can fit in.

We had a lovely few days at the boat house and summer house. It had everything we needed for four adults and two dogs and was perfect to relax in and while away the time with the ebb and flow of the tides. David provided some extra little touches, for instance a coffee, tea milk and biscuits to help us settle in on arrival and lots of helpful links to places to see and local restaurants. There was good facilities in the boat house including comfy chairs on the decking. The summer house was more basic with a kitchenette which could have done with a little fridge but was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Had the most peaceful & relaxing stay at The Hideaway. Chocolate brownies & fresh milk on arrival was very much appreciated. Cottage is cosy, clean, well presented & well equipped with towels, hairdryer, extra bedding etc. Loved the peacefulness of the cottage. We arrived slightly earlier than expected & Rebecca was kind enough to let us check in. Also had some great food recommendations from Al. Recommend Milford on Sea & Barton on Sea for stunning coastal views. We will be back. Thanks for a great break!

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

The Bungalow lived up to expectations after reading the advertisement and looking at the photos attached. The Bungalow interior was very good with plenty of space and thoughtful layout. All-in-all a very enjoyable stay.

we arrived home last night after a lovely weekend at Sanaa's beautiful home. everything was great. the house was immaculate and had everything you need when away from home plus more. The massage chair is a great addition and the location was lovely with sea views from the front bedroom. with just a 3 min walk to the sea we couldn't of asked for more. we would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. many thanks.
