Property was clean and easy to find. We drove into Bournemouth each day though as there wasn’t anything to do on the beach we were next too, It was quite noisy, and the 5am wake up call by the dustman on a bank holiday was unexpected But overall, it was a nice place to get our heads down. We only came for the beach over the bank holiday weekend. Owners were responsive and polite 😊

Highly recommend, Janet was so quick in coming back to me when ever I had a question, the static home was first class and fully kitted out, location on the park was great. I cannot thank them enough, it made a great short break from work, and I am already looking for dates to stay longer.

Great place, you can enjoy the place as its private and you can do what ever you like as long as you dont bother others around. Very clean and very easy to check in and out. Lots of shops around and very easy to drove to the beach. Overal i am very happy. I would definitely come back to this place.

Stayed for the Surf lifesaving comp at Branksome, apartment was good, everything we needed, location would be great for town, high street round the corner with places to eat.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location was ideal, peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we felt completely at home. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. My family and I stayed at Chale Bay Farm over Easter for a couple of nights. It was very easy to find with plenty of parking and a beautiful location at the south of the island. It's very handy for the Wight Mouse Inn, which does a great selection of food. The rooms were clean, spacious and very nicely decorated with everything we needed. The kids liked the dinosaur and the fish. All in all, a very nice place to stay!

Beautiful place, so peaceful. Much better than photos! Everything you need for a wonderful time away. We will be back!

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 3 with our dog. The accommodation was comfortable and had every we needed. The site was all we needed and used the onsite bar/restaurant, swimming pool and shop. The site staff recommended a woodland walk and provided directions which took us in Milford on Sea and was a lovely walk. Samantha was very responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely caravan on a site with great facilities. Local area was great to explore, with lots of things to do! We would definitely stay there again ☺️

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

The accommodation was excellent everything you could want and more (even torches to use at night )everything was pristinely clean we could not do more that highly recommend . Sally was the perfect host with great communication and completely helpful Thank you Sally

Wow, such a beautiful annex, everything you need for a perfect time away. Made extra special by the little extras: milk in the fridge, chocolates and nibbles. The host replied immediately when we asked him questions and he allowed us a slightly later checkout, which was very kind. Can’t wait to go back. This property was just perfect, in decor and location. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

From the minute we entered the caravan we felt right at home. The fire was on, it was nice and warm and cosy, and smelt clean and fresh. The whole caravan was cleaned to a very high standard, and was very welcoming, and we felt straight at home. The dishwasher was very handy. Great decking area around the caravan too which will be ideal for the warmer weather. The central heating was a must for February, and we always came back and it was lovely and warm. The shower was lovely too. Water lovely and hot and powerful. It really was a home from home. Such a great position situated on the Park too. Literally around the corner from the shop, reception and main facilities but it was nice and quiet and never noisy. With regards to the local area, the caravan is situated in a great place, as the New Forest is on your doorstep but close enough to local beaches, villages and some great walks.
