We loved our staying at Lianna’s place. Great location, the house was very clean and with everything we needed! Comfortable bed and for our 8 years old daughter the rocking chair was definitely a plus. Lianna and David were very responsive hosts. We strongly recommend this place .

Samuel was a great host, communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Gave top tips for places to visit and was very helpful also, can’t find a fault! Plus being a 5 minute walk from the station its an ideal commute to the city centre.

We really enjoyed staying at Charlotte’s place. It was in a central location and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The place was cosy and well equipped and we enjoyed staying there. Charlotte was really responsive and gave us some great recommendation of places to try in Bournemouth and walks in the surrounding area. I would completely recommend.

Stayed for my partners bday & was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to navigate from the start. Instructions were clear & straight forward , no way you couldn’t understand. Place was freshly clean & looked just like the pictures. I cooked whilst staying and everything was easy to find. Additionally the private patio was a great touch , we ate breakfast & caught the breeze. I would definitely stay again. A home away from home.

Everything was clean and set up exactly as we ordered. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Nick also goes the extra mile offering to keep the bags before or after check in/out, as well as being easily available for any other request. Wifi was also great and the accomodation served perfectly for a business trip of multiple colleagues.

Amazing stay at this location - surreal beach setting and an incredibly spacious and clean house. Comfortably fit 7 of us in separate beds, very clean, local supermarkets, quiet surroundings and a great spot for a rest and recovery.

John was a fabulous host and was the perfect convenient place to stay for Goodwood.

Great stay in old Portsmouth! Fantastic location and the roof top terrace is amazing! Maybe it would be helpful for future guests to know the rough size of the garage! It was slightly on the small size so couldn’t fit our car in but luckily we found parking right outside Loved our stay and would 100% come again! Thanks 😊

The Old School House was a beautiful retreat in a beautiful location. Justin couldn't have been more helpful and responsive, from the comprehensive list of places to shop and eat and things to do locally sent before we arrived to answering our questions speedily when we got there. There were nso many thoughtful touches around the house and we felt so welcome, it really was a home from home. We would highly recommend The Old School House to anyone wanting a getaway to the New Forest. Thank you!

Antonia is the perfect host, clear instructions, friendly and very welcoming to their family home. Their home is beautifully thought out inside and out. Nice personal touches around the home, which makes it feel like a home from home. The view from the bedroom was again thought through well, nice touch! Ideal location for couples or family gatherings. Location is ideal spot for a peaceful getaway, just a few minutes away from the local beach. We will definitely be returning! Joanne was always responsive and permitted us to extend our checkout time which was fantastic. A beautiful house and an excellent outside space. Plenty of comfy garden furniture. Bed linen was of a high quality and beds were comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Would love to return one day.

We had a fantastic long weekend. The apartment is modern, light, well equipped & very clean. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the hill. Ryan’s communication was excellent and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Amazing little flat. So close to the beach and great bars and restaurants. Perfect location. Road itself was very quiet. Comfortable sofa bed as well as the bed. Ben was a fantastic host and quick to respond to any queries. Had a problem with hot water and he sorted it quickly. Highly recommend.

Lovely experience staying at Connor's for a work trip. Super clean and spacious and right on the beach to make the most of walks and runs along the coastline.

Recently stayed a couple of nights at Neil's place, which was very nice, clean, tidy and ideal for my needs. Neil was very helpful and even left a few items in the fridge/ cupboard which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay again when in Bournemouth. Thanks Neil.

We were very happy with the venue! It met all of our expectations and suited our needs for a 1 night stay perfectly. The location is ideal with paid parking (very reasonably priced) just across the road and an array of bars and restaurants literally a minute’s walk away.
