We had a lovely stay. Quiet, cosy and clean, perfect to explore the Isle of Wight. Would absolutely stay again :-)

The place is stunning it is very close to the railway but the noise is minimal. There’s some amazing places to eat close by and dog friendly too. There’s market was amazing and we will definitely come back again if the place is free xx

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Matthew’s house is a stunning period townhouse which ticked every box for us. We loved seeing the original features retained such as the exposed beams! Everything was super clean and tidy and we found everything we needed as the house is very well equipped. Lovely little touches for us on arrival which were a nice surprise. The house is perfectly located for visiting Beaulieu town and walks in the area - we would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back soon! Thanks Matthew.

We had an amazing stay at Ninrod! The location was perfect for exploring the Isle of Wight, with stunning views of the sea right from the house. It was ideal for our group of eight, offering plenty of space and meeting all our needs. Parking was available right outside the house for our entire stay, although it did require a bit of patience to find a spot. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Also, make sure to visit Happy Days, the local café around the corner. It’s a wonderful, inclusive café that supports the community. The place is beautiful, and the staff are all volunteers. Every penny spent there goes back into the community, and the food was great 😊

This is a great place! The location is terrific with the center being about six minutes and a huge grocery about three. The shower room is new and the shower about the best we’ve had! Note bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom down. Great TV with access to Netflix. Large kitchen with eating area and lovely back garden. Would stay again.

The place was immaculate, had everything we needed, was superbly placed for amenities and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in Cowes and a stone’s throw from the fast ferry. Our host was extremely responsive and we had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend and will be staying again as long as they will have us.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful Georgian and house with lots of character. Beautiful light and airy and and extremely cosy in the evenings. It was in a brilliant location, a 2 minute walk from town and the local harbour. Some great places to eat and lovely pubs. It is within driving distance of various lovely walks and there is a walk nearby by the Solent, with plenty of wildlife. We had a brilliant week and would definitely return. William was a fantastic host, always contactable for any questions.

Spacious, clean, and well-presented, this house was a great place for our family holiday on the Isle of Wight. The outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were excellent. The pool, while not large, was a great feature which we very much enjoyed. Perhaps the best thing about the house was its location, perched upon a hill with views down to the harbour and close enough to easily walk into town for shopping and dining.

Lovely house, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of 6 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The house is centrally located and only a few mins stroll from shops, restaurants, and the harbour views.

Absolutely stunning property. Beautifully presented bedrooms. A lovely lounge. Kitchen was immaculate and very well equipped. Everything was as described. Wonderful views over the sea. We had a brilliant weekend on the Isle of Wight, made even better by our luxurious home. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here. A lovely spacious townhouse with wonderful sea views and direct access to the beach. Would return for sure.

This was our 3rd year returning to Seaview and we were so lucky to stay at Driftwood. The house is so convenient for the beach, the shop & The Old Fort pub. There is also parking at the front of the house which is a bonus in this busy village. The house itself is over 3 floors and the kitchen opens up into a courtyard garden, which has a lovely shaded gazebo & a comfortable sofa set. On the rainy days it was great to be able to watch the enormous TV in the lounge and snuggle on the gorgeous sofa (I need one of those at home!) And on good days to be able to use the 2 Kayaks was brilliant. The slip way was literally a few steps away. My only minor criticisms would be that it is obviously a regularly used home & a bit cluttered. Most of the storage was taken up with landlords belongings. Including half full fridge & freezer. Plus the passageway to back gate was an assault course. However, a great house in a fantastic location. Loved it!

Very nice house with 4 separete bedrooms. Newly refurbished and beautifully styled and fully equipped. Very welcoming and with some fruit and snacks provide to us . Top value. Only backdraw perhaps is the shabby neighbour house. /Magnus, Olle, Peter and Janne from Sweden

Had great stay house is short walk to city centre in a nice quiet area. The house is nice and clean and warm in these cold days . Hosts very easy to communicate with

A real gem of a place set in a quiet tranquil garden yet in the centre of Chichester. We loved watching the birds & felt immersed in nature. Bed beyond comfortable & excellent provisions. Would def recommend !

We had a great time at Palermo Villa. It's beautifully decorated and the perfect location for exploring Southsea Common, the seafront and some lovely Portsmouth bars and restaurants. Nicola is a great host, quick to respond to messages and the house is spotless! Highly recommend.

We stayed with our family of 8 adults and 2 young kids at Katherine's place and we loved it. The house is perfect and has everything you need. We loved the way it was decorated and designed and made us feel very at home. Everything is closeby, communication went smooth and easy and restaurant tips were great. We would definitely come back!
