Lorena’s place was outstanding! Exactly like the pictures and just as described. Gated community made us very comfortable. Lorena was extremely accommodating to our requests and always responded quickly. There was ample amounts of space in the living room and dining area for all 5 ladies. Not far from the activities we wanted to do. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Marlene was so helpful and communicative! Air bnb was amazing , beautiful back yard, very clean, and bakery right behind the air bnb. I 100% recommend staying here.

Albin was flexible and communicative during our check in. He provided recommendations, clear instructions, and was friendly during our entire stay. The place looks just as it does in the photos - it was beautiful. The location makes a short trip to different areas/towns, and I enjoyed that we seemed to be in a local area. There were cafes within walking distance as well. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay and are so happy we chose this place! The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to a popular bakery (which we visited more than once!) and only about 30 minutes to known areas such as San Juan and La Placita, making it super easy to explore and enjoy the nightlife. The space itself was very clean, comfortable, and super cute; perfect for couples looking for a cozy getaway. The balcony area was definitely our favorite spot to unwind and relax after a day out. Our host was friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this spot if you are looking for the perfect stay in a convenient location with all the right touches. Would absolutely come back!

My husband and my mother rented this wonderful place while we were in town for a week for a wedding. It was great! I work remotely, and the wifi was awesome. It's also very walkable and a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Eileen was always super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The house had everything we needed and more. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed! We look forward to staying again! There were a few cold drinks provided, a safe, and even tooth brushes! They had everything and then some! It was perfect for the kiddos as well! Plenty of board games, instruments, and a couple arcade games! Very clean and responsive host! Thank you Eddie!

Jose Antonio’s place is a great place to spent few days in Santurce. Walkable to many places like theaters, restaurants, live music, churches, etc. The description was more than accurate and Jose was always very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfy. We will definitely stay again.

Safe and easy process

My family of 5 spent two nights here. First and foremost let me say this home is immaculate. The location is perfect for anything you could want to do in San Juan. Beds were comfortable. The terrace is amazing and both teenagers spent the majority of their downtime there. It is an urban setting but extremely quiet at night, so don’t let the proximity of stores and restaurants scare you. The area is also very walkable with a playground down the street, nice local restaurants and a grocery close by. The entire family agreed we would stay here again.

This place was amazing, has everything you need right in the house, exceptionally clean and safe neighborhood, response time was quick and helpful, definitely would love to return. Pictures don’t do it any justice, much better in person and close to everything

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The space was completely private, which made it feel like our own little retreat. Everything was spotless — super clean and clearly very well maintained. The design was modern and stylish, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, it’s pretty in the pictures, but you really appreciate it more when you enter. The hosts welcoming touches really made us feel special entering a strangers home, like you are really welcome and they truly want you to enjoy your time there. And the water, lagoon?, out back is larger than I thought, we enjoyed watching birds, turtles, and even a small crocodile! We were visiting the south west coast of Puerto Rico and decided to stay a couple nights in Carolina to see Old San Juan and be close to the airport. The location and home were perfect!

We stayed in Renier's place during our trip to San Juan, PR. It was a great place and we really liked it. Apartment is very roomy with 3 bedrooms and queen beds which is great for families. It is in a great location only 5mins from SJU Airport by Uber. It worked great since our flight arrived early in the morning. You can hear Flight takeoff and Landing sounds as its close to airport, but it didn't bother us a lot. Renier was very nice and flexible with late checkins. He is very quick in his responses. Rental cars are in walkable distance to rent for the trip. Restaurants and Gas stations are in walkable distance as well.

if you want to enjoy pr like a home away from home this place is so adorable..peaceful.. we felt at home and enjoyed the homes serene feel. we felt at easy. this was a hidden gem close to where we wanted to visit and San Juan was only a 20 min drive making easy to enjoy the best of both worlds.

We enjoyed our stay at Karli’s ocean villa within the Wyndham resort. The pool was conveniently located close to the condo and there were beautiful ocean views from the terraces. We were able to enjoy the restaurants at the hotel but actually preferred the ocean villas pool which was cleaner, quiet, and larger than the hotel pool. There was ample space in the condo for our family of five. Karli responded quickly throughout our stay. There was also a caretaker who helped us with check in. I would recommend Karli’s place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay with all the amenities of home!

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

Mandy was an exceptional host. The place was truly a peaceful private retreat and in proximity to everything! I would suggest getting a rental to explore the island and definitely recommend “simple food” for breakfast/brunch.

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

Rufo was a great host, very responsive. Location was amazing, plenty of pool/beach things for use (chairs, boogie board, noodles, and many towels at time of our visit), walkable to restaurants and a really nicely stocked market/liquor that would be worth checking out before longer jaunt to Walmart, etc. Apartment was not large but matched description well.

This is a great place to go for relaxation; beautiful space and beautiful accommodations. Very close .4 miles to Hyatt Regency resort which sells day passes.
