Arty, stylish and with no attention to detail spared - this super cool and inspiring house has a brilliant London location (gets five stars from our guests) and yet feels like a quiet, spacious and calm place to retreat to. The house has been featured in two design/interior magazines and is also available as a shoot location. We love helping our guests so please just ask. Cosy bed and breakfast in lovely leafy SW London

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Female guests only. Bright and calm super comfortable bedroom with exclusive use of recently renovated bathroom. In large and lovely family house, 2 adults, 2 children: 16 and 20 years old (one at university) plus Casper, the most elegant cat in London, and Charlie our lovely dog. Located in Herne Hill, zone 2, near central London, only a 10 mins train journey to Victoria or 15 mins train journey to London Bridge). Great travel links into the city. Continental breakfast and yoga mat included.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood. A nice clean bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, with a wardrobe, TV cabinet , 2 bedsize tables, chair, a mirror, a desk and a small fridge, shared bathroom. Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. NB Please note that booking is not advised for those who find stairs difficult or who are wheelchair users.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price you pay includes Breakfast (please see below for details). West Ham Stadium, UAL london college of fashion, V&A Stratford and UCL Stratford are all nearby.
