Beautiful, clean property! Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub while the snow fell...its a perfect weekend getaway house. I wish I could come back in the summer to enjoy the pool. AJ was very responsive and provided easy instructions for easy check-in.

Despite the frigid temperatures, the house was warm and comfortable. Each room had a control for heat. Naydee checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were happy. The basement bathroom was a bit tiny, but clean. Plenty of towels and hot water. Shower was a bit tight, but there were 6 of us, so we needed 2 bathrooms and this fit the bill. Overall, a nice stop!

The home was beautiful, just as pictured with natural light. The layout is great for families. There was plenty of space for entertaining and cooking. The home was fulled stocked with everything you could possibly need.

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved staying at Christine’s beautiful home! The place was immaculate, and we particularly enjoyed the pool and fire pit. The location was perfect—situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants, and within walking distance of the water. Christine was an amazing host, letting us check in early and check out late. She also texted to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. She even stopped by to share some great recommendations and ensure we knew how to use the house and pool code. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.

This home is top notch!! Esther is truly amazing and everything was excellent. The kitchen is amazing, the basement play area was awesome and the rooms were perfect! I will be staying here again!

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

Host was very responsive. Highly recommend. I will book again.

The inside and outside areas were meticulously maintained. The weather was great, so we were able to really enjoy the pool and deck. Michelle was extremely responsive and did a great job with instructions, recommendations, and communications. One member of our party needed to work a few days, and the office space in the basement was perfect.

The home was easy to find. The house was clean and relatively well stocked. The one cup coffee maker was slow, maybe clogged. We ended up buying an inexpensive coffee maker because of our big group. A laundry basket with clothes in it was accidentally left in the den. Bathrooms and surfaces were clean. It was a nice space for us to spread out. The patio around the pool was inviting.

Well....this was our 4th stay here, I think - that should speak volumes on a really terrific Airbnb to chose. This, when available on the dates, is our primary 'go-to' when we are in the area, as we know what the house is all about and the great comms we have constantly with Victoria! We had the most amazing stay! The house was perfect and very clean and spacious. The hosts were VERY ACCOMMODATING and kind and worked with us in a late check out and early arrival. We were here for NYFW and Will definitely be returning in September! You need to book this place!

As always, me & my daughter’s stay was great! Geet is always responsive & willing to help. This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. We had a wonderful time staying here! The space was incredibly comfortable for my family and me. We would love to book again when the weather warms up. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the deck due to the weather, but the interior was absolutely a 10 out of 10—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The heated toilet seats were an unexpected but delightful bonus! Most importantly, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Thank you for providing such an amazing place!

This house was exactly what our group was looking for. It sleeps 12 people comfortably and it’s very large. A quick walk from the jitney with 5 parking spots, it was perfect for all guests and their respective method of transportation. The backyard is also VERY spacious. There’s a grill, tennis court, etc. plenty of things to do — there’s never really a reason to leave during your stay. The house also has really nice energy. It’s quaint, gets beautiful light and is really charming! I would stay here again :)
