The house is great to take a little escape from everything since it’s kinda far from the main roads and streets. Everything was great regardless, the house just needs a little more maintenance but very good overall.

Spectacular home! We were a group of 10! And we absolutely loved this home. The pool was sooo cute. Perfect size. The entire home is cozy clean and just what we needed. The hosts were responsive and available at any given moment. Mosttttt importantly I was celebrating my birthday and they had a cake for meeeee it was an amazing gesture. There was also a happy birthday banner outside of the home. The ONLY thing is that it’s a bit far from San Juan the drive was over an hour. But we made the best of it and we LOVED IT! I recommend this beautiful home to all.

A lovely house and pool, and lots to do from pool table to wildlife watching (so many lizards!) to enjoying the ocean view from the top of the treehouse! There are also nice beaches and restaurants nearby. And Joe was a friendly and responsive host. I’m so grateful my family could spend our spring break in such a cool place!

The house was just as described. Located in peaceful quiet area of town but accessible to all the beach routes. Lots of restaurants along the beach roads with friendly people all around.

This home was the perfect getaway for my large family. 2 minute walk to the beach. Outdoor shower was so helpful for clean up. local coffee shop was 3 minutes away and is delicious 😋. loved how close you are to restaurants and the lighthouse. the home is comfy and has fun pool/patio space. Would recommend to anyone looking gor a relaxing beach getaway. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful with some minor issues.

Excellent place to stay for a few days. The neighborhood is super peaceful. The place has everything you could need, pool table, big pool and nearby restaurants, beaches and markets.

We loved this place. It is a bit of a drive but totally worth it if you want some privacy and no crowds. The space is very spacious and well appointed. Everything was clean and welcoming and the host(s) are very responsive, kind, and helpful. Really comfortable and charming without feeling like a cookie-cutter sterile like so many others on the island. Walk across the street to basically a private beach. Owned and operated by Puerto Ricans, not some investor from Florida. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a secluded little paradise.

Beautiful home right infront of the beach!!! Nancy is a great Host making sure everything was ok and home was easy to find with easy instructions. Very clean home and organized, will definitely stay here when I’m around the area.

Absolutely beautiful location. Direct access to beach, amazing and private backyard space with pool. We spent every morning drinking coffee by the pool listening to the waves crash. At night we were so comfortable with ac in every room. Yet we could still hear the ocean waves. We never wanted to leave. The only challenge we faced was a lack of water due to a municipal water break and repair. Nathaniel was very responsive to our concerns. My only recommendations would be to add a cistern to the property and to replace the cookware. The teflon coated pots and pans were all scratched. No one should be cooking with them.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful home! Rebecca was so accommodating and made our stay fantastic. Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!

Nos fuimos para una despedida de año de la cual no teníamos servicio eléctrico en casi todo el país, aún asi, Anibal fue flexible y pudimos disfrutar. La cocina está completamente equipada con más de lo que esperábamos. Por falta de las horas de suministro de luz , Anibal nos concedió una hora más tarde del check out. La limpieza de los cuartos , baños y facilidades estaba óptima. La piscina súper limpia, clara el agua y no estaba con olor a clorox como en otros lugares. El bbq hasta con papel de aluminio limpio nos los dejaron. Muy recomendable para estadía y tranquilidad.

Our family enjoyed staying at Marie Claire's place. It was excellent. It was perfectly located on the beach in a great area near the Cueva del Indio. Her place had all the things we needed and more. She was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend Casa Pepa and look forward to staying there again.

Edwin was very responsive to my many questions. We were able to find the place in the middle of the night based on google map directions from the listing. It was convenient to have beach towels & chairs. So many beautiful, different beaches nearby, great central location. Our favorite beach was Obispo. There's a really good restaurant nearby (islote beach restaurant) with amazing cocktails. We were greeted with scary looking rottweiler but all the dogs in the neighborhood are extremely friendly and just want pets!

Mawil’s place was great very clean. Plenty of space was very responsive with any question that I had. Good recommendation of some local beaches and food.

My family and I had a great time staying!

Beautiful view into the ocean right at the front door. It’s a small home, but has all of the essentials. The shower was cold but the host sent someone to fix it within the hour. There are lots of mosquitoes, so bring bug spray if you plan on enjoying being out on the deck or beach. The water is rough, but you are only 3-10 minutes away from other areas where you can swim.

We loved our stay at the beach house. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. The only negative was sometimes in the master suite at night you could hear traffic and street noise, but other than that it was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed grilling out on the back porch at night and watching our kids swim. We lost power briefly due to weather, but they were very responsive and had candles for us already there. We could walk straight to the beach and be in the water or we could sit on the hammocks in the grass or we could be on the back porch. We very much enjoyed this house and we hope to return one day.

Melba’s place was just want we needed for a short trip. Clean and close to the beach. We will be coming again. Thanks Melba for everything

Bonita vista, lugar se siente y se ve muy limpio, muy cómodo y tiene todo lo que se necesita, fácil de llegar. La vista es muy linda, la piscina es compartida y no tiene calentador, pero es muy acogedor. El parking es frente a la calle, pero cómodo.

This place is great. Pictures are good but in person this place is great. We had a little trouble finding the place but was more a GPS issue. Bruce & Belinda were very responsive and helpful. The grill was left ready for us to use. The pool was beautiful & clean. They allowed us to take some of the coconuts that were ripe from their tree. My family enjoyed visiting us who live nearby as well. Plenty of room to socialize. The tv outside was a plus to watch a boxing match one night. lenty of pool & Bath towels provided including toiletries. Also family games including Dominoes which my family loves. We were only there 4 days but fully enjoyed it. I hope to go back with my family, hopefully for longer time. Thank you Belinda & Bruce for opening your home to us.

Josean's place was in convenient location. It was near all the places we wanted to visit and was less than 10 minutes (driving) to a popular beach. The place itself had everything we needed and was just as described. Josean was a very responsive host and was available for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

we loved the place. it was clean and private. I had planned to just use it as a base and a place to sleep but we spent most of the vacation there. the kids loved the pool the adults loved the porch. it was an awesome place I've never relaxed so much on a vacation before
