Isola Albarella : locations de villas de vacances

Ein wunderschöner Ort für ein großes Familientreffen für Groß und Klein. Es gibt einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit anschließender Küche, und trotzdem die Möglichkeit sich einen Stock drüber im eigenen Apartment auch mal zurückzuziehen. Wir hatten Anfang September noch sehr warme Temperaturen von über 30 Grad und das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage (wie in der Ausstattung auch angegeben). Das sollte man evtl beachten, wenn man Hitze nicht so gut verträgt. Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern Ventilatoren, die wenigstens die Luft zirkulieren lassen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, villa bien équipée, très propre! Un petit bémol sur la literie , concernant les deux grands lits. Et le manque de volets. Sinon tout était parfait.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein paar tolle Empfehlungen bekommen. Wir haben jeden Tag im wunderschönen Garten gefrühstückt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto war alles gut erreichbar.

Sono stato estremamente soddisfatto, la casa rispecchia al 100% le foto ed è dotata di ogni cosa come una casa vera, a volte su airbnb si nota che ci sono appartamenti solo da affitto ma che mancano di cose basilari. veramente un'ottima posizione, molto tranquilla e con un ampio giardino (per mettere l'auto e per rilassarsi in veranda). Cucina veramente ottima e completa, c'è anche un'ottima linea internet e non ultima la pulizia: perfetta in ogni angolo, si vede che viene pulita da professionisti (molto precisi) Ermanno è molto gentile e disponibile. Fantastico il checkin con le chiavi nella cassettina di sicurezza, veramente comodo

Ein zauberhafter Aufenthalt ging leider viel zu schnell vorbei! Rosella ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, jede Anfrage wurde super schnell beantwortet. Keine Wünsche blieben offen. Sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Alles was wir uns vor gestellt haben war auch da. Selbst Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Gerne wieder!

Все понравилось. Белоснежное хрустящее постельное белье. Современный дизайн интерьера. Есть холодильник с морозильным отделением, индукционная плита, микроволновая печь, посудомоечная машина, телевизор и стиральная машина. Нет духового шкафа и чайника. До моря пять минут ходьбы, как и написано в объявлении. Лежаки нужно покупать отдельно, у фирмы нет договора с пляжем, это не много не удобно. В фирме работает отзывчивый персонал, все вопросы решали молниеносно. Спасибо! P.S для тех, кто впервые в этих краях. Очень много комаров и мошек, которые кусаются. На террасе сидеть не возможно. В дом тоже залетают. Но это проблема региона в целом, а не претензия к фирме.

Eine hübsche Unterkunft, sehr nah am Strand. Auch ein öffentlicher Strand ist nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt. Die Küche hat alles, was man so braucht, auch ein Espresso lässt sich zubereiten. Der Kinderpool und der allgemeine Pool sind sehr schön und ansprechender als auf den Fotos :)

Great stay and experience. This beautiful home can sleep a lot of people. Great host who was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This house and the location were even better than expected. The view of Venice from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We wanted to never leave - the house was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the sauna and steam. The walk to the water taxi was only 10 minutes away and flat - easy to get to Venice in just a few minutes. We would love to come back some day and Barbara and Fabio were very easy to stay in touch with and helped us get a water taxi from the train station to the house so we could conveniently arrive with our group of 7 and luggage. Thank you so much!

Ca‘ delle Contesse ist ein absoluter Wohlfühlort mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Lagune. Die Wohnung ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, der private Saunabereich ein Highlight. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation in this amazing house . It’s modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped and well laid out. It was also very well air conditioned, has very spacious 4 bedrooms and great 2 bathrooms. The property is stylish, it’s exactly the same as shown in the pictures ! Our kids loved the pool ( warm and clean water )! The location is perfect to reach local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, as well as nearby cities, we also loved the privacy it gives. Communication with the Host both , before arrival and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Thanks again for an amazing stay ! We would definitely highly recommend this beautiful house to others .

pros: place is large and accommodates large groups very well. very convenient to local shops and stores. Quick drive to historic Venice. very quiet and safe area. con: key situation takes some getting used to, can't unlock gate without shutting power off to entire place. having to remove electrical keys means no ability to charge electronics while not there. and one group of people can't leave with key, and keep power on at home.

Our first visit to Venice and also last stop of a 10-days Italy trip, and I’m glad I chose to stay in Lido instead of busy central Venice. Lido island is quiet with lovely beaches, and walkable or you can catch the bus easily. Venice is 35 minutes away on a water bus and 1hr to Burano. The villa is impeccable - right on the waterfront with beautiful views of Venice at a distance and other surrounding islands. A perfect spot to enjoy the sunset on a clear day with a glass of Prosecco (offered by the host). Cleanliness, interior decorations, the sauna, washer and dryer…. All 5 💫 ⭐️ We are grateful for Fabio and Barbara’s warm and welcoming hospitality. We’d definitely come back.

Villa Leopold is beyond unique - we could not have asked for a better setting and overall experience for, in our case, a weeklong family reunion of 8 adults and 3 (grand) kids. The private park with the pool provided room for quiet relaxation as well as fun and games. The well maintained villa with thoughtfully selected furniture (and art works) virtually throughout was more than one could ask for.

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

The villa is very large and has a rustic charm to it. We had a large family gathering and it was perfect. A lot of space and the garden/yard is massive. The deck and table outside just off the kitchen was great especially with three young children. Surrounding area is wonderful and the villa fits perfectly in that context. The proximity to Padova and Venice is a plus too. Our host was always very kind and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. It was a very nice stay for us.

Très grande maison spacieuse, extérieur immense laissant pleinement la possibilité de circuler même si on est nom reux. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Maison bien située pour se rendre aux différentes villes voisines.

House and pool were wonderful. Great time had by all and we were perfectly situated to visit Venice, Lake Garda, Vicenza, Verona, Bologna as well as other places. Claudia very helpful and made sure everything was just right for us. Would highly recommend.
