Isola, Milan : locations de vacances dans des lofts

Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Balkon bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Castello, den Dom und den Parkt. Die Lage ist ideal: zentral und dennoch ruhig, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Silvia war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Zentralbahnhof, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. sie ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Das Bett war bequem und Flavio sehr hilfsbereit. Für unseren Kurztripp war es ideal.

滞在までのコミュニケーションは日本語で応答してもらいとてもスムーズでしたが、入室時は英語もあまり伝わらなかったので少し戸惑いましたが特に問題はなかったのでとても良かったです

la location su tre livelli proposta da Claudio corrisponde a quanto descritto e fotografato. Host molto disponibile e di estrema gentilezza. Struttura sicuramente valida per un soggiorno di periodo breve come di più giorni.Alloggio pulitissimo e ben organizzato nei servizi proposti e piacevolmente arredato. Subito nelle vicinanze presenti svariati locali commerciali e ristoranti/pizzerie e a metà strada tra due fermate della metropolitana M1. Per chi fosse interessato , vicini nella stessa via o comunque a poca distanza sono presenti svariati parcheggi a pagamento (che però è meglio prenotare anzitempo per sicurezza)grazie al un cortile interno dell'immobile,i rumori provenienti dalla strada son pressoché inesistenti..Penso che per altre occasioni terrò in sincera considerazione la Struttura alloggiativa di Flavio,(anche perché il fatto che sia ben strutturata su 3 livelli mi è davvero piaciuta molto).Che dire di più, un angolo tranquillo nella Milano caotica. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The high ceiling height gave the space a grand and airy feel, making it special. The location was great – just a short walk from great restaurants, shopping areas, and the iconic Duomo di Milano. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Gostamos muito da hospedagem, fácil de se locomover, perto de pontos de bonde e metro, banheiro espaçoso, cozinha boa e sala adequada, quarto bom e espaçoso. Anfitrião respondia com rapidez todas as nossas duvidas e nos ajudou muito. Nós recomendamos essa hospedagem e com certeza ficaríamos outras vezes.

Had a great stay! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was easy, and the place was exactly as described. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Plus, the location is fantastic—there’s an amazing deli, La Fattoria di Torri Vittorio, right on the same street, and a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It's also close to Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Would definitely book again! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for just me but can fit 4 (5 if you have someone sleep on the couch). Given the loft I’m not sure if it’s suitable for toddlers/kids who are not keen on listening. You can tell Marzio and his family care about the place with their little welcome binder that has typed up notes on the neighborhood, Chinatown, its history, and recommendations on what to try in the neighborhood. The supermarket is down the block which was super convenient. I’m a big walker and found I was no more than 20-45 mins from everywhere I wanted to go (Duomo, Milano Centrale, Four Seasons). The apartment is on the first floor and at the entrance so you do hear cars driving by and the motors of the doors when it opens up for tenants cars— if you’re a deep sleeper and plan on being gone most of the day then this shouldn’t bother much. Absolutely loved our stay at the Lux Loft in Milan! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The loft is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and has a cozy, modern vibe that made us feel right at home. One of the biggest highlights for us was the free parking—a rare gem in Milan and a huge bonus for anyone traveling by car. The ground floor location made access super easy, especially with luggage, and we appreciated the extra privacy and convenience it provided. The neighborhood is quiet yet well-connected, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely recommend the Lux Loft to anyone visiting Milan. We’ll be back for sure!

Claudio ist ein toller Gastgeber, hilfreich und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist cool, sauber und war für meine zwei Nächte perfekt. Die Parkgarage gegenüber war für mich ebenfalls top.

Nikolay’s place was perfect. Right next to Zara Underground station, big supermarket, cafés and restaurants. Self check in is easy if you follow the instructions. It is really quiet and probably really comfortable when hot in the summer. We had fruits, sweets, water, coffee and a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. We definitely recommend this AirBnb!

Barbara’s place was great. Great location close to the train station, beautiful place and big enough for everyone in our family. Barbara is also very attentive and responsive. Thank you Barbara for all the welcome goodies and for a great start to our trip!
