Очень красивая локация, хорошее расположение и прекрасная квартира. Хороший вид из окна, и прикольная планировка - одна царь спальня, и еще одна для детей. Внизу есть клевая кофейня с скидкой (мы о скидке узнали только в конце проживания). Рядом метро и пешеходная улица с множеством магазинов. Из того, что стоит учесть - обеденного стола может не хватить всем (он на пару персон). Но в любом случае, квартира стоит потраченных денег

I stayed in this apartment for two weeks, and it was absolutely fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like home. It had everything I needed as a digital nomad. With Starbucks and Caffè Nero just a three-minute walk away, Carrefour around the corner, and a vibrant selection of restaurants right outside the building, the location was perfect. Ilke was an exceptional host. Thoughtful touches like Turkish sweets, a 5L bottle of water, and essential toiletries in the bathroom made the space feel even more welcoming. She was also incredibly responsive, always quick to assist with any questions. I highly recommend this stay and will definitely be back!

This was a nice private accommodation for me and my wife. Just what we needed. It was walking distance for where we needed to be everyday. The place is big enough to host if you needed. Kitchen is useful too. I would come back. There is a mosque at the doorstep which was very convenient for those who want to pray, adhan is heard at each prayer. Couple of shops around if you need anything in an emergency. Taxis always found the location.
