super recomendable toda mi familia estuvo contenta con el servicio que nos ofrecieron está en buena ubicación super limpio diario hacían limpieza y ponían papel jabón shampoo los de la recepción siempre atentos y nos ayudaban en todo lo que necesitamos super anfitriones

Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

Filiz e Alì sono persone straordinarie, molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno aiutato in tutti i nostri bisogni. Anche se siamo arrivati molto in ritardo a causa del volo ci hanno aspettato. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente e la posizione è ottima. La cucina è molto attrezzata, la camera da letto è molto silenziosa. Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole e consigliamo a tutti questa casa.

Perfect location. Lots of space. For guests with limited mobility there are a lot of stairs so keep This in mind. Lovely red kitchen appliances like hot water pot and toaster but I was unable to figure out how to use. Even with the instructions

Μείναμε για 15 μέρες σε αυτόν τον χώρο το λατρέψαμε…Είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο έχει μια υπέροχη φιλόξενη γειτονιά,τα πάντα είναι κοντά σου από φούρνο,σούπερ μάρκετ,κρεοπωλείο,καταστήματα,εστιατόρια,κουρεία.Ηταν μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή και το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα επιστρέψουμε.Ο ιδιοκτήτης ότι και να χρειαστήκαμε απαντούσε πάντα και οποιαδήποτε ώρα.Κανενα παράπονο!Το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι φιλοξένησε 9 άτομα.Το αγαπήσαμε και σήμερα η τελευταία μέρα μας ήταν στενάχωρη.Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε.Το συνιστώ 100%.Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Asli’s place was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. The access was very easy and she was super responsive. Great place to stay if you plan on spending a few days in Istanbul. Perfect for a group with private rooms and bathrooms per rooms. Location surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and bars. The only downfall is the noise at night but you can disregard it if you are on vacation

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Turkey was truly amazing! The location was super convenient—everywhere we wanted to go was just a short taxi ride away. Plus, taxis had no trouble finding the place, which made getting around a breeze. The house itself was spotless! You could tell the host took our request for cleanliness seriously. The place smelled fresh and looked immaculate. The host even provided extra towels, tissues, and bed sheets without any hesitation. The layout of the Airbnb was fantastic: three floors, each with its own bed and bathroom. This setup was perfect for our family, and it would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The privacy and convenience were top-notch. The ground floor had a billiard table, which was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). It was such a fun feature and gave the kids a great place to hang out while the adults relaxed. Finally, the host was incredibly accommodating. Best location behind Hagia Sophia.. Surrounded by plethora of nice restaurants for meals.. Walking distance to all major sites in sultanahemt area.. The host was very friendly and helpful giving pointers to major attractions and eating joints around.. Was personally present to welcome us to the property.. The property was very clean and nicely maintained with great view from the terrace Only drawback was that there was no lift for the upper floor and with couple of my fellow travellers being senior citizens with restricted mobility could not enjoy the upper floor and terrace Would definitely recommend the property to stay for a family of 5-7

Üç aile toplam 9 yetişkin ve bir köpeğimizle, güzel bir hafta sonu geçirdik, Adnan bey öncelikle çok ilgi ve alaka gösterdi, gerekli bilgilendirme ve yönlendirmeleri çok güzel iletti. Kendi evimizdeki kadar çok rahat bir kiralama yaşadık, özellikle bizim gibi kalabalık organizasyon düşüncesi için imkanları ile yeterli olanaklarla karşılaştık. Bizim kiralama dönemi kasım ayında olması nedeni ile ısıtma konusunda endişelerimiz ilk giriş itibari ile daha önce kullanımı olmadığından olsa gerek biraz korkutsa da ilerleyen saatlerde odalardaki ek ısıtıcılar ve soba ile seyahat planımız sonuna kadar ısıtma konusunda hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Bahçe mangal ve özellikle köpeğimiz için bulunmaz bir fırsat oldu. Tüm samimiyetimle güzel bir arkadaşlık ortamında birlikte olabileceğimiz bir beklenti için sonucunda tüm katılımcılar memnuniyetle ve mutlu şekilde ayrıldık mekandan Sevgilerimle

Amazing few from the big terrace. We can highly recommend staying here, it was an absolute pleasure. Can't wait to come back again :)

Çok sıcak ve samimi bir yerdi. Hem temiz hem merkezi hem de fiyatı uygundu. Yaşadığım en iyi airbnb deneyimiydi diyebilirim.

La maison est idéalement située ppur visiter et decouvrir Istanbul. Elle est tres bien meublée et équipée, literies de qualités. On sent que tout a etait réfléchi avec le soin du détails. Belle vue depuis la terrasse et joli attention avec le petit déjeuner prevu a notre intention.
