Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und bietet rundherum ein grosses Angebot an Baars und Restaurants. Savas ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und konnte alle meine Fragen beantworten so wie viele Tips mitgeben die unseren Aufenthalt aufgewertet haben. Vielen Dank nochmals

I really would advise anyone to rent this fabulous apartment it’s really clean and new. The location in middle of everything and everything is reachable and the whole area safe day and night.. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and again and I really thanks them for everything

Started off with a few minor hiccups but host dealt with everything very swiftly and professionally. Apartment is amazing, clean and perfect for family and friends. Has a very cosy but modern feel and 10 minute walk from modern istanbul. 15 minutes to ferry port to get to asian side and 3 minute walk to tram stop. Overall, had an amazing time and would definitely recommend if you are unsure about this and another place.

I had an excellent experience renting an apartment with Mahmud. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful and attentive. He took the initiative to ensure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was also very responsive to our messages, which made communication easy. The apartment itself was spotless, tidy, and very cozy, and having a convenience store nearby was a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend Mahmud for anyone looking for a professional and caring host!

Our stay at this beautiful villa was an incredible experience. The spacious interiors and high ceilings created an airy atmosphere and the coziness made us fell truly at home. It was very clean and comfortable. The private sauna and turkish hamam was fantastic allowing us to relax. Location was best! Balat we loved exploring the colorful streets, historical Byzantine churches, and vibrant local cafes. The tram station is just a short walk away making it incredibly easy to reach the city center and other attractions. The host was always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay in Istanbul. We would definitely love to come back!

我和朋友两个人出行，房子内有两间宽敞的卧室，都非常干净，提供了很香的浴巾供我们使用。客厅和厨房很大，干净，设施齐全，厨房内配置了各种厨具餐具和香料，很可惜我们只在这里住了一晚，没有深度体验自己下厨的快乐。 房东Başak为我们提供了附近街区游览指南，非常的详尽。这是一个安静又充满活力的街区，离地铁和港口都不远。推荐给有需求的人！

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und hell. Man kann zur Fuß alle nötigen Dinge erledigen, drum herum sind genüget Möglichkeiten um etwas zu essen zu finden, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Der Hafen liegt sehr an der Unterkunft, am Abend einen gemütlichen spazierengang am Hafen ist ebenfalls möglich und man ist ganz schnell in bebek. Es gibt genügend Märkte in der. Und das wichtigste für mich persönlich war, der Herr Ozan jeder Zeit zu erreichen war, zu meinen Fragen habe ich in kürzester Zeit eine hilfreiche Antwort erhalten. Sollte ich nochmal kommen würde ich gerne erneut hier buchen.

Questa casa è un sogno. Anche meglio di quanto ci aspettavamo. Alican all'inizio e Mehmet poi sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili. La casa è in una posizione intima rispetto alle case vicine per garantire il massimo relax e comfort, la vista sul fiume ed il grande giardino ti permettono a pieno di goderti gli esterni. Tutto è arredato e scelto con gusto e cura, e non manca davvero niente. Noi abbiamo teovato il camino già pronto per essere accesso, e ne abbiamo approfittatto. La jacuzzi fuori era pulitissima e l'acqua caldissima, tutto davvero perfetto. Da provare, assolutamente!!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Boğaza ve Ortaköy meydanına yürüyerek 10 dakika uzaklıkta. Tek eksiklik olarak mutfak ekipmanları diyebilirim. Uzun süreki konaklamalarda ve evde sağlıklı besin üretebilmek için temel birkaç eşyaya ihtiyacı var. Onun haricinde her şey şahaneydi!
