Dairenin manzarası harika. Merkezi konumda. Araç ile gelecekler dairenin bulunduğu caddede ispark var ya da yolun deniz tarafinda kapali ispark otoparki mevcut.

Kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Evin konumu harika,1 sokak arkanızdan bağdat caddesi,100 metre aşağısı sahilyolu,kadıköy araç ile 10 dakika. Bostancı ido iskelesi önünüzde,Adalar a veya Avrupa yakasına deniz yoluyla gidebilirsiniz. Daire fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz gibi,deniz manzarası var,bina zaten yeni yapım. Herşey temiz pırıl pırıl. Herkese tavsiye ederim,İstanbul Anadolu yakasında her yere yakın ve sakin bir semt te olan bu daire gerçekten fiyat- performans dengesini çok iyi sağlıyor. Son olarak ev sahibi Hasan bey e teşekkür etmek istiyorum, çok kibar ve ilgili bir ev sahibi idi,kendisine buradan teşekkür ediyorum..

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beklentilerimi tamamen karşılayan bir konaklama oldu. Furkan çok kibar ve anlayışlı. Uzun süreli konaklamalae için evde mevcut temizlik malzemeleri olsa daha iyi olurdu fakat bunu istediğimizde hemen temin edildi. Tamamen kusursuzdu. Her şey için teşekkür ederim :)

I visit Istanbul frequently because I do business in the Grand Bazaar. It was very enjoyable to stay in this house, which is located in the elite part of the city and has an iconic view. It is very close to the tram, and the people of Istanbul know it is the most easily used public transport in Istanbul. Although the house is in the center of the city, it was very peaceful in terms of noise. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is quite large and every detail has been considered. Bedirhan is also an asset to this house, he is a young professional and it is obvious that he has a service spirit. He was very interested and helpful from before to after the stay.

We loved our stay at Mr Hasan’s brand new apartment. The space is neat, tastefully decorated and perfectly situated close to all public transport options, including the ferry which takes you to the Princes Islands. Mr Hasan is a wonderfully helpful and friendly host. We will definitely stay again!

This is the second time I have to stay in this apartment, it is beautiful, clean, and tidy apartment. I wrote a comment about it previously. Close the tram and Metro station and close the Taksim Square . The host is great His instructions are clear and communicates quickly. It’s a smart and Safe apartment.

Nazlıcan’s place is great, first of all her house sea view is amazing. Their hospitality are great… house is beautiful than the photos…

The place is cosy and the proximity to Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed mosque is great but what makes this Airbnb a fantastic choice is Wahid himself. His cheerful demeanor, friendly nature and willingness to go out of his way to communicate and help is very endearing. Our family appreciated his hospitality, getting to know him and learn about his family and of course the delicious tea he prepared. Go see Wahid!

Müge Hanım’ın evinde daha önce de konaklama fırsatı bulmuştuk. İstanbul’un kalabalığından ve kaosundan sizi kolayca çekip çıkartan harika bir bahçe ve harika bir ev. Olası tatil kaçamaklarında ilk tercihimiz oldu. Öyle de devam edecek gibi duruyor. Ayrıca Müge Hanım harika bir ev sahibi ve çok yardımsever. Bu da sizin konaklamanızı oldukça kolaylaştırıyor.

Schönes Erlebnis in ruhiger Lage wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machte. Seda war immer erreichbar und Hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

It’s been a pleasure to visit Heybeliada and this nice and peaceful house made it even better. It was a great stay even if it was for a short time. I highly recommend this place. Ömer was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

Aydogan was a really nice host! He was attentive and recieved us as family. Got to show us hrs recommended restaurant. He also helped us to get Airport shuttle with a very nice friend and at a good price! Room was superb, clean and neat. We had everything we needed in our stay, and an excelentes wifi reception. Offered tea as welcome treat :) Spot is perfectly close to all main landmarks at Istambul! :)

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Ev sahibi her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Mesajlarımıza hızlıca cevap verdi. Ev zaten temiz ve düzenliydi. 3 geceliğine kalmaya arkadaşlarımla gitmiştik çok memnun kaldık. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz bir ev. İlk Airbnb kullanmışım olduğu için endişelerim vardı ama Andrea Hanım sayesinde her şey kolayca halloldu. 😊

Es war alles super! Fethi ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Abschnitt mit vielen Essmöglichkeiten der großen Einkaufsstraße „Bağdat caddesi“, war in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Abschnitt der Straße, welche Shopping Möglichkeiten bietet ist weiter entfernt. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr sicher und in guten Händen gefühlt, konnten ohne Probleme kochen und waren mit der Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Vielen Dank!! Gerne wieder!

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Staying at Mustafa's flat in Turkey was an excellent experience! The flat was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities in perfect working order. The location was fantastic—surrounded by great cafés and just a short walk from the beautiful coastline. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. Mustafa was an outstanding host—very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.
