Ibrahim was personable, helpful, and responsive. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed. A quiet and compact space, but may be a little difficult to work in or take work calls - some manoeuvring is required but it ultimately worked out for me. View from the rooftop was phenomenal; not too shabby either from the apartment balcony! Equipment in gym is a little old, but very comprehensive and kept clean.

Konum olarak bütün sosyal aktivitelere yakın bir yer. Az bir yürüyüş ile kafelere restoranlara ulaşıyorsunuz. Şükrü bey sorulara çok hızlı cevap vererek evinizde hissettiriyor ve çözüm üretiyor. Bir daha gidişimde müsait olursa başka yer aramam.

Nous (un couple) venons de passer un mois dans l'appartement de Derin avant de nous installer à Istanbul, c'était parfait. L'appartement est très agréable, très bien situé dans un quartier vivant et accueillant. Il est complètement équipé et tout marche bien. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le lit est très confortable, ainsi que le divan. La douche est vaste. En plus, Derin a répondu très vite quand nous avons dû lui poser une question. Nous recommandons son apartement sans réserve. We had a few really nice days in Ali‘s flat. He was extremely helpful, organized us the transfer from the airport and responded to every question immediately. The flat was exactly as described, the location is super central and you can reach a lot of attractive areas on foot. We found water in the fridge, tea and coffee were available as well and if the weather hadn‘t been that nice we would have certainly made use of the fire wood. Many previous guests commented on the school opposite the flat so I just wanted to emphasise again that the bedroom at the back of the apartment is fully shielded from the children’s noise (that I personally don’t mind that much). You might hear the neighbours a bit but the school does not impact your sleep there at all.

Zunächst einmal möchte ich über den Gastgeber schreiben. Er ist wirklich hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Sobald ich ihm schrieb, antwortete er in weniger als fünf Minuten. Er gab mir sehr gute Tipps und empfahl mir ausgezeichnete Restaurants sowie die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Türkei. Zur Wohnung kann ich sagen, dass sie eine der saubersten Unterkünfte war, die ich je gemietet habe. Die Lage war gut – zwar ein bisschen weit von der Bushaltestelle entfernt (etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß), aber von dort konnte man fast alle bekannten Orte in Istanbul mit nur einem Bus erreichen. Auch der Metrobus war relativ nah (ca. 10 Minuten), was ich sehr praktisch fand. Alle Geschäfte (Supermärkte, Bäckereien usw.) waren in der Nähe und in etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt waren sowohl die Wohnung als auch der Gastgeber wirklich hervorragend, und wenn ich noch einmal nach Istanbul reise, würde ich diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Axel was friendly and very responsive. He was a wonderful host. It is a great place in a great location, with lots of things to do and great restaurants. It is close to the Istinye shopping mall and within walking distance of the metro. I loved it and highly recommend this place.”

I’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had so far. Upon arrival Zafer greeted my family later in the evening on Ramadan. He coordinated with our driver to make sure our arrival had no delays or issues. The instructions were immaculate and exceeded expectations. The place is beautiful and has everything you need. The view is gorgeous as well.

If you are looking for a refuge that offers peace, inspiration, comfort, and access to the city--this is the place. Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children, and a baby) had no idea what a gem we had found until we walked into this space. The space is divided into three floors, which provides a great amount of division for a larger family like ours. The bottom space with kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful (let me say it again), beautiful sun room and garden served as community space that is unmatched in tranquility and options. Tao and his team were expertly organized (communicating every detail of check-in beforehand, arranging for baby bed and high chair, answering all questions that we had, and even providing a great map of surrounding restaurants, cafés, groceries, and shops). On the day of checkout, the Tao worked with our family to make sure that we were able to enjoy our final hours in the city without concern for luggage or being without a hub for the day.
