Istro : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Die Lage direkt am Strand könnte nicht besser sein, und die Dachterrasse war das Highlight meines Aufenthalts – ich habe dort jeden Tag verbracht. René und Nadine sind top Hosts , und Georgios vor Ort hat mich herzlich empfangen und eine großartige Einweisung gegeben. Die Tipps, die ich bekommen habe, haben meinen Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht – sie waren wirklich Gold wert. Das Penthouse ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage des Penthouses ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Meer und in fußläufiger Nähe zu charmanten Cafés und Restaurants. Auch die Umgebung bietet viele Sandstrände. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie entgegenkommend René und Nadine waren: Sie ermöglichten mir eine frühere Anreise und spätere Abreise, was meinen Aufenthalt noch entspannter machte. Très beau logements, très propre avec tout le nécessaire à l’intérieur. Pratique car situé proche de l’aéroport si comme nous il vous faut un logement de passage. Cependant qui dit proche de l’aéroport dit bruit des avions mais cela n’est pas trop dérangeant non plus. Arrivée autonome super pratique et les instructions sont très clair et précise de la part de l’hôte. Et celle ci est très réactive en cas de problème

Appartamento bellissimo, tutto nuovo, arredato con gusto e super accessoriato. Pulizia impeccabile, zona tranquilla e comoda sia per il centro e il palazzo di Cnosso. Nikos è davvero disponibile e molto simpatico!

Une vue époustouflante, une tranquillité parfaite, un hôte très réactif et très chaleureux, tout près des très jolies villes de Elounda et Agios Nicolaos, un environnement idéal pour marcher ou courir en montagne… notre seul regret c’est d’avoir du quitter cette place de rêve.

Ο Εvangelos ήταν ευγενέστατος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση, τα πάντα είναι καινούρια και δουλεύουν τέλεια, ο εξοπλισμός είναι ποιοτικός και η διακόσμηση επιλεγμένη με γούστο και φροντίδα μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και πολύ βολική, σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από το κέντρο, διαθέτει όλες τις βασικές υπηρεσίες και η σχέση παροχών-τιμής πολύ συμφέρουσα για τον ενοικιαστή. Είχα μια πολύ άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή και το κατάλυμα του Evangelos θα είναι σίγουρα η πρώτη μου επιλογή, όταν επισκεφτώ ξανά το Ηράκλειο.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Appartement! Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum! Das Wohnzimmer eher klein und zweckmäßig, aber wir waren eh fast nur draußen. Einige Küchenutensilien haben wir vermisst (Schere, Pfannenwender, Nudelsieb, kleine Topf & Filterkaffee - Maschine). Den Vermieter und die Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen! Allerdings gibt es einen Punkt, den wir so nicht erwartet hätten, es aber fair finden ihn zu erwähnen. In der direkten Nachbarschaft wohnen viele laute Hunde. Wir sind sehr lärmempfindlich und wurden leider jeden Morgen zwischen 6:30 und 7:30 Uhr von einem lauten Gebäll der Hunde, die anscheinend auf den Balkonen leben, geweckt. Im Urlaub ist das nicht so schön.

Had a great stay at Eva's place. Easy to find and her cousin Popi was waiting for us with the keys. Plenty of space and beds were comfortable. The patio was perfect for breakfast.Easy to get to from Heraklion/ Lerapetra, buses on time and just 14€ one way. Lots of good restaurants at a stone's throw.

Appartement très joli et chaleureusement décoré. Les commerces et restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pied, nous marchons le long de champs d'oliviers pour y arriver. L'immeuble est calme et paisible, idéal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Kallia est toujours disponible pour nous renseigner sur les activités aux environs et nous donner plein de conseils. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, et en garderons de très nombreux souvenirs.

Très beau séjour. Emplacement près du port à pied. Pris le bus à 10 minutes pour Knossos . Pour visiter la vielle ville même chose . Près d’un market et d’un resto sympathique et totalement Grecque en direction du logement. Le logement est tellement beau et propre on dirait que personne n Y a été avant! Merci pour ce bel arrêt à Héraklion.

architecture remarquable et très bien pensée; les matériaux de construction sont de qualité et l'espace est maximisé. l'ensemble offre beaucoup de confort. Marilou est très attentive pour garantir un service irréprochable : beaucoup de produits fournis, entretien,ménage et changement de linge très réguliers. Nous recommandons fortement.

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub, wir konnten uns in dem schönen Haus super erholen die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten war immer jemand zu erreichen. Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.☺️

Wir waren zu zweit 12 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit Badezimmer im Untergeschoss und eins im Obergeschoss. Wohnraum und Küche im Erdgeschoss. Eine tolle Aufteilung. Der eigene Parkplatz beim Haus ist sehr praktisch. Ausflüge mit dem Auto sind durch die gute Anbindung zur Schnellstraße gut möglich. In das Stadtzentrum sind wir ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß gegangen oder haben den Bus genommen. 150 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ist ein gut sortiertes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Antonio hat uns als Willkommens Gruß Kaffee, Wasser, Kekse, Milch, Eier, Brot, Käse und Schinken zur Verfügung gestellt. So waren wir zum Start gut versorgt. Sanitär- und Haushaltsartikel waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr unkompliziert. Auf Fragen hat er prompt reagiert und aktiv nachgefragt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nikos a été très accueillant et proactif (nous a spontanément adressé ses suggestions de restaurants, plages et bars à proximité). Le logement est conforme à la description avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Très bel endroit pour découvrir Ierapetra et ses environs

Our stay at Alexis and Nina's villa was nothing short of extraordinary. It was our third and final stop during two weeks in Crete, and it was the most luxurious and lovely spot (among a group of them) for me and my wife. The villa is set in a small village on a hillside overlooking the sea. It's about 30 minutes into Heraklion, and the village (though by no means a city) has plenty of places to eat and shop. It's also exceptionally quiet and private. The arrangement of the villa is essentially a "compound". There are three separate parts of the villa, each with separate entrances and all immaculately cared for and luxurious. As we were only two people, we used the lower villa (3 bedrooms), but multiple couples or even a large family would be very comfortable here. The villa was perfect, only eclipsed by Alexis and Nina's hospitality and generosity throughout our stay. There were too many examples to cite of their kindness and care, but it made our stay extra special. We'll be back!

We travel extensively. In all of our world travels, Nikolas is the best host we’ve ever had. He is very welcoming, kind, and checks-in just enough to ensure you are comfortable. This is a dream location on the southeast shore of Crete. The villa is a newer build, finished in quality work. The view from the living area is world-class. If you are looking for less hustle-and-bustle, and more solitude, this is the place. It’s near walkable beaches. Groceries, restaurants, supplies, petrol are just an 8 minute drive away. The flat is kitted-out well with kitchen and cooking utensils, pans, and plenty of cupboard space. You will arrive to a very well-kept, clean apartment, and immediately be happy about your decision to book this place.

Marianthi’s place was amazing! I think probably one of best places in Agios Nikolaos. The place was cozy and as soon as we got there we felt right at home. Her place was super clean, exactly like the pictures and more. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main part of town. The views from the deck are breathtaking, something I’ll never forget. Loved the cookies and bottled water when we arrived. Highly recommend staying at Marianthi’s place. And I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Hosts were super responsive and gave great local recommendations. The place is very nice and clean. In a great location with one of the best restaurants right down the street. Very walkable and great area.

This is a great apartment, centrally located and really useful amenities such as the washing machine. The roof terrace is a great sun trap with views to the sea. It's shared with the other holiday apartment but this posed no problem for us and we found it available to use when we wanted. Nikos's parents brought us home made pastries on two mornings. We'd recommend eating out at Scala and Scirocco, but loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The two local beaches were close by. A great apartment and we'd strongly recommend it.

Het appartement zit op de begane grond en heeft een ruime zonnige, besloten tuin. Bij aankomst werden we persoonlijk ontvangen door Maria en Giorgos. Ook stond er wijn, raki, olijfolie en Kerstkoekjes en chocolaatjes voor ons klaar. We voelden ons echt welkom. Het appartement is op loopafstand van het oude centrum van Heraklion. Ook de bakker en de supermarkt bevinden in de straat van het appartement. In de tuin staat goed tuinmeubilair. De sinaasappels die aan de bomen in de tuin groeien mochten we plukken en eten. We hebben nog nooit zulke lekkere sinaasappels gegeten. 😀 Maria en Giorgos zijn supervriendelijk en erg toegankelijk. Zij reageren ook snel op berichten. Een verblijf bij hun is zeer aan te raden. Zeker als je Heraklion en de omgeving wil verkennen. Maria en Giorgos bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid. H&H

I had a great time staying in this location! Responsive and kind hosts, large and clean accommodations, with very modern amenities. I will choose to stay at this place next time I visit Heraklion! Marina was a very helpful kind woman who addressed a problem with the shower when it was not draining.

Kostas was a fantastic host and we had a great time in the apartment. He was incredibly responsive, getting in touch shortly after booking to offer tips and support. It had everything we needed for our 6 night stay, and Kostas provided a range of lovely things. Everything was clean and tidy, with really comfortable beds, including the sofa bed for my 9 year old. The private courtyard was a lovely space to unwind after a busy day. The location was great, and easily walkable to everything we needed to do.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Bakery, supermarket and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We felt very comfortable. George was very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime
