Alberto was the best host we have ever had. He goes above and beyond to answer questions and provide a custom experience - even calling taxis and arranging luggage transfer. The space is incredible. Right outside a delicious mini mart with amazing cold cuts and wine, and right outside the stairs that take you down to the main area of Positano. Close to all restaurants. Less than 7 minute walk anywhere you need to be. The view is insane. Perfect spot!

Claudia made it very easy for us. But keep in mind Positano , Positano is beautiful but not necessarily easy to get anywhere but “down”. Still Claudia gave us great instructions on where to get off the bus from Amalfi, and then where to go to meet her. We found her waiting - and when she brought us inside, the view will take your breath away. You might never want to leave the terrace. Just be prepared for stairs. There are stairs everywhere in Positano. Just look at it as part of the charm of a hillside town. We loved Claudia’s place. Everything was spotless and she had lots of extra perks. I would not hesitate to recommend Claudia’s place to anyone - just keep in mind the stairs or check out the local bus, or taxis or maybe if you’re adventurous - rent a scooter. Loved our stay with Claudia in Positano.

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Logement très calme et spacieux, dans un bel environnement on l'on peut avoir la chance d observer quelques chamois. La véranda qui relie les 2 maisons est très appréciable et le gril extérieur est très pratique par beau temps. A noté que le logement est habité par le propriétaire quand il n'est pas loué. Des affaires personnelles sont donc présentes, mais cela ce ne nous a pas déranger. Francesco est très réactif pour répondre aux questions et fait tout son possible pour rendre le séjour agréable.

We had a great visit at the apartment - very spacious, comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchen for self catering (there is a Deco supermarket 3min away at the base of Via Stella). It is a great place to base yourself for a few days to explore Naples like a local, off the tourist trail. We really appreciated the late checkout on the final day!

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!

What a hidden gem! Lovely place to stay on the beautiful island Burano. We got picked up from the boat and taken to the house.. so it was easy to find, clean and good instructions. Overall a lovely stay!

Die Besitzer des Hauses sind wunderschöne Menschen. Das Haus spiegelt diese freundliche und Liebe Art wieder. Es war wunderschön die vier Tage hier verbringen zu dürfen. Wir haben am Lagerfeuer die wunderschöne Aussicht mit unserem Hund genossen und Erinnerungen gesammelt, die wir nicht so schnell vergessen werden. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier unsere Zeit verbringen durften!

We were grateful and happy to stay at Daniele's enchanted hause for a 10 days vavation,which seemed much too short. It was delightful to enjoy the sophisticated ,special and tasteful design,the maticulously cared for garden and the unique harmony ceated when every detail has been made with love and generosity. Deniele made us feel as family or close friends,helped with personal matters and inspired us by his artistic work and personality. We will be back soon!

Ein echter Schatz! Ich muss zugeben, dass ich das Haus gemietet habe nur wegen der Lage und der abenteuerlichen Erfahrung mit dem Boot überall zu fahren. Es war super! Das Haus haben wir eigentlich kaum benutzt, denn wir waren nur mit dem Boot unterwegs. Aber abends haben wir das Haus schön genossen mit dem Feuer am Kamin, Pizza aus dem Steinoffen und einem super Ausblick von dem Luganersee. Wir haben uns dort so wohl und frei gefühlt. Wir waren zu viert und ein Hund. Das Haus hätte aber Kapazität für 6 Personen, wobei für mich sind 4 Personen meine Grenze. Es gibt nur eine Toilette und zwei Schlafzimmer. Bei 6 Personen müssten 2 im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Es gibt aber ein zweites Haus direkt nebeneinander, falls die Gruppe größer ist. Wir alle fanden das Haus toll und wir hatte super Wetter - 22 Grad jeden Tag Ende Oktober - Anfang November. Mattia war immer sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Wir wollen sicher zurückkommen. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung.

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!

Propriété extraordinaire Le parc est arboré , un vrai jardin botanique , c’est un plaisir de s’y promener L’accès à la mer est génial , la plage superbe et peu fréquentée Le logement est confortable et très bien aménagé Parlons des amis de Dario … les chiens , les chats sont venus nous voir tous les jours sans être gênants car ils savent se faire discrets s’ils ne sont pas les bienvenus … c’est très divertissant Parlons de Dario … Que dire à part qu’il est un homme chaleureux , qu’il aime le contact et nous fait nous sentir bien à ses côtés Il nous a bien conseillé sur des sorties éventuelles ou des restau … Belle expérience pour nous ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at this property, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for 2 weeks. The grounds are expansive beautifully maintained and gives you the feeling of constantly being surrounded by nature. The two separate cottages were nicely situated with comfortable bedrooms and lovely indoor/outdoor sitting spaces. We absolutely loved relaxing by the pool and cabana area during the times that we weren't at the beach. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed most of our days there, floating in the crystal clear waters and soaking up the sun. Our hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. We already miss our stay there and are looking forward to coming back!

Great place to stay. Great beach area and kids playground as well only about 2 minute drive away. The cottage was clean and beautiful. The only complaint is we were a group of friends travelling and the 4 bedrooms are not enclosed. You can hear everything and see lots. Its loft style with 2 bedrooms on the main and 2 rooms above those. But again, with no doors or walls it was interesting aha. I would stay again with only family in a smaller one so we could actually have privacy.

Veronica's place is a dream! I didn't know exactly what to expect on arrival because of the property style - I would assume it wouldn't be comfortable. However, I was so impressed! It was beautifully clean - everything in great working order, and so comfortable. Veronica had thought of everything you could possibly need as a guest! The location was just perfect, right on the beach and as soon as I left, and went to stay in Cagliari Centre, I missed the view and the peace. You feel like you're in a really remote, beautiful beach location, but you're also just a 15 minutes drive from the city centre. And you've got one of the best seafood restaurants, Lo Scolio, on your doorstep. It was quite a bit more expensive than I would have liked, and I definitely went well over my budget, however, I don't have any regrets. Thank you Veronica! I hope to come back soon!

Cosimo is a fantastic host. He is kind, warm, sincere and helpful. We came away feeling like we were cousins we hadn’t seen in a little bit— La famiglia! We would absolutely recommend this for families… so many animals on property and domus di janus— the kids spent a lot of time outside playing with the animals— a quintessential agritourismo. Grazie Mille per tutti cosimo, Beatrice e Neve (La gatto bianco). We’ll be back! Cosimo è un host fantastico. È gentile, caloroso, sincero e disponibile. Siamo andati via sentendoci come cugini che non vedevamo da un po': La famiglia! Lo consiglieremmo assolutamente alle famiglie... così tanti animali nella proprietà e domus di janus: i bambini hanno trascorso molto tempo fuori a giocare con gli animali: un agriturismo per eccellenza. Wir waren Ende September bei Cataldo zu Gast. Die Lage ist einzigartig, direkt am Meer. Aus dem Bett kann man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, der Weg ist am Meer entlang. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Cataldo war immer erreichbar und ist sehr nett. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

L’alloggio di Martino è molto piacevole, costruito ed arredato con gusto frutto di cultura e contemporaneità. È vicino al paese di Morgex, vicino alle terme di saint Didier, a Courmayeur e ad Aosta. Tutto dai 10 ai 20 minuti di strada. Per chi ama le escursioni e’ sulla strada che porta a la Thuile e al lago d’Arby. Sono contento di averlo scoperto

Simona and Claudia are very welcoming and eager to support so that we spend the best time possible. Great location. Great place. Place well furnished.

Giovannipaolo and Francesca were amazing. They proactively reached out to schedule and help us organize our arrival, complete with map pins and walking directions since addresses in Positano can be confusing! The space was peaceful, private and exactly as described. We loved using the soaking tub and relaxing on the private beach complete with paddle boards and kayaks for exploring the local coves. The 300 (312?) stairs were… a lot at the end of the day but it helped us plan our day a bit more so we could minimize the number of times we hiked up and down them. The privacy and view afforded by the location more than made up for them! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Poche volte mi è capitato di esser sorpreso così in positivo da un luogo su cui avevo già altissime aspettative. Michele, il padre di Clarissa, ha realizzato un vero e proprio gioiello. Una tenuta curata in ogni minimo particolare con un panorama mozzafiato sul lago. Uno scenario da film. Casa pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort; quando arrivi la trovi già raffreddata con il condizionatore, Michele ti accoglie con un brindisi per presentarsi e in due secondi sei in paradiso. Il giardino (che sembra un campo da golf) si affaccia sul lago dove a disposizione degli ospiti c’è un pedalò da cui ammirare la natura intorno (boschi, germani reali e aironi) e i meravigliosi tramonti che colorano l’acqua e il cielo. Il quantitativo di servizi offerti è infinito. È una location che sta comodamente nella categoria lusso. Michele è un ottimo padrone di casa e un ottimo cuoco.
