Italie : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Virkeligt dejligt sted, hvor man hurtigt føler sig hjemme. Huset ligger med udsigt til Francesco og hans brors vindrue- og oliventræer med fred og ro. Dejligt køkken og opholdsrum, og Francesco var meget imødekommende. Vores to små døtre elskede at være her :)

Abbiamo passato qui un bellissimo Natale

We fully enjoyed our stay at Angela's farm house. The flat was very spacious, clean and cool during hot summer days. The view and the pool were fantastic. The location is remote and quiet, roughly 20min by car from Volterra. We stayed here with our 10 months old son and he loved interacting with the dogs. They were very friendly. Angela helped us out whenever we had questions and gave us a good recommendation for wine tasting. We were even able to sample some of the local products from the farm. So overall a fantastic stay.

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Wohnung. Am besten war natürlich die Lage - zu Fuss 2 Minuten zum Strand.. Alles war sehr sauber und funktional. Die Wohnung selbst war etwas dunkel, was uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen - insbesondere mit Kindern!

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Wir haben uns äusserst wohl bei Italo und Simona gefühlt. Wir wurden gleich am ersten Tag mit selbstgemachter Pizza von Italo empfangen, was wir sehr geschätzt hatten - insbesondere nach der langen Reise mit Kind war das sehr angenehm. Auch hatte er uns bereits eigenes Olivenöl und Wein vom Weingut bereitgestellt. Zudem haben er und Simona während dem ganzen Aufenthalt immer wieder Eier gebracht und für unsere 3-jährige Tochter gab's zu Ostern sogar Geschenke. Die beiden sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, nett und sehr liebenswert - wir haben die Zeit bei ihnen unglaublich genossen. Auch waren sie stets erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder sonstiges. Unsere Tochter durfte noch einige Plüschtiere ausleihen und sie hatte eine riesige Freude an den Katzen und Pferden, die in den Rebbergen wohnten und immer mal wieder durch den Garten streiften. Das Haus war sehr schön, super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche hatte einen riesigen Herd und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

Fantastic hosts. Incredibly welcoming (we had dinner with the family both nights). A beautiful retreat and no ask was too much. Thank you Sergei and Claudia for the incredible hospitality!

Lage: Das Appartement ist gut am Rande des Stadtkerns gelegen. Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso lange benötigt man zu Fuß zur Piazza Maggiore. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es leider nicht so viele gute Restaurants, in 10 Minuten hat man jedoch eine herausragende Auswahl. Unterkunft: Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig, hell und wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick über Bologna ist traumhaft. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch viele Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind vorhanden. Kontakt: Der Kontakt zu Caterina war immer freundlich, schnell und sehr unkompliziert. Alles super :)

You can’t beat this location! Super central and walkable to almost everything! The neighborhood ooozes with the charm and charisma that you dream about when coming to Rome! Two gelato shops within a block of the front door. We found the bed very comfortable. Alessandra was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We asked if we could drop off our luggage before check-in and she graciously let us do that. Which made our first day that much more enjoyable as we hit the ground running when we arrived. She sent a restaurant recommendation and we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and delicious food!

Feancesco and Nicola were really helpful, the communication went smoothly. They have asked every day if I need anything that makes my stay better. I got clear instructions on how to reach the property. We could reach every famous places by foot from the property. I can recommend Francesco and Nicola’s property!

El departamento de Giuseppe está bien ubicado, recorrimos casi todos los lugares de interés caminando. Solo usamos el subte unas pocas veces ya que nos gusta mucho caminar. La casa estaba limpia y ordenada. Tiene todo lo que necesitamos para una excelente estadía. El Lavarropas y la secadora de ropa fueron muy útiles. La calefacción con radiadores funcionó perfectamente, también tiene aire acondicionado que lo probamos y funcionaba perfecto. La cama es cómoda y las almohadas también. Lo único que tenía es que hay una pizzería abajo y se escucha ruido si abrís la ventana del living así que la mantuvimos cerrada y estuvimos perfectos. Recomiendo el departamento de Giuseppe y me volvería a alojar sin dudarlo.

Schöne, historische Unterkunft, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Stadt-Sightseeing, sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Gastgeber Nicola war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Very neath quit apartment in a lovely area. a nice sunny balcony with partly view on the beautiful Lungomare. You can hear and smell the sea. Fransesco is a very good and proactive host. Always responding within minutes and helpful. i’ve really enjoyed my staying here.

Our stay was great. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive, they reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and reserved a taxi for us back to the airport the day before our departure. Their place was just as described. Clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a courtyard on one side with orange trees, and a balcony on the other side off the bedrooms that is peaceful to sit out on in the evening. We highly recommend.

Pkngo 5 estrellas porque no hay más. Fue mi alojamiento más hermoso en todo el viaje a Italia. Es mucho más hermoso en persona inclusive que en fotos. Super completo, los anfitriones son extremadamente amables y a disposición. Además la vista desde el balcón hizo q despertaramos a desayunar a las 6 cada dia para ver el amanecer. ES UN SUEÑO. Volveré a Praiano y será a este departamento. Gracias

A wonderfully decorated and fascinating space which made our trip all the more special. Very detailed information from the host who was able to accommodate us even when our arrival was delayed.

Daniela met us at the Piazza and walked us to the AirBnb while showing us around the area. She recommended some amazing restaurants and bakeries and suggestions on using public transport. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was at the perfect location close to the Piazza with not too many steps . Even though the streets are busy, you don't hear the noise inside.

Absolutely fabulous apartment. Central but quiet. Near lovely cafes and restaurants and places of interest within 10 minutes walk. Check in was easy. Taxi from airport arranged by host appreciated. Would very much recommend. Thanks very much.

Sehr zu empfehlen, liegt perfekt oberhalb der Lift und es kann ganz einfach mit dem Skiern am Ende von der skitag hingefahren werden. Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, was fehlt ist Skiraum bzw. Skischuhheizung aber da Platz genug war hat es nicht gestört. Warmwasserboilerthema war uns bekannt, daher hat es fast immer geklappt, dass jeder warm duschen konnte:-) Kommunikation mit Kristina war super.

Alles bestens. Die Wohnung von Francesco ist zu empfehlen.

Maria is a wonderful host. She responded quickly to all our questions and gave us plenty of information on the area. We were there in the beginning of March so unfortunately, most businesses were still closed for off season but Maria directed us to a couple restaurants that were open. I wish we could have seen this cute town in its high season because many of the places looked quite charming. You can’t beat the view and waking up to morning coffee with the ocean waves hitting the shoreline.

We had a wonderful stay at Conny’s place. Just a short walk into Malcesine to access an abundance of restaurants and shops. It was also very convenient for the bubble upto Monte Baldo and the boat across to Limone! Apartment was lovely and had a homely feel with (literally) everything you could think of in the kitchen. The view and balcony really made our trip as the weather wasn’t great but as the balcony is covered we spent a lot of time reading when looking over the lake! We would really recommend this place!

Die Wohnung von Maria & Dominic können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und in guter Lage. Der Bus hält nur 2min von der Unterkunft entfernt. Man kann mit dem angebotenen GuestPass mit diversen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in ganz Südtirol fahren. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden verlief einwandfrei und sie haben sich immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen gemeldet. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Wohnung und ein großer Supermarkt in 5min per Auto erreichbar.
