Such a lovely stay! Communication was outstanding and everything went very well. Location and equipment was great. Minor things were that the internet was quite bad and the rooms in the basement were quite stuffy/ moldy. Yet, would always book again!

My wife and I loved our trip to Italy. Saverio was a amazing host, really helpfull and just a very nice guy. He didnt mind at all that we couldnt check in till 9pm and wanted check out a 730am, he was very accomadating. The house was perfect, very clean, nice powerfull shower and a bath. Saverio provided us with coffee and tea which was a nice touch. The decking area was lovely with beautiful views and a BBQ. Thank you so much Saverio for providing a wonderful air bnb for us to enjoy!

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

The unit matched the description, was in a very convenient location, and the keys are in a lock box allowing flexible check in / check out times. The unit doesn't have much of a living room (two club chairs in the kitchen), but the bedrooms are large and each has a private bathroom and a bed large enough for 2 people. It was the perfect space for two couples.

A Christmas 🎄 to remember. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with us. We had the best time. Great things to see in the area and small local restaurants hit the spot. The home was as described, very well kept and clean. We loved watching the ducks and the amazing sun rises. We will definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in the lake.

We had a fantastic stay at Simona's place. Everything was spotless, Simona was there when we arrived and ran us through the house. There's a few stairs, and kitchen and laundry were on the lower storey (of 4) but that worked well as we spent most of our time on the lawn and swimming in the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and there was some road noise but nothing too bad at night. The front door opens directly on to the road - but that was no problem. We walked up to Lenno each day, had a great morning at Villa Balbianello and shopped at the Dino Mart for great pasta, cheese, veg and meats. My advice is to do less travel on the very packed and slow ferries/busses - and spend more time lounging on the lawn and swimming in the lake... there's swans, ducks, turtles, fish, herons in the water and with Isola Comancina in front the water is very calm - and perfectly glassy in the mornings and evenings. Wonderful few days staying at Luxury San Rocco. Eros & Dani were super helpful with our enquiries whilst here & even picked us up and drove us to Bellagio one morning when the bus didn’t turn up. Even though it was October my husband went swimming in the lake and my son kayaking at 7:30 in the morning. We visited Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and we also visited Villa Balbianello which is opposite the Villa over the lake. A wonderful few days with the family and would highly recommend x

Einfach nur TOP! Nicht nur die Problemlose Kommunikation mit Alessandro, auch die Unterkunft punktete mit 100 Punkten. Wunderschöne Wohnung, wunderschöner unvergesslicher Ausblick auf den Comersee. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Besser geht nicht mehr! Gerne zu empfehlen!

Peaceful location with absolutely stunning views! We had an amazing stay relaxing and recharging at Susanna’s place in beautiful Bellano.

Die Wohnung war perfekt. Bushaltestellen fast direkt vor der Tür. Man konnte bequem bis Mailand alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Traumhafter Blick auf den See und eine super saubere Wohnung.

Traumhaftes Apartment in wunderschöner Lage. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und viel unternommen. Da Nebensaison war, hatten einige Restaurants in der Umgebung (darunter das 50m von der Unterkunft entfernte) geschlossen. Durch etwas Recherche konnten wir dann doch noch ein paar ausfindig machen (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). Die Unterkunft selbst hatte alles zu bieten, die Kommunikation mit dem Gadtgeber einwandfrei.

Das zweistöckige Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet, super sauber und äußerst gemütlich. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die traumhafte Aussicht auf den Comer See, der Pool und der spektakuläre Jacuzzi machen den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, und der Service war fantastisch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Donatella was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful when approached. Her place is beautiful and stylish, very well equipped with an amazing view and location by the lake. We loved our stay there. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo passato due giorni bellissimo, baita incantevole e curata in ogni dettaglio, spaziosa e in una zona davvero tranquilla e vicina a tanti percorsi. Host davvero super gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda! Consigliatissimo!

We are in Europe for a year from California, with our two Logotti, and stayed 6 wonderful weeks at Faetole. The cottage inside is modern chic, on three floors, views of the forest on all sites. Totally peaceful, serene. Everything works great! The main road is a km away and we walked in the hillsides, forests, vineyards and olive gardens, and got to know the friendly folk in the neighborhood. The dogs had a blast playing with Gustavino, the host's doggie. Our hostess was more than helpful and communicative! She is a wonderful person ... warm, considerate, kind ... Tuscany in winter. Off season. Quiet, with lovely panoramic drives, great food, olive oil and wine. The weather has cycled through cold, rain, wind and fog. Every morning was a surprise - the skyline over the rolling hills would feature a different look at sunrise! Nearby cites - Siena, Lucca, Volterra - are so scenic and pleasant to walk around. A WONDERFUL experience.

A beautiful hidden gem on Lake Como! Incredible view and an authentic cottage like experience close enough to everything and far enough from the busy tourist areas!

The apartment of giulia and marco is really great and perfect for a stay at lake como. The hosts answer extremely fast and friendly all questions. We especially enjoyed the balcony and its view during breakfast or in the evening. The only real downside is the proximity to the street and the trainline, which is noisy during nights. In total, we can totally recommend the apartment 👍

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (3 und 5 Jahre) in der Unterkunft und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Man kann in der Sonne mit Blick auf teils verschneite Berge frühstücken. Von der Unterkunft aus lassen sich schönen Wanderungen unternehmen. Und mit dem Auto kann man schöne Ausflüge nach Cefalú oder in andere Wandergebiete unternehmen. Unsere Kinder waren vor allem von den Eseln, den Hunden und dem weiträumigen Gelände begeistert. Manfredi war super gut zu erreichen und immer freundlich. Ein Highlight war, dass er uns an einem Abend selbst gebackenes Brot gebracht hat. Abends kann man außerdem schön vor dem Kamin entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft ist für alle, die Lust auf Ruhe und Natur haben sehr zu empfehlen!!
