My family and I had such an incredible stay at Jennifer’s lake house. It was the perfect combination of spacious, cozy, and private for us to spend our Christmas week there. The location and wintry weather had us feeling like we were in a snow globe. The house was even decorated for the season, and had more than enough room for the group we had. Makes me excited for the summer months, as I would absolutely book here again!

We stayed for the weekend with our family of 5. The cabin was ideal - the kids loved having their own space. We played games at night by the Christmas tree after enjoying full days outside in the snow. Everything was spotless and easy. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Excellent place to stay and beautiful area. I would highly recommend this place and will rent again! Katherine went above and beyond as a host and I have never rented from someone that was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend. The house is large, clean and comfy! Very beautiful place.

This house is amazing. Better than the photos! We were a group of 12 friends who meet up for a reunion every few years and Rick's house was perfect! Lots of space (3 floors) and lots of beds! Yoga on the deck, games in the living room, Corn Hole in the basement, dinner on the deck overlooking the water and bonfire in the evenings. Don't forget to stargaze! There are hiking and biking trails (highly recommend Heartland Loop), as well as pickleball nearby (short drive). We opted to rent a pontoon (delivered!) which provided great access to the lake, loons, and swimming. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, dishes, pots/pans, and cutlery. We will be back!

Anthony was available by texting if needed. We stayed at the home for a snowmobile race. Was quick and convenient for us to run back if we needed. Only issue we incurred was the spiral staircase and getting luggage down the stairs (basement door unavailable due to snow, otherwise would not have been an issue.). Overall a great place.

Beautiful, cozy cabin on lake. Enjoyed watching the eagle pair throughout the weekend. Even though the weather was not conducive to outdoor activities (cold, rainy and really windy) we were warm and comfy in the cabin and had a great time.

It was clean and just like the pictures shown. The view was also beautiful and Joellen was very quick with her responses!

Time flies by way too fast while in residence at your beautiful home on the lake!!! I will sit and dream of it everyday until we return!!! Thank you very much for making our vacation such a great time!!!

We like this cabin so much, this is the second time this summer we stayed there! The cabin is pristine clean and very comfortable. The bedding is cozy and the pillows are nice. A beautiful place to wake up and see the lake. The fire pit is top notch. There’s lots of birds and turtles which make it fun to sit out and watch. The grass is beautiful and I walk around barefoot often (just because it’s that nice!) We will be back for sure. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hideaway! We drove up from Mississippi for a white Christmas and spent most of our time ice skating on the lake, reading, and playing board games. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation: books, games, puzzles, the lake, even extra dog bags for clean up. My oldest went ice fishing a few times. As an amateur baker, I loved that the kitchen had things like bread pans, a pastry blender, a dough scraper, etc. It made the Christmas and New Year’s baking of delicious breads and desserts much easier. Highly recommend and considering another stay this summer!

Second time staying at this cabin! Great lakefront property that always provides the perfect cozy getaway.

We had a lot of fun staying at this place. With being in the bay it is very quiet from the rest of the lake. The hot tub is wonderful and cool to see the lake as well. The stairs and deck can be slippery with kids so be careful.

A lovely, peaceful reprieve at a beautiful cabin. You will feel right at home the moment you enter. 11/10 will return.
