Jennifer was very responsive and great to communicate with. She checked n us during our stay. Beautiful property and surroundings. We slept well. House had been cleaned the night before we came and the cleaning products were a bit strong at first, but we opened a few windows and it quickly resolved. The location is remote, but a quick 15 min drive to some restaurants, Walmart, and grocery. Would definitely use again if/ when we are back in the area.

The house was in a great location and fit all our needs. It had a great layout for our group. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

This place was so beautiful and quiet! We loved staying here and Heather was amazing!! We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and Heather was so quick to respond and come let us in! She was an amazing host and the home is so clean! This home is the perfect space to be in the quiet in beautiful scenery!

This was probably one of my most favorite Airbnbs. Incredibly pet friendly. And had all kinds of little touches about pets and fur babies very peacefully appointed decorations. Everything you can think of that a person might need at home was there. Very clean and my most favorite was the bed. She had those nice white cooling sheets and the bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. I wish I could’ve spent more time there and even my dogs felt at home. we will definitely be back and I will always recommend this place to friends and family. No wonder it stays booked all the time.

Overall it is a great place to stay! Odessa has several cottages all together and would be great for families looking to stay close together. There is a park and walking trail right across the street! I did have to clean some of the dishes before use and there are a few additional rules not posted on the listing. If we come back to town, I would book here again!

We booked Jessie’s warm and inviting red barn loft for the location and the promise of a working farm - including a zebra! It had been a long first semester for our son, who just finished at Columbia University. Rather than fly directly to our California Sierra Nevada mountain home, we decided to spend Christmas with my Dad, his Grandpa, in Mississippi. This decision put a lot of pressure on a potential surrogate Christmas-time celebration. The search ended the moment we saw Jessie’s red barn! The online pictures don’t do the perfect environment justice! Sprinkle on top Jessie’s hospitality, kindness, and benevolence to our family and now you have the makings of a new family tradition! There were moments we wanted to pinch ourselves to prove the exceptional and exclusive farm was all real! Unforgettable! Because the dwelling sits aloft the barn, views of the surrounding ponds and animals and grounds lend to the magical space. New appliances, amenities, comfy beds - exceptional!
