Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The sun in the morning and waking up with the birds was wonderful. Stars and moon at night were exquisite. Definitely recommend and will stay again the next time I want to surf Shimoda. 🙏🏽

小学生の子ども達の春休みに合わせて休みが取れたので大好きな下田に来ました。 バルコニーのテーブルに座って目の前に広がる海や、星空にとても癒されました。 キッチン道具や食器は一通り揃っていて、自炊もストレス無く出来て助かりました。ありがとうございました。

I loved my time at this accommodation. Ben was super nice and also gave me great recommendations on places to hike, travel, and eat. I would definitely stay again if I get the chance to!

Out of our month long stay in Japan, THIS was the best place we stayed. The guesthouse is spacious, clearly well taken care of with little touches that make it feel lived in, comfortable, and homey. After lots of cramped apartments with stiff beds and small kitchens, this was exactly what we needed. The bed is SO comfy with amazing pillows. There’s also two futons so four people could comfortably stay there. The kitchen had everything we needed, albeit small counters, but there was a dining room table when extra space was needed. The location was hard to beat with a great view of the town. This is definitely a place to rest and relax, don’t expect nightlife or many shops. Everyone is very friendly though. There are rock beaches you can walk to and the towns nearby have lots of onsens. No bathtub but bathroom is big. The windows do rattle on windy nights, so much so that sleeping was difficult the first night. Didn’t have any problems after. Host was easy to reach. Highly recommend!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea—it’s the perfect spot to relax. The living room is very spacious and comfortable, with a great TV for entertainment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, which was super convenient. Parking is available right next to the house, which made things even easier. One thing to note: if you’re taller than 1.80m (5’11”), be mindful of the low door frames—it’s more suited for shorter individuals. However, this was a small detail compared to the overall experience. The balcony and the sea view truly made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

大人8人、子ども2人、3家族で宿泊させていただきました。お部屋も清潔で、寒い日の宿泊でしたが、部屋全体が暖かく、快適に過ごせました。海、駅、コンビニ、マック、温泉も徒歩圏内で、アクセスも良く、近くに美味しいケーキ屋さんもありました。初めての利用でしたが、とてもご丁寧にご連絡いただくなど、とても良い旅行の思い出が出来ました。

とても素敵な滞在になりました！ リビングが広く、窓からは満開の桜と海が一望できて、素晴らしい景色に癒されました。おしゃれな食器が揃っていて、キッチンも使いやすく、みんなでキッチンカウンターを囲んで料理や食事を楽しめたのがとても良い思い出です。 またぜひ泊まりたいと思える素敵な物件でした！

We had the pleasure of staying at amazingly beautiful homestay in Ninomiya. The location was just perfect - 10 mins walk to serene and calm beach. Had a delightful breathtaking sunrise view, which made it a prefect destination 👍 Thanks Yuko for providing excellent amenities, which gave us truly home like experience 😊 The rooms were spacious, well- maintained with modern and antique decor thoughtfully curated to enhance the experience. Overall it was the perfect gateway with soothing ambience and excellent amenities! I highly recommend and will certainly look forward to visit again with family 👍 Thanks, Ashish

일본 해안소도시의 정수를 느낄 수 있는 집 옥상에서 느낄 수 있는 바다의 고요함이 인상깊으며 같은 곳에서 일출을 보며 느낀 경탄이 이번 일본 여행의 핵심 친절한 안내, 조용한 마을, 편리한 주차, 청결한 침구, 다 구비되어있는 편의시설... 불만사항이 단 하나도 없다. 도쿄 번화가의 밤을 기대하지 않고, 해안도시의 고즈넉한 하루를 기대한다면 여러분들도 만족 할 것이다.

温泉と施設をとても満喫できました！

Loved staying here with my family. The place is secluded and private and feels like you’re in a small village surrounded by greenery. But you walk ten minutes along the boardwalk and you’re at beautiful Ohama beach. The perfect beach long weekend. Can’t wait to come back.

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

コロナ以降久々の家族での旅行の宿泊に選ばせていただきましたが、部屋からは海が見えて、お部屋も設備も清潔でした。 案内してくれた方も親切におすすめのお店や温泉を教えてくれました（おすすめしてくれたパン屋さんとても美味しかったです！） 家族皆んなで寛げて海までも散歩がてらに行ける距離なのでホントにおすすめの宿です。 また遊びに来たいです🎵

Very good place to stay! The beach is just a short 5 minute walk which we very much enjoyed. The view from the balcony is great. Not a whole lot of places to eat nearby but there is a full kitchen to cook with. We also stayed during typhoon and host was very responsive and let us stay an extra day as the trains were suspended.

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.

卒業旅行で利用させていただきましたが、早急な返信と丁寧な案内でスムーズに予約、チェックインすることができました。屋上のBBQ場や足湯も設備が揃っており、時間いっぱい楽しめました お部屋も綺麗で充実しているので、ぜひ泊まることをおすすめします！最高の思い出になりました

We stayed for 6 nights and had wonderful time in the villa. The host was very helpful and responsive when we needed something (our fault, not theirs). the view from the balcony is incredible and we used the sauna at least once a day. We were staying with our 2 year old son and can recommend to families. We hired a car and drove to shimoda from kyoto which we enjoyed, would suggest having a car in this location, there's plenty of other great beaches etc within a short drive if you don't just want to stay around the accommodation. Only takes less than 5 mins to get into town for restaurants etc too, although we used the BBQ on the deck several times which we all enjoyed. Thanks for having us.

Keita was a great host, really responsive and polite. The house is in very convenient location and host left lots of card and board game which made our night really joyful.

環境非常之美好，一望出窗外就是一片大海，露台上亦有燒烤設備，可以望着星空一邊燒烤，就是比較多昆蟲，鄰近亦有很多超市可以購買食材回來燒烤，房東亦準備了很多材料方便我們，小插曲就是我在房間為留下水樽，他們幫我留下來以及清洗乾淨，讓我回來後就立刻找到。
