L'abitazione è nuovissima e molto accogliente, gli interni sono curati e puliti. Cuscini in memory veramente comodi.

Villetta vicino al mare molto carina, curata e arredata con buon gusto, spaziosa e rifornita di tutto, con abbondanza di suppellettili per la cucina e per godersi il delizioso giardino. Le stanze comode e con molti armadi, diversi televisori, aria condizionata e ventilatori a disposizione. In 7 si sta perfettamente comodi . La zona è residenziale e tranquilla. Il mare a 4 minuti a piedi. Anche il nostro cane sì è trovato benissimo, con la recinzione intorno alla casa poteva rimanere in giardino al fresco mentre andavamo al mare. L'host Nicola molto gentile e disponibile e il signor Maurizio sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza. Insomma, un'esperienza perfetta e da ripetere sicuramente!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We will be going back again drfineitly a lovely place to stay home from 10/10. Friendly host , any thing you need is never too much to ask.

Alessia è stata gentilissima! Disponibile e accogliente ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, abbiamo molta voglia di ritornare perché Gaeta si riesce a godere al meglio fuori dal caos estivo. grazie ancora davvero!!

We had an amazing stay at Irene’s apartment! Location in the heart of Itri, only a couple of minutes walk to the free parking lot, excellent breakfast treats and a smooth check-in. Irene always answered quickly and if we’re ever in the area we would happily stay here again!

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

Tolle Unterkunft, an Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, extrem schöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick, sehr liebe Gastgeber, jederzeit hilfsbereit und mit Tips für die Umgebung, auch unser Hund wurde freundlich empfangen und durfte sich auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen, herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!

Maria war sehr hilfsbereit und wir hatten 5 tolle Tage mit wirklich schönen Blick aufs Meer. Dahin braucht es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden auf jeden Fall die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

Wir haben mir unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit bei Novella in dem sehr schönen ländlich gelegenem Haus mit vielseitigem Garten und kleinem erfrischendem Pool verbracht. Dort hatten wir viel Ruhe zum lesen und ansonsten ging es mit dem Auto zum nahe gelegenen Sandstrand und mit dem Zug nach Rom und Neapel. Das Auto konnten wir am Bahnhof parken. Novella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips zum Essen und schwimmen gehen vor Ort gegeben und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus suchen und dennoch die Kultur und Strand in der Nähe genießen wollen.

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration with people coming from near and far and everybody enjoyed their stay at Francesca's place. She created the right atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Francesca's help was great! I recommend this house for anyone wanting to experience the country side of Italy.

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Lovely house in a little village with 3 great pools, astro pitch, tennis court, playground, mini market, cafe/bar on site. Swim hats are required for the pools. House is well equipped with all necessities. Car required. Daniela a great host and always available to answer queries.

Eine Nacht, mit Kind und Hund. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und nahm Rücksicht auf unseren Hund. Sie gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Einrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung und die Unterkunft war sauber. Uns wurde Frühstück angeboten. Folgendes möchte ich jedoch trotzdem erwähnen: Die freilaufenden Hunde der Nachbarn hätten uns vielleicht gestört, aber nur bei einem längeren Aufenthalt - mit eigenem Hund. (Spaziergänge mit Hund sind hier nur eingeschränkt möglich) Pluspunkt: Parken direkt vor der Unterkunft ist möglich. Insgesamt waren wir wirklich zufrieden! Danke!

Tutto molto bello. Casa molto spaziosa, bellissima terrazza, bagni ben attrezzati, bel giardino con altalena per i bimbi, sedie sdraio e lettini a disposizione. Vero accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La casa e’ completa di tutto, servono solo i teli per il mare. Ampio spazio per le auto all’interno della proprieta’. Tutto completamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Host disponibile, puntuale e sollecito. E’ stata sicuramente una bella esperienza!!

Tutto pulito e ordinato, perfettamente in linea con la descrizione e situato in una zona tranquilla e rilassante. L'host è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, e ha contribuito alla bella esperienza che abbiamo vissuto nel suo alloggio.

Poche volte mi è capitato di esser sorpreso così in positivo da un luogo su cui avevo già altissime aspettative. Michele, il padre di Clarissa, ha realizzato un vero e proprio gioiello. Una tenuta curata in ogni minimo particolare con un panorama mozzafiato sul lago. Uno scenario da film. Casa pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort; quando arrivi la trovi già raffreddata con il condizionatore, Michele ti accoglie con un brindisi per presentarsi e in due secondi sei in paradiso. Il giardino (che sembra un campo da golf) si affaccia sul lago dove a disposizione degli ospiti c’è un pedalò da cui ammirare la natura intorno (boschi, germani reali e aironi) e i meravigliosi tramonti che colorano l’acqua e il cielo. Il quantitativo di servizi offerti è infinito. È una location che sta comodamente nella categoria lusso. Michele è un ottimo padrone di casa e un ottimo cuoco.

La casa di Elisabetta è deliziosa, più carina di come appare nelle foto. È fornita di tutto, ha un bel patio dove mangiare e rilassarsi, ma soprattutto è a pochi passi dal mare! Io e le mie amiche siamo state molto bene e la consigliamo

Lina è un host davvero speciale; ha accolto me e la mia mamma come persone di famiglia. La sua casa immersa nel verde è un incanto. Grande, pulita e luminosa! Il giardino piacevole per trascorrere cene all'aperto e pomeriggi di relax. Munitevi di auto per raggiungere la casa di lina, ma soprattutto per godere dei dintorni: il mare di Marina di Minturno è a soli 7 minuti, così come le Terme di Suio (vi consiglio il bellissimo Bagno Fresco; con soli 5euro potrete godere di una splendida vasca termale fresca immersa nella natura e a un passo dal fiume!). Visitate poi Formia e Gaeta a circa 20/25 di distanza. Per non parlare del piccolo borgo di Minturno e dell'area archeologica a soli 10 minuti da lì. Insomma, un posto strategico per variare la propria vacanza.

Abbiamo passato un Capodanno fantastico a casa di Marco, che si è rivelato il luogo ideale dove rilassarsi e festeggiare in compagnia. Tutte le stanze erano pulite e spaziose, con l'ulteriore comodità di avere un bagno riservato per stanza da letto. Anche se è inverno il giardino e i dintorni sono molto piacevoli da esplorare. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno nel casale!
