We came to Hutchinson for a funeral. We usually do hotels, but with 8 of us, this seemed like a better option! We really enjoyed the space, and were so glad we booked Reba’s place! We initially booked 2 days, but felt so at home, we stayed another night! Our 6 year old daughter enjoyed the extra toys, and loved the outside kittys! We will definitely book here again!

Was a great place to stay!

The Facility’s were very clean and wonderfully spacious ! Lot’s of room for our family to navigate! Wonderful reading material for adult and kids alike! The fridge was stocked with breakfast food and drink! The homemade cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins were delicious! The piano was my vibe as I got to play and relax after a busy day ! The Host was kind and attentive ! We enjoyed our stay!

I have traveled extensively and stayed in a number of VRBO and Air B & B's as well as hotels. This one ranks up in the top 1%!!! This loft is in a small town that is outstanding in decor and privacy. I hate to mention how good it was as I may need to rent it again and it may be rented already. You can't go wrong.

From the start, Todd was very communicative and responded quickly to all my texts. His home is even better than the pictures, it does not disappoint! I immediately felt comfortable and at home when I walked in the door. The home is very clean. Even though the weather was cold and even severe 2 nights during my stay, the view of the little lake from the living room couch was gorgeous . The bed was comfortable, the place was stocked with not only necessities but extras as well, and was so homey feeling. Internet connection supported my needs to work remotely and the cable tv provided nice background noise. I was so pleasantly surprised with how much I liked the home. I will definitely stay here again! So glad I chose Todd’s home over a hotel chain. Thank you, Todd!

Shannon’s lake cabin was a perfect and peaceful location for my family’s stay. In spite of being in town for such a sorrowful reason we found great joy in having the space to gather as family. Shannon made our stay seamless allowing for early checkin and later checkout. Wonderful communication. Highly recommend

Arlin was a great host! We had a minor issue and he responded within 30 minutes of my message with a phone call with a game plan, solution and came through with it!! Very much appreciated!! Great location!! Right next to the college, literally 5 minutes to pretty much everything you want and need in Hutchinson! House was perfect for my family, very cozy and felt like home!
