This was one of the most gorgeous AirBnbs I've ever been to. I actually gasped when I walked in. We had the best time! Super walkable to the beach and incredible restaurants while not being on the main strip. It was quieter than I imagined for being right in town. Nancy was super responsive and offered a flexible checkout for us since one of our friends was sick. The only bad thing about this place is that it is so hard to leave it!! I'm still dreaming of that pool, the gorgeous landscaping and beautiful architecture of that home. Will 100% be back :)

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Me pareció una casa súper cómoda, todo estuvo genial, muebles, limpieza ame cada detalle, parece que le dan su mantenimiento y eso esta fenomenal. Volvería de nuevo, incluso mis amigas tomaran en cuenta hospedarse con sus familias ahí. Angela mega atenta y disponible 10 de 10.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing! It's a beautiful house with an amazing pool and an awesome outdoor chill spot. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a big hill to walk up and down from the town center, but that was ok with us. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, a perfect stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place for our family to spend the week in Sayulita. The place was gorgeous — seriously, the pictures don’t do it justice — and our kids loved splashing around in the pool. We were close enough to the center of things that we could walk to restaurants and bars, yet far enough that it was relatively quiet in the evenings. The garage fit our SUV and was stocked with everything you’d need for the beach. And our foodie family rarely comes across Airbnbs with sharp knives and cast iron skillets, so we definitely felt right at home. Thank you for everything, Nikolai!

Casa Toscana was pretty much the perfect spot in Sayulita for my wife and I, our 11 month old daughter, and my in-laws. We spent two weeks there and enjoyed it immensely. The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous, the pool was refreshing on hot afternoons, and the home was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, had plenty of hot water, and the water was drinkable. Bill and Kathy were great hosts. They're super responsive and very friendly. We really enjoyed getting to meet them. The only issue we encountered was that the baby equipment (pac n' play, stroller, booster seat) was quite dated. The pac n' play had a bad odour (which Bill and Kathy did their best to address) but we ended up renting one from an amazing local company. (sayulitababyrental dot com) Bill covered the balance of that rental and we really couldn't ask for much more from an airbnb host. We absolutely would, and hopefully will, rent from Bill and Kathy again.

If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay while visiting Sayulita, stop looking. This is it. My husband and I spent four nights here with her four children. We all wished it could’ve been longer. The house is massive, the pool was a big selling point for the kids, the golf cart was clutch getting to and from town, and everything we needed was within arms reach. We’re saving this house for future visits. We can’t wait to come back. Five very big stars.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very easy to check in to. Parking was secure. The apartment itself is nicely decorated. Minimal and modern. We ended up barely using our car as there were plenty of restaurants and the beach all within 5 minutes walk. We loved just relaxing in the apartment, on the balcony, or at the rooftop pool. I could live there full time haha. You won’t regret staying here!

Très bel endroit, très bel appartement. Beaucoup de petites attentions (savon, champions, café, sel, poivre, eau,). vaisselle et chaudrons satisfaisants). Monsieur Oscar et sa dame étaient toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. très grande tranquillité des lieux. Ce séjour fut un véritable bonheur. Même les nombreux escaliers donnent un aspect pittoresque à l'endroit malgré nos 74 ans.

We immediately felt at home, the apartment is so bright and spacious, and the furnishings, etc. were comfortable and the decor was tasteful. You can tell thought went into it! The kitchen was actually the best I’ve experienced on AirBnb: proper appliances, utensils and dishes so you could actually cook a real meal! We grocery shopped locally the first day, stocking the fridge to cook breakfast and make dinner salads in the evenings while trying out new places each day for lunch and coffees as we explored Puerto Vallarta. PV is very walkable and interesting from the apartment… there are hills, but the rewards of exploring up and off the flat main roads is totally worth it! We felt safe everywhere, and people were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Only note is that Eunice may be slower to respond than some hosts, but she was always helpful when we needed her, including allowing us to store our bags before we left on our last day. Much appreciated!

Villas del Rio is a lovely place to stay. It is as beautiful as the photos, and comfortable as well. Located toward the west end of town, it has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops, but is just at the edge of Centro, so the traffic and noise are somewhat less than a few blocks away. Still, Sayulita is a party town, so expect to hear music late into the night, and it’s best not to bring a car. Our host Ruben and the property manager Will warned us that street parking would be dicey, and when we found a spot around the corner, we didn’t move the car for five days. We certainly did not need it. Walking is the best mode of transportation. Stepping inside the gate feels like escaping into a tropical paradise. After the joyous chaos of the crowded streets, it is a welcome, peaceful retreat. Ruben and Will provided excellent information before we arrived and were always accessible, but we didn’t have any problems. Book a stay here if you can find open dates.

My husband and our three adult kids stayed here for about a week. What can I say that others have not already said - this place is amazing and well worthwhile, with beautiful views, comfortable beds, large open living space, a peaceful, private and stunning location, lots of activities in PV and great hosts. 100% recommend staying here. We enjoyed charming cobblestone walks to Playita restaurant right on the beach (pretty much every day!), a warm pool, beach time, hanging out on the balcony overlooking pool and ocean, and lots of easy Uber trips into town, the boardwalk and to Punta Mita. The only con is how sad you will feel when you have to leave. Everyone - including our hosts Enrique and Nacho - was friendly and responsive and we can't wait to come back.

This property was a great option for us. We had plenty of room for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed. We loved staying in the 1st floor because it was easy to get to our room when we needed it. The pools were beautiful and the access to the beach was perfect. I would totally stay there again.

We were a bit hesitant to book an Airbnb for this trip, but the incredible reviews convinced us to go for it and we’re so glad we did. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo was clean, spacious, peaceful, and in an amazing location. We loved relaxing at the large, quiet pool onsite (often with no one else around) and also spent most of our time enjoying the Vidanta amenities, including the Grand Mayan pools, restaurants, and walking paths. Getting into Vidanta was quick and easy every time. What truly made the trip amazing was the host, Lupita. She was like a personal tour guide: friendly, responsive, and full of great suggestions for places to eat and explore. She always responded within minutes and made everything feel seamless. The staff at the building were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we will 100% book this place again on our next trip. Huge thanks to Lupita for making everything so perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Great place. If you like going to the bars or being close to the fun area, this is the place. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are EXCELLENT! There’s a bar and they come serve you at the pool. 10/10

Jessica and Mariela were fantastic hosts. Always responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. The condo is beautiful, the pools were amazing. Each pool a different temperature, something for everyone. They could use more loungers but I heard that is being addressed. Highly recommend this condo for your stay

Ozkan's place is hidden gem with true value oozing out of every room. I can't say enough about this amazing property, Ozkan's hospitality, and the awesome amenities (includes a high end gym, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a washer/dryer, and 2 balconies in the condo). Ozkan is extremely responsive, the check-in is easy, and the instructions are clear. I highly recommend this property in Zona Romantica! This property is on the 5th floor with the secondary pool right outside the front door. Did I mention that this property just may have the best view in central PV? Yes, everything is super clean and well organized. Security is friendly and the location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach, fun bars, or some of the hottest restaurants. Location, Location, Location! This property has 2 full bathrooms that are fully stocked including extra bathroom towels. Everything was comfy including the large sofa where you can connect to the bluetooth speaker. Ozkan has the best 1 bedroom AirBnB in PV!

We had a fabulous stay!!! the condominium was amazing. The balcony overlooking the ocean was probably the best part. Enjoying a drink or a cup of coffee with a loved one overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. The unit had amazing amenities, including the pool area right next to the ocean which serve fantastic drinks, breakfast and lunch, all of which we highly recommend. having a cleaning service was such a bonus. There was a convenient little market right down the road and two or three very good restaurants within five minutes of our unit. It was a convenient local bus ride or taxi to Puerto Vallarta. The staff at the pool and Front Desk were amazing. Highly recommend.

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .
