This apartment had the best view out of the master bedroom & restroom. The sunrise & sunset was very beautiful to witness. The area of the apartment complex was very secure & quiet. The place is a little further from the places we frequent but it was still okay. My only note is that the beds and pillows were a little hard. Tannia was a great host who allowed us to check in a day early due to some flight changes. She responded quickly and was always super nice. The pool and gym area were beautiful, again amazing views. The place was really clean, modern & comfy. There’s a washer included which helped so much with a longer stay. Definitely would stay here again. The staff at check in was also very helpful and nice. This was our first time at an airb&b, so we did not know what to expect but we had a great experience. Thank you Tannia.

El lugar está exactamente como en las fotos, y las instalaciones son excelentes. A dos cuadras de Chapultepec, hay muchos lugares para poder disfrutar la noche; lo que tienen que tomar en cuenta, ya que, los fines de semana suele haber ruido de los bares de alrededor, a nosotros no nos molestó y pudimos dormir bien. El departamento es realmente cómodo y lo disfrutamos mucho.

I loved this sweet apartment so close to the Malecon. The comfy furnishings and colorful art made me feel so at home. Only issue was consistent hot water. Communication and response time with Omar was excellent. And an off street parking spot helped immensely. Mahalo!!

Title: Great Stay in a Historic Yet Modern Spot I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property is in a historical looking building, but the interior is beautifully modern and well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and I had no issues during my visit. The location is excellent, just a short distance from El Centro de Guadalajara, making it convenient to explore the city. It’s a perfect blend of charm and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guadalajara!

Gaal is such a great person and host. I would say he is the best host I ever had. He was flexible for check in. He gave me great recommendations of the area. He drove me around and dropped me off at the restaurant I wanted to go to. I was able to go to the gym (2 minute walk) because he has some sort of agreement with them. His house is gorgeous and comfortable. And he is such a great person all around, but also a great artist. He gave me one of his books that has beautiful photography. Such an amazing human being. Greatly enjoyed the stay. My favorite thing about this apartment was the washer and dryer. Also has a very nice view of the city. Parking garage is great, and staff at the unit are friendly and responsive. Overall a good experience with a highly responsive host.

She was also very attentive as far as providing guidance with activities and transportation services around Guadalajara. My family and I are very happy with our experience at Margaritas place.
