My family and i (3 kids) really had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house is good and well-maintained. It even have terrace upstairs which we can relax with beautiful view of the sea. The location is ideal. Near to IYTE which required 10 mins to walk. And is super convenient with shops- 5 mins walk (u can find many restaurant -kebab restaurants was nice and delicious with many choices. We don't have to worry what to eat here. The best part is, the house near to cafe-Solea where my kids always want to go to eat San Sebastian cheese cake and play monopoly). Abdullah was really kind. He always ask about us and what we need to help us with pleasant stay. He fulfill every request that we ask him. Really appreciate it. Feel warmly welcome by him. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Konaklamamız süresince çok rahat ettik. Ev fotoraflardan fazlasına sahip. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Evin konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Tekrar gelirsek mutlaka yine burayı tercih ederiz.

Murat是个非常优秀的房东，待人热情友善，能及时解决我们提出的任何问题，特别是帮助我们把行李搬上搬下，很温暖。他的房子非常干净，厨房里东西很齐全，可以自己做饭。房源的地段非常好，走几步就到了海边，沿着海边往前走就到了市中心。总之我们住的很舒服，很满意，如果下次再来切什梅，会毫不犹豫地选择这里。强烈推荐给大家！

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

We spent 12 days in Dimitri's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is conveniently located close to the harbor and city center. It is bright, cozy and tastefully furnished, very functional with a well-equipped kitchen that is a pleasure to cook in. The large balcony invites you to linger. The communication with Dimitri was very pleasant and helpful – a real superhost!

Bize tertemiz pırıl pırıl, tüm eşyaları fazlasıyla tamam bir ev hazırlanmıştı. Her oda konforlu, evin tamamı çok şık ve rahattı. Banyolar ve mutfak fazlasıyla iyiydi. Temizlik malzemeleri, kişisel malzemeler hepsi özenle hazirlanmisti. Yanı sıra havuz, evin manzarası ve deniz inanılmaz keyifli. 4-4luk bir tatildi, eksiksizdi. kalablik gruplar için mukkemmel bir deneyim olduğunu düşünüyoruz. tekrar gelmeyi çok çok isteriz. her şey için teşekkürler.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, die Villa ist ein Traum! Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem nur ans Herz legen, Urlaub pur 🇬🇷☺️ Wir werden wieder kommen.

Eşsiz bir manzaraya sahip ve konum olarak çok iyi bir yerdeydi, rahatlıkla ulaşıl sağladık, evi genel olarak çok beğendik ama bu aylarda konaklarsanız evin çoğu camla kaplı olduğu için ısıtmak biraz zaman alabiliyor o yüzden yerler soğuktu ve hava durumu nedeniyle biraz üşüdük

Öncelikle ev sahibi oldukça ilgiliydi her sorunumuzda hızlı şekilde çözüm geldi.Ev içerisinde bulunan eşyalar oldukça yeterli ve güzeldi.Araba ile 5 dakikalık mesafede güzel bir sahil mevcut.Özetle hem lokasyonu hem de evi öneririm🙏

Die Villa war sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Pool war größer, als er auf den Fotos aussah. Wir fanden die Villa sehr sauber vor bei Ankunft. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We stayed here with my family and absolutely loved it, very clean and looks just like the photos. Local restaurants and beaches were very easy to get to, there is also walkable distance taxi stop near the home. Very responsive and lovely home owners, would definitely recommend this place.

4 aylık ikiz bebeklerimle ilk tatilimizdi ve çekincelerim vardı. Funda hanım sağolsun öncelikle bu konuda beni rahatlattı. Ev hem bebekler hem de ailemin diğer üyeleri için çok tatmin ediciydi. Havuz derinliği, boyutu, sıcaklığı tam istediğimiz gibiydi. Plaj 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Deniz harika. Panoramik bir deniz manzarasına uyanmak paha biçilemez. Evde her ihtiyacımız vardı. Bebekler için de her şey düşünülmüştü. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isterim. Funda hanım’a, kardeşi Ali Bey’e ve babalarına çok teşekkür ederim.

Mert Bey ve ailesi çok iyiydi. Sürecin en başından en sonuna kadar destek oldular bize. Ev fotoğraflarda gözükenin aynısı hatta birçok eve göre daha büyük. Buzdolabında sizi bekleyen portakal suyu ise harika bir bonustu. Çok teşekkürler.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Alle waren total freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit der tollen Terasse, war genau das richtige um mal die Sehle baumeln zu lassen. Auf das kleine Missverständnis das es keine 2 Betten sondern 1 Bett mit 2 Schlafplätzen war, wurde sofort und unkompliziert reagiert. War natürlich auch mein Fehler, da mein Blick auf den Photos mehr der wundeschönen Lage galt. Dazu kommt das es auf der Insel Chios wirklich richtig viel zu entdecken gibt. Ein ganz toller Urlaub der richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafür

Manzara seven biri olarak evi kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz evin içi biraz eski fakat kalite ve ev sahibinin hizmeti çok kaliteliydi kesinlikle bir daha konaklayacağım

Muhteşem Deniz manzarası var küçük şirin , ihtiyaç olan herşey evde mevcut . Şehre çok yakın . Sadece Dalga sesleri var bayıldık Birdaha gelirsek yine Nikos’da kalacağız Harika bir Ev sahibi eşinin yaptığı muhteşem Ayva reçelini ve ev yapımı Limonata’nın tadı damağımızda kaldı.
