6 kişi 3 gün olarak konakladık. Fatih Bey ve ailesi her konuda çok yardımsever davrandı. Ev oldukça temizdi ve ihtiyacımız olan tüm eşyalar mevcuttu. Merkeze ve plajlara çok yakın olması, ayrıca evin bulunduğu mevkinin sakin bir muhit olması büyük avantaj. Fatih bey ve ailesine tüm süreçteki yardımseverlikleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Hallo liebe Selda, Der Aufenthalt in eurer Villa hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen, vor allem die ruhige Lage, die Austattung und Größe des Hauses sowie Sauberkeit waren top! Der Pool war für uns ausreichend und wir haben mit 6 Personen viel Zeit im Garten verbracht😊. Was super war, dass unsere speziellen Anliegen sofort von Selda und ihrem Ehemann gelöst wurden. Wir bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt. Bis bald!😊

İnanılmaz temizdi her şeyden önce. Özal bey son derece ilgili tüm soruları anında cevaplıyor ve hızlı çözüm sunuyor, ev ise aynı fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz gibiydi. 7 kişi konakladık, Çok çok memnun kaldık, sakin ve nezih bir muhitte. Ulaşımı çok kolay ve merkeze çok yakın. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Ev ihtiyaçlarımızı tamamen karşılayacak şekilde düşünülmüş ve gayet temizdi. Hatice hanım her sorumuza hızlıca cevap verdi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ev bahçesi ile birlikte oldukça ferah ve huzur doluydu. Evde vakit geçirmek güzeldi. Çocuklu ya da bebekli aileler için denize yürümek zorlu olabilir yaklaşık 20 dakika sürüyor. Evin konumu plajlar ve marketler düşünülünce oldukça iyi. Hatice hanımın da iletişimi çok iyiydi her konuda yardımcı oldu sağ olsun. Tavsiye edilir 👍🏼

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

Ercan Bey’le iletişim kurmak çok kolaydı, bizi çok güzel karşıladı ve yerel tavsiyeler verdi. Ev sahile çok yakın, sitenin kendi anahtarlı şezlong ve şemsiyeli plajı olduğu için denize girmek büyük bir zevkti. Deniz mavi bayraklı, çok temizdi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Klima ve tavan vantilatörü evi serinletmek için yeterliydi. Bahçe ve veranda keyif yapmak için çok güzeldi. Bakkal çok yakın ve günlük ihtiyaçlar için yeterliydi. Erken giriş ve geç çıkış olanakları sunuldu. Ercan Bey’in evini herkese öneririm ve yine burada kalmayı tercih ederim. Teşekkürler.

Ozlemfr女士的房屋奢华得无可挑剔。充足的房间，精美的内饰，齐全的设备。最重要的是，一位热情友善的女主人，她很耐心且热情得迎接了我们。Ozlemfr女士根据我们的需要列举出了几个当地餐厅，我们最后选取了一家土耳其风味的烤肉店，品质非常棒。我们觉得很幸运在旅程的最开始能住进这样的房间，非常适合作为自驾游的住宿选择。

Our family of 8 really loved the property. It is perfectly located, where you are close to restaurants but it is still very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we spent most of our time outside on patio area. It was just perfect. We are already discussing dates to visit next year

It is a great villa, very spacious. I stayed here with my extended family and kids loved the big garden, pool, cats and bunnies. Villa is only few minutes drive from the main shopping mall of the town which we used for getting everything for the BBQ. It is not cheap but you get luxury, we were all happy and we will be back.

Metin Bey oldukca ilgili, yardimsever ve rahat iletisim kurulabilen bir ev sahibiydi. Gerek seyahatten once gerek konaklama surecinde ihtiyac duydugumuz zamanlarda hizli geri donusler saglayarak bize cok yardimci oldu. Huzurlu bir tatil isteyenler icin ev oldukca uygun bir secenek. Verandasi, havuzu, yemyesil bahcesi ile cok guzel bir ortam. Ev oldukca temiz ve duzenli. Yaz mevsimi haricinde gitmek isteyen olursa isinma durumu da cok iyiydi. Alper Bey oldukça iyi bir ev sahibi. Eve giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladığı için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kaldığımız süre boyunca tüm sorularımıza oldukça hızlı cevap verdi. Arkadaşlarımızla birlikte huzurlu, sakin bir haftasonu yaşadık. Civarda 1-2 dakikalık araç mesafesinde büyük market bulma şansınız var. Bahçe oldukça geniş ve evcil hayvanıyla ziyaret edecekler için oldukça güzel. Hava şartlarından dolayı havuzu kullanamadık. Onu da yazın yapacağımız gezimize saklıyoruz :)

6 kişi geldiğimiz evde her şey çok güzeldi. Şehriban hanım ve kızı ayşin hanım her konuda yardımcı oldular konumu gayet güzel market eğlence mekanları büfe vesaire. Umarız seneye de tekrarlayabiliriz :)

We spent 18 days here and it felt just like home, with all the facilities of your own home. It was so relaxing with beautiful sea views. The beach was a short walk away in a sheltered bay, with a sandy shoreline. No loud music or rowdyness on the beach. It is a short walk to Dalyan Marina, which is a fish restaurant heaven or a ten minute drive into Cesme, which is so nice. Do not compare Cesme area to the other holiday resorts, such as Kusadasi, Bodrum, Antalya etc. It is in a different league and no all inclusive hotels in sight. Overall, I loved the house, loved the views, loved the quietness, loved the easy access to the beach, loved the easy access to Cesme, and Dalyan Marina. 20 minute drive to the vibrant Alacati, and Illica. We loved just sitting on the balcony watching the sea and having our breakfast every morning. Looks like I have found a place I would return to every year. It ticked every box for us. Wonderful hosts. I am now recharged.

Uzun zamandır bu kadar temiz bir evde kalmamıştık, Bulut bey de her sorumuza çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Evde tüm ihtiyaçlar için hazırlık mevcuttu, damacana ile içme suyu temin etmelerinden tüm baharat ceşitlerine kadar mevcut olması, kutu oyunlarından tek kullanımlım terliklere kadar düşünmeleri konaklamanızı keyifli hale getiriyor iş yükünüzü azaltıyor. Tekrar gitmeyi umuyoruz. Tavsiye ederim.

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

Super Unterkunft!!! Zu Beginn möchte ich mich bei Ezgi für ihre herzliche Art bedanken. Sie war immer gut zu erreichen und stand stets hilfsbereit zur Seite. Die Villa ist ein Traum und entspricht exakt den Fotos. Das Haus hatte ein sehr privates und gemütliches Ambiente, insbesondere der Garten mit Ausblick auf den Pool war ein Traum. Das Haus verfügte über alles Notwendige für den täglichen Gebrauch und war super sauber. Gerne hätte ich weitere Wochen verbracht. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Auto nur in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Cesme werde ich die Villa von Ezgi immer wieder buchen. Das Haus hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen!
