Alloggio stupendo. Lo spazio è molto accogliente e ampio, perfetto per due. La via sotto casa è una splendida via pedonale con tanti ristoranti e bar a disposizione, e rispetto al centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Great location, cheap, no frills and clean. Perfect weekend apartment. Checking in and out was totally solo and smooth as butter. A little more soundproofing would be nice, if such a thing is of concern to you ;) Can recommend.

Top Gastgeber! Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist am Berg und dadurch sehr steil.

Comfortable and well located apartment. The address is literally the same as the bus stop to reach ICTP, good for the visiting physicist. The gelateria downstairs was a big plus, better than most! The host was very easy to communicate with and the self-service check-in/check-out was convenient. I would stay here again gladly. The only small negatives are that parking is hard to find (not the fault of Sebastiano, of course). Also, be aware that the Trieste tourist tax is NOT included in the total price. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

The place is excellent! it is located in the main centre of Trieste, and many of the top attractions are in walkable distance. There are also a ton of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, along with other shopping centres. In addition, the place is clean, has all the listed amenities and Fulvio has been very responsive to make sure that our stay was comfortable.

Apartament jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciu, ma ogromny taras z przepięknym widokiem. Łazienka jest malutka, ale wystarczająca. Gospodarz jest niezwykle miłym człowiekiem, i chociaż czasami jest bariera językowa, to zawsze można napisać do Alesa, lub użyć translatora. Jedyne malutkie zastrzeżenie do czystości, niektóre rzeczy były niedokładnie sprzątnięte. Ale za to w lodówce czekały na nas szampan i soki, a na koniec otrzymaliśmy lokalny prezent. To był dobrze spędzony czas. Dziękujemy i polecamy :)

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and only a few kilometres from the heart of Grado. The bikes were absolutely ideal for getting around in the city and the surrounding area. This is really a nice service! Francesca welcomed us and showed everything. The apartment is not new, but it looks exactly as on the pictures. All in all, it’s a good choice for 2 people or a small family. The terrace would also have been nice, if the weather would have been a bit better.

Evgeny's apartment is exceptionally beautiful and very well-appointed. It is very spacious and has a lovely outdoor garden area. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is very quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rebook this apartment on our next visit to Koper.

It was great and short stay near climbing sectors we wanted to climb (Misja Pec). The small apartment was cozy and very clean, the balcony offers nice view. Vladimir was helpful and very flexible with our time of arrival. Can recommend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft von Radivoje und Sara gefühlt. Der Check-In lief problemlos, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Lage ruhig und dennoch zentrums- und meeresnah. Auch die Kommunikation lief problemlos. Gerne wieder!

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen aber alles gut erreichbar, auch mit Rad. Die Gastgeberin und auch die Vermieterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und sind supernett. jederzeit wieder. Danke

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit zwei Kinder und einem Hund. Wir haben uns seit dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Giorgio und seine Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Ausflüge nach Italien und Slowenien sind nach ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien kommen dann auf jedenfall bei Giorgio. Tolle Kroatische Städte sind auch gut erreichbar. Danke Giorgio für Alles.

Renée est un hôte cordiale, accueillant et très réactif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme "à la maison". L'appartement est décoré avec goût et était idéalement situé pour les visites que nous voulions faire.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende bei Mirjam. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man fühlt sich wunderbar aufgehoben und kann die ruhige Lage mit dem tollen Ausblick einfach nur genießen. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Whirlpool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit etwas später auzuchecken und alles noch ein paar Stunden mehr zu genießen. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft und Mirjam als Gastgeberin nur jedem herzlichst empfehlen.

We had a great stay. Good location to reach everything in Istria. The apartment is very stylish, well kept and was absolutely clean. The house and premises are very nice and also well kept. Check-in and check-out worked perfectly. Despite living far away the hosts are very responsive, helpful and friendly. An excellent experience! Thanks!

Emanuel und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos. Ein Highlight ist der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Whirlpool. Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Meer sind mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️
