7人家族で利用させて頂きました。 一家団欒で過ごしやすいダイニングキッチンとリビングで年末年始の冬場の利用でしたが、エアコンの効きが良く大変快適に過ごすことができました。 また、キッチンアイテムが豊富で滞在期間中の調理作業が捗り助かりました。 この度は本当にありがとうございました。再び機会がございました際は、よろしくお願い致します。

Han was very proactive in making sure we had a comfortable stay, the place was close enough to the station and had many stores in the area. Great spot if you want to check out universal studios.

We loved our stay at this cozy and welcoming place- it was the perfect location for us! The house was within walking distance of plenty of stores and restaurants, making it incredibly easy to settle in. The check-in process was seamless, and the place was easy to find. Inside, the space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful, which made our trip even smoother. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great home base in the area!!

This property was spacious enough for my family of 12. The condition of all the rooms was clean and comfortable. We could cook because the kitchen is equipped with cooking and eating utensils. The disadvantage of this property is that it was quite far from the supermarket, but they provide two bicycles for mobility. In conclusions, this property is recommended to rent when traveling to Osaka.

We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s 3-story home in Higashiosaka with our family of four (kids aged 10 and 7). Location was perfect—safe, quiet, and super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, which made exploring Osaka easy. House was spotless and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen (though we picked up a few extra ingredients). The air conditioners around the house kept the bedrooms nice and warm during our March stay (though FYI the common areas can be a tad chilly. The kids were thrilled with the dedicated playroom on its own floor—it kept them entertained for hours. The garage was a big bonus for our rental car. Chad was an amazing host, always quick to reply and super accommodating, even helping us with an Amazon delivery. Tip: We brought our own HDMI cable to connect our laptop to TV. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly spot that made our Osaka trip extra special. Highly recommend it! Thanks, Chad!

In the backstreets on Namba, easy to get from Namba Station and Kansai International by train. Lots of local eating options and not far from Dotonbori. Very clean.

An awesome stay for the price point! Secure check in with elevator. We especially loved opening the back sliding door to have views of the river. Close walking distance to cafes, convenient stores and Dotonbori district. Kikka is very kind and flexible. Communication and responsiveness is prompt. Would highly recommend. A++

Yasuo’s home was as described. Squeaky clean and very spacious. It was just 3 mins walk from nearby subway station which was very convenient for us to travel. As we had booked it for a week it was a great deal and amazing stay. Before we left, we met yasuo and he was very warm and welcoming. Hope to stay here again. Thank you very much Yasuo 😊

大変素晴らしいお宿でした。賑やかな観光地に位置しているのに、夜はとても静かです。 また、寝具やタオルがしっかりと管理されていて清潔で、安心して使用することができました。 お部屋の端々にオーナー様の配慮が感じられて、これが日本のおもてなしか…としみじみ心が温かくなりました。 家族に体調管理に気をつけなくてはいけない者がいるのですが、大変柔軟に対応していただき、ゆっくりと健やかに過ごすことができました。 滞在に必要な全てのものは揃えられていて、不足することがありませんでした。スーパーやコンビニも目と鼻の先でした。 この度は本当にありがとうございました。

Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Es gibt direkt in der Nähe mehrere verschiedene Supermärkte und Restaurants. Man kommt innerhalb von knapp 7min zu den nächsten Bahnstationen. Mein einziger kleiner Makel ist, dass die Wohnung direkt an einer recht gut befahrenen Straße liegt und man die Geräusche noch in der Wohnung hören kann. Solange man nicht sehr empfindlich dafür ist, sollte das jedoch kein zu großes Problem sein.

I would highly recommend this place. Even though you are in the heart of the city the apartment is very well soundproofed. The place is very clean and has everything you need. The location is also very convenient and close to many restaurants. I would definitely come back here if ever I’m back in Osaka. Thanks for hosting us.

A cozy space in a nice quiet area within walking distance of Fukushima station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and felt right at home. Ryota is a gracious host and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place with a bit more of a “local” feel. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was a perfect stay for me and my family during our holiday in Osaka. It had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The place is near Daikokucho, Imamiya and shin-Imamiya stations making it very easy to get around. Host was very responsive and proactive.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Osaka! The location is so strategic, located near Dotonbori and other popular tourist spots, yet you can feel the peace and tranquility with restful nights. The owner was so friendly and helpful. The check-in process was hassle-free as well. The accommodation was spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. You can also find delicious food, decent shop and nearby attractions if you wanna stay out of Dotonbori crowded areas too. There's also convenient store just downstair the accomodation. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Osaka!

지역 이름 그대로 살기좋고, 길게 있고싶은곳 언젠가, 살거나 길게 여행을 하게되면 나가이공원 주변에서 꼭 머물고싶다는 생각이 항상 있었습니다. 휴직을 하고, 드디어 용기를내서 왔네요. 운이 좋게도 이 숙소가 있어서, 선택하게 되었어요. 숙소에 대해선 사실 세탁기만 있으면 다 없어도OK 라는 생각이었는데, TV, 레인지, 세탁기, 에어컨까지 다 있어서 너무좋았어요. 불만이 전혀 없어서 숙소 내부에 대해 뭔가 가득가득 쓰고싶어도 떠오르는게 없네요. 호스트는 오사카사람 그 자체입니다. 활기차고, 웃음이 많은 밝은사람이며, 모두와 금방 친해지는 사람이에요. 숙소 관리자와 같이 밥먹는걸 경험해본적 없었는데, 함께 밥도먹고, 사소한 일상적인 대화도 하며, 덕분에 즐거운 시간이었어요. 무언가가 필요하거나 부족한 부분이 없는지 항상 확인해줍니다. 혹시 오시는분이 일본어나 영어를 못하더라도, 통역어플이 있으니까 어떻게든 도와줄거에요. "외국어는 다른나라의 말이니까 어쩔수없이 틀릴수밖에 없으니까, 틀리더라도 좌절하지않고 꾸준히 쓰며 익숙해지면된다" 라는 생각의 호스트라서, 정말 멋있다고 생각합니다. 예정때문에 지금은 잠시 나고야로 이동했지만, 당장이라도 돌아가고싶을정도로 여전히 생각나는 지역이고 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 지역의 사람들도 친절하며 웃음이 많아요. 함께있으면 미소짓게되는 분위기의 사람들이 사는 동네이고, 항상 조용한 분위기의 마을이지만, 주말이나 스포츠경기가 있는날은 활기넘치는 마을이 됩니다.
