Where do i start? Comunication with Juan was excelent. Check in was fast and simple, Awsome location. You can walk to the beach, to the restaurant, to the malecón. The malecón have a few locals spot to dance, kareoke etc. I loved Juan property, just perfect to relax, comfortable, very nice and crean. I recomend it 200%. Lo recomiendo 200%. Nos agradó los alrededores, el poder caminar al malecón, estar frente a la playa. La propiedad de Juan es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Ansiosos por volver.

Casa Sandia is a gorgeous home, with a stunning view and fabulous pool. The host and property manager are very responsive so we felt well looked after and cared for. The house was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed, including a kettle and potato peeler. This is the Puerto Rico of my childhood, coqui at night, roosters roaming the streets and friendly, relaxed locals. Loved it.

Really a cute place. Beds were extremely comfy. AC worked great. Good wifi. Nice kitchen with everything you need (except a wine opener). We enjoyed outdoor living for the most part. Great pool, but only has 1 lounger; needs another lounger or 2. Aida's tips were great! Warning: you can't swim in front of the house. Rocks, rough, riptide. It was a pain to have to drive to a beach when we had one right in front of us. That was the only downfall and we wouldn't rent there again only because we like to swim in the sea. This house is right on a very loud road. Not sure why Puerto Ricans have to drive with their music blaring? You get used to it. Great overall!

Este lugar fue excelente! Maravillosa la estancia frente al mar. Muy limpio y amplio. La cocina muy buena equipada. La propiedad tiene una vista espectacular frente al mar y es muy relajante. Tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa. El espacio es muy cómodo y agradable. Realmente estoy loca por poderme quedar nuevamente.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Patillas! My family and I visited to spend time with loved ones, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect, and the house itself was super charming and spotless. We absolutely loved the decor, especially in the kitchen— and it had everything we needed to cook our meals, and then some. The AC throughout the house kept us cool and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the convenience of having a colmado right next door—it was a lifesaver when we arrived parched! 🍺😬 On top of everything, the hosts were wonderful—very responsive to any questions we had. We’re already planning to come back this summer and will definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. the house was clean and enough room for 8 of us. The inground pool was very nice, the water was warm, and we used it daily. The AC in the bedrooms works very well. The rest of the house felt nice with the ceiling fans and breeze from the windows. The Wi-Fi was good and we could watch shows on our Fire Stick. Our host Amanda was very nice and helpful with our questions. The beaches in Patillas are very rocky. We tried to get in up to our waist but was dangerous due to large rocks you can't see. We found much nicer beaches about an hour away near the Ceiba Ferry and Fajardo. Some things we didn't know, but were not a problem. Keep the kitchen clean and take out trash daily. If you don't, you'll find a lot of tiny black ants crawling across the kitchen counters and the under counter garage can. The septic system has problems processing toilet paper so it must go in the garbage.

We had a magical family vacation at Casa del Sol! The house was well equipped and exactly as pictured. The views were remarkable! The town of Patillas was friendly, kind and peaceful! We loved the local restaurants. Carla and Irene were both responsive when we had a question or needed a recommendation. We felt right at home! Traveling with three young kids (9, 7 with special needs and 5) can be so stressful but I can honestly say this trip was stress free AND enjoyable! One of the best family vacations we have ever had! Thank you to Carla and Irene!

This place is a slice of heaven! It was my families favorite and we did not want to leave. The back yard is the ocean. We launched kayaks and paddle boards off the back steps to kayak with the manatees. We fished with the poles from the house and some tiny hooks right off the back deck and caught (and released) a variety of sea life, including a needle fish, a puffer fish, Sun fish, rock fish and a small crab. We saw iguanas swimming in the ocean and they swam right past on that back porch. We snorkeled from the back porch, floated in the water while the stars came out. In the morning we watched large fish hunt, saw flying fish and jumping fish and watched the manatees have their breakfast. This house is a place to stay and all your activities for several days!!! We played on the putting green, enjoyed the games at the house, watched a movie, cooked etc. so much to do and everything you need to do it. The house is also beautiful! So clean and elegant! Would definitely start again❤️

My family and I had a great time at Amy & Noe's place. The location was perfect. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so peaceful along with the pool and bar was prefect for hanging out at night. we loved the bread fruit tree on the property as we made some pancakes for the kids from it. overall I would highly recommend their place as the little town was so nice and the locals were friendly. we would definitely come back in the future!

It was my 55th birthday. We were 14 people, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Everything was nice and neat, the place is beautiful and quiet, perfect to be relax, you don't need to leave the house at all, photos don't do justice for the place, view and sunrise. Hector is super accessible and communicative. My whole family loved it. We are definitely coming back.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was absolutely spotless—I could walk around barefoot, and it smelled fresh and clean the entire time. I was initially concerned about GPS issues, but I had no trouble at all using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find it. The location was perfect, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The outdoor area was stunning, overlooking the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Although I don’t speak Spanish, the hosts spoke perfect English, which made everything even easier. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este Airbnb en Puerto Rico! El lugar estaba impecable—podía caminar descalzo y siempre olía fresco y limpio. Al principio, me preocupaba el GPS, pero no tuve ningún problema en encontrarlo con Google Maps o Apple Maps. We loved the place! It has an amazing view and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The only thing is that it was very far from San Juan but I guess it was our fault for not checking before the distance. In general everything was good.

This lovely large studio was a perfect spot for a woman traveling alone to WFH and enjoy resort living. It is a safe, beautifully decorated, and extremely well thought out space with plenty of storage, a large bathroom, washer-dryer, small kitchen with a good-size refrigerator, spacious sleeping area, great lighting, comfortable sitting area with a real desk and high-speed wifi, small indoor dining area and small patio with a little table and barbeque very close to the pool. The owner is super-nice, easy to get along with, and communicates quickly by text when a question arises. Worth the money if you have it because much nicer than the much less expensive studios in the same neighborhood. The Palmas Doradas neighborhood is perfectly located close to the beach on the third green and next to the hotel: it's my favorite area in Palmas del Mar.

Nice view and wonderful ocean waves sounds for you to enjoy at night. Go visit a waterfall!

The place is nice. There is a small private beach that you can go to but there were sand fleas while we were there. Nothing that can be done about that. There is plenty of space for a large group but they charge you an extra $10 per person per day that they stay there. The location feels safe but there really isn’t much to do in the area. You have to drive 30 minutes give or take to get to Luquillo if you really want to do stuff. The place is good if you want to stay in the Naguabo area and want a roomy place.

Great place! Very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The host was kind and helpful. I had a great stay in PR and would definitely come back.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa del Mar! The place was just as described and then some. The location was perfect for our family. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk and the pool was a great extra after spending the day at the beach. Jean has everything you'll need for enjoying the beach, i.e. chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. No need to hassle over packing too much. The house is well stocked and if not Walmart is 10-15 minutes away. Thanks Jean, for making our first visit to Puerto Rico so great! We definitely will be returning.

The location was absolutely beautiful. Edwin was responsive with any questions my family had. We visited during an electrical blackout and he was in communication with us the entire time. This location is fantastic across from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Definitely worth it and would stay again

Staying at Miguel’s home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Miguel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again!
