This place was perfect for our group of 5 girls. It felt so homey and was very clean. The hosts were super kind and responsive. Overall, great stay!!! Would 100% stay again.

Great place to stay while visiting our granddaughter at UGA. The little house was nice and we had everything we needed right down to a great selection of snacks. Plenty of room to park. We also love to ride our electric bikes and Randy had some information for us about local paved bike trails. Everything was great!

I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

Fantastic stay at the Cottage. Perfect for our group of 4. Love the area as it had coffee, a brewery, some shops, and nature. The interior was spotless and well stocked.

We stayed at Mary's home during Thanksgiving holiday because we have family in the area. The home was perfect - very cute, super convenient to get to Hoschton and in close proximity to shops and restaurants in downtown Brazelton and the highway (I-85). We always appreciate hosts that allow us to bring our dogs. We took some walks around the neighborhood and stopped by the local brewery one afternoon, who welcomed them as well. Mary was very responsive with communications, was flexible with an early check-in request and provided us with a helpful app to lock and unlock the door when the front keypad was temporarily out of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be able to return the next time we are in the area and need a place to stay. Thank you, Mary!

This was a great place to stay for a friends wedding weekend. A nice peaceful stay, the house was exactly what we needed it to be!

I’m wanting to go back to Athens just to stay here again! The pictures were cute, but in person it was even better. It all felt super homey with a record player and a good vinyl selection! The bed was super comfy, and we felt very safe. Everything was super smooth and easy! If you’re on the fence, just book it!

Place was clean and as described. The neighborhood was quiet. It's not a long walk to downtown and a very quick drive. Host was very responsive when I had questions.

Richard was a wonderful host. He was super accommodating to our needs, the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I really enjoyed Shawn’s place! I needed somewhere to say on short notice. I’m very thankful for his flexibility. I saved place for future trips because I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

Wonderful cute little apartment, wished I could stay longer

Athens is a nice getaway town with lots to do and this place is a perfect HQ for that. Quiet, cozy, and clean.

We were in town to attend a concert at the Georgian Theater and it was a quick Uber ride away with many great options for food nearby! The place was clean and Nanda was very responsive to our questions.

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay at Hannah’s place. It was very quiet and quaint. Easy to get in and out to visit the beautiful city of Athens. Everything described was perfect. We had plenty of room in a wonderful location. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Athens.
