Lovely home in a great location.

Perfect place for a college visit for my daughter. Easy to find and access. Walkable to downtown Richmond. Very well maintained place with snacks, coffee, and ample hot water. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels and linens, and comfy beds. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and did not notice any significant noise from downtown. We felt safe and tucked away even though in a very central area. Would love to make this our Airbnb of choice if my daughter decides to attend EKU!

Diane is a wonderful person and a wonderful host!! I would absolutely stay with her again. Her space had plenty of amenities, a beautiful back porch and backyard, she was friendly and was able to give me a wonderful hiking recommendation, the location was close to grocery stores, the hospital, and hiking locations, and the area was just enchanting. 10/10!

All was good for us. We didn’t think that the surroundings were necessarily the best. But, we got along fine.

Our stay was great! The property was as advertised, very clean and had everything we (and pets) needed and more. Amanda was also flexible and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. This would be the first property we'd check for availability if staying in the area again.

Such a cozy private space, the hosts are super helpful and even brought us by some extra bedding. The space is right on the downtown and so easy walking to anywhere.

We had such a wonderful time staying here. we came for a concert and spent 3 nights and it was the perfect stay. we loved the hot tub, the pool table, the dart board and the temperpedic bed! Fonda was an amazing host, very helpful and always answered quickly. The house was beautiful and we would for sure stay again!

We can’t say enough great things about Lindsay and this house - it was the perfect home base for our long weekend or climbing and relaxing. The beds and living room were quite comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for multiple meal preps. There was even a hangboard between the living room and kitchen that our kids couldn’t resist! But the best thing of all was how helpful and welcoming Lindsay was - offering advice, keeping us up to date on options for early arrival and late departure, checking on whether we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s cottage in Berea. We enjoyed the walkability and the options for food and artisan shops in the area. The house was very, very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for drinks and cooking. We ate out most of the time but enjoyed coffee in the morning. Small detail but there were ice cubes ready for us when we prepared our drinks in the evening. We had forgotten to buy ice and were happy that small detail was ready. My favorite part of the house is the little office/sunroom area. I had my coffee there in the morning and watched the rain. Great location and great communication. Will stay in the future when we come to Berea.

The house was conveniently located, easy to access, very clean, comfortable beds, and the host responded very quickly to any questions or issues I had. Thank you for making our trip comfortable.

We really enjoyed our extended weekend getaway at the home. Loved the decor and the fireplace. We felt very comfortable and the extras left for us were very nice. Coffee, shampoo and basic things were provided. We day tripped to Cumberland Falls and it was impressive. Being able to return to the home each day and have strong WiFi to still connect with our biz was helpful. Thank you for a great experience

We were very pleased with the location and the home. Kristiana was very nice, responsive, and informative. We enjoyed the quiet location, hot tub, and fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee, cream, and filters. I suggest bringing some ice if you are going to need quite a bit. There isn’t an ice maker. The home was spotless and very nice. If I had a complaint, it would only be one and that would be that the beds are rather too hard for my comfort. We would choose to stay there again however.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was exactly what we were looking for when looking at a place to stay along our road trip. We would stay here again without hesitation! The host was very friendly and helpful, and the house was exactly as it appeared in photos.
