The location is wonderful. You can see the Nelson Atkins museum grounds from the East-facing windows. Loved the TV in the bedroom too.

My stay here was great, the place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, very clear instructions were provided. Would stay here again.

Trenton was very helpful. Check out process wasn’t long like most places. There was an issue with the TV in the main bedroom and he was proactive in solving the issue. Came downstairs and fixed it almost immediately. Overall great stay.

We stayed here for a few days while helping our daughter get an apartment. Very well situated to get to several downtown areas. The apartment was spotless and had a great layout. Jake was very responsive to any questions and provided recommendations on restaurants and places to go. Would highly recommend and will stay again when visiting our daughter.

Kristen‘s place was a great location for our family gathering. It was as described and the host was prompt with communication.

We just made it home to Minnesota and honestly miss the place a bit..and I can't say enough how wonderfully pleased with the stay we are ...it was exactly like home in more ways than one. Thank You and hope to be able to stay again!

Noise travels easily in the building. We got a complaint from other guests about our noise level. The second floor unit might not be ideal for travelers with toddlers like ourselves. The team was friendly and understanding communicating the complaint.

Our family was in KC visiting our son and lived our stay! The house was beautiful and everything was as it was described. We had everything we needed and then some. We would definitely stay again!

Great, convenient spot that was perfect for a short stay while I transitioned to a longer term place in Kansas City. Could easily have stayed longer though. Great living space and view over the Plaza. Adam is a great communicator and made things really easy.

Lance’s place was exactly how described and a great place to spend a few nights in Kansas City. The neighborhood is great, the beds comfortable and the street quiet.

Small hiccup at check-in but was resolved quickly and with little effort on our side. Location is fantastic with many amenities in the area. If you are attending an event at TMobile, you are within a 5 min walk. Overall a great time and would recommend.

Great stay at Lance’s place - would recommend! Easy to get to the Plaza, Westport, or the highway.

Beautiful loft apartment! Located within walking distance of restaurants and a great little coffee shop downstairs. We were shocked at how quiet the loft was and how close everything was to us. Very clean and the bed is so comfortable- so great having a washer and dryer in the loft! Adam is wonderful! Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!! Thank you Adam!! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

Good location and easy to find. On the third floor so if you are not able to use the stairs it might not be a good fit for you.
