We were put out of our house for a week because we had our hardwood floors refinished. Needed a place that would accept four pets even though we only took two and it was perfect. Thanks Lindsey again and FYI, you might want to purchase a new set of pots and pans

We had a wonderful weekend here! Lots to do in the area and close to downtown KC. The designated parking spots at the house were nice! We would highly recommend this place!!

Kari's place was a great place for my family to stay for our KC visit! It is private and close to all of the spots we wanted to see while there. The rooms and bathroom downstairs were perfect for older guests that couldn't get up and down stairs and the kids loved the bunk beds and games upstairs. Kari responded to all of my questions promptly and made sure we felt at home. Towels, soap, coffee, extra blankets, etc. were well stocked. Checking in and out was a breeze and I will absolutely save this home for future stays. Our CA family was visiting our KS family and being in this home made the visit feel so much more special. Thank you, Kari!

My family and I enjoyed this house to stay in. It was minutes from what we came for, in a nice neighborhood, easy to get in and out of, my kids enjoyed the space, even my husband who hates traveling thought it was a great place and said the beds were comfortable. I’ll stay here again if it’s available when I need it!

Mia and Asley were super responsive and very kind. we arrived during the great snownpocalypse of JAN '25 and it was anxious. Mia had provided salt and shovels and coordinated for snow removal. The house was cozy and easily located next to the highway and nearby stores. Mia was readily available to discuss any issues and I would gladly stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Really great place and even better hosts. 100/5 rating!

We had a previous booking with a different host that fell through at the last minute and booked with this host when that fell through. This host was very accommodating since we booked the home less than 24 hours before we entered the home. The home was very clean and well maintained. We had a great time. Thank you.

Very glad we stayed here! Comfortable accommodations for our group (3 adults) and great location with easy access to the free street car. Communicative hosts. It is a bit confusing getting access when you first arrive but everyone was super helpful-including the front desk/security staff, and after that initial arrival it’s all perfection. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next KC visit. It’s so appreciated when hosts include the little extras like coffee and basic soaps etc. Thank you!!

This place was perfect for our stay. The space was exactly how it was described, clean, great breakfast place (Mildred’s) right next door, and tram pickup right out front. Would definitely stay here again. Also, loved the decor!

What a wonderful, ease-filled stay! Russ and Kris were such attentive hosts. They checked in with me numerous times to make sure I had everything I needed. The space was immaculately clean, and was filled with thoughtful touches. I especially loved the reverse osmosis water spigot in the kitchen.

Amazing place! Very comfortable. Complete amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, thoughtful coffee supplies. Super comfortable bed with luxury linens. Spacious bathroom with spa-like shower. Great location with convenient free trolley right outside the building. Top notch AirBnB!!

The house certainly was an oasis. We loved the beauty of it and the historical charm. Christine was unbelievable as a host! And Alexis was glorious as an on-property host. She lives on the main floor helped me get my elderly parents set up as I was delayed in my arrival and couldn’t have been nicer. The home was so great. I felt at home and oh, so cozy with my family. Zero noise from the floor below - I was shocked at how much it felt like we were not in a 2-flat. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore! We were just over a mile from the art museum and 10 mins from the River Market. The central location of the home was exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t have picked a better location! 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Apart from the confusion of getting into the apartment and learning how the parking garage works, it was a great experience. The room was nice and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would recommend!

Stayed for a weekend with a few friends to explore the area. Central, walkable location and beautiful historic space. Vince was proactive and thorough in communicating. Definitely will be back ☺️

My stay here was great, the place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, very clear instructions were provided. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is close to great restaurants and shopping. Instructions to check in were clear and easy to follow. We had a small issue with the reserved parking spot, but the host was quick to respond and got it resolved as soon as possible! We would absolutely stay here again!

Trenton was very helpful. Check out process wasn’t long like most places. There was an issue with the TV in the main bedroom and he was proactive in solving the issue. Came downstairs and fixed it almost immediately. Overall great stay.

We stayed here for a few days while helping our daughter get an apartment. Very well situated to get to several downtown areas. The apartment was spotless and had a great layout. Jake was very responsive to any questions and provided recommendations on restaurants and places to go. Would highly recommend and will stay again when visiting our daughter.

We just made it home to Minnesota and honestly miss the place a bit..and I can't say enough how wonderfully pleased with the stay we are ...it was exactly like home in more ways than one. Thank You and hope to be able to stay again!

Awesome place within walking distance to tons of great restaurants, breweries, and the streetcar. Pictures don’t do it justice, the space is beautiful and huge. Beds super comfortable, too. Highly recommend!

Everything was as expected and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Safe, easy walk to Westport restaurants & shops. The sculpture park was a nice treat! Stephanie was proactive with communication and the condo was clean & cozy.

First time visit to Kansas City. Enjoyed my stay here very much. Convenient and walkable to the museums, Whole Foods and many good restaurants. Thanks so much!
