Great place to stay, especially if you are spending time in Power & Light. Went for the Big 12 tournament and it was a very manageable walk each day. Charming space with everything you need - we stayed 5 days and missed nothing. Shops and restaurants are also available for a convenient meal. Bed and pullout sofa slept very well. Good use of the layout, with room to do work on your laptop, or sit on the back patio and read. Also, surprisingly good shower for a basement unit in a historic home! Great communication and fast responses with the hosts. Recommend checking this out if you’re looking for a cozy alternative to hotels in the P&L.

We loved staying at his place! Not so far from the convention center! He was nice to allow us have a friend over for dinner! It was a luxury stay, very clean! We felt safe because it was very secured with security.

Thomas’s place was as described, it was neat and clean. Was close to where I needed to be and easy booking and check in process. Next time in town I would definitely stay with Thomas again.

The host was remarkably responsive, quick and helpful. The apartment is in a luxury building, walkable to tons of great restaurants, bars, and attractions, and is a stop on the tram line. Some reviews have mentioned that it was difficult to get inside upon arrival. This is basically true; because it’s a really safe apartment building, there are several locks you have to navigate at first. But once you figure it out the first time, it’s a breeze. And totally worth it for the feeling of security and privacy. When we ran into an issue, the host responded immediately and we had no issues after that. An incredible apartment for the price, location, and feeling of luxury. And the view!

This is such a great historic location! We had a lot of fun learning about the history of the house. Check out the house’s social media page! The house was comfortable and had everything we could possibly need and more. The neighborhood was so great and had so many options to shop, eat, and drink without ever having to get in the car. The front porch was divine, especially at sunrise! The beds are very comfortable!

This is an absolute find in KC or anywhere! Great location, but more importantly, a home away from home. When they say extra pillows and blankets, they mean it! The most fully stocked Airbnb, supremely comfortable beds, easy free parking, and centrally located. Christine and Alexis are the most gracious hosts. Book this if you are headed to KC.

Great overnight stay! Very nice little spot, free coffee next door. Next to a bar but no noise issues at all during our stay. Would recommend for anyone.

my wife, sister in law, and myself stayed at Kristen's space for a wedding weekend and we loved it. Super relaxing space. I found the bed very comfortable and slept like a baby there. Tasty taqueria right on the corner as well!

Excellent stay! House has an amazing location right near the Plaza. Close to many restaurants, bars, the art museum, and trails to run and bike. Driveway is huge so no need to park on the street. House is clean and well maintained. Host is very responsive and personable. Reasonably priced for the quality of rental. Highly recommended!

We were in KC 2 days for our son's baseball tournament and this home was the perfect space for our family and English Spaniel. Extremely clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us, and in a nice quiet location. The beds were very comfortable, box fans in the bedroom closets were a welcomed find to a family used to sleeping with fan noise! :) We used the white noise machines and didn't hear a single train. Kitchen is well stocked, they've thought of everything! I msg'd Anthony a couple of times and he responded immediately. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable townhouse with modern amenities. Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with a Walmart within walking distance.

This place was so cute and perfect for our girls trip!! It was clean and spacious! We had a blast! William was great! Super responsive, and very nice! Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed this house to stay in. It was minutes from what we came for, in a nice neighborhood, easy to get in and out of, my kids enjoyed the space, even my husband who hates traveling thought it was a great place and said the beds were comfortable. I’ll stay here again if it’s available when I need it!

Our stay was wonderful thanks to this beautiful condo! The owners were very friendly and informative. There were lots of great detailed recommendations and instructions. You could really tell that the owners put lots of thought into the property and details they left for guests to feel at home and accommodated. The home was clean and had great amenities so we didn’t have to worry. Wish the couch was a little more comfy for relaxing, but that was the ONLY thing we would change. The condo had a private parking spot which helped ease our confusion on where we were to park. Owners had helpful/detailed instructions on how to get in. Building felt super safe thanks to the multiple security features. Great view and lovely area. We loved the plaza just a few blocks away. Already recommended it to our friends and family on our way home and hope to be back sometime in the near future!

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

This unit was adorable. My friends and I had a great time. We were unsure about the location before arriving but had no issues. We carpooled to get there and glad we did because it would have been hard to find spots for all 4 cars. The unit was very clean, only noticed dusty fans and ceilings which is minor. Thr kitchen was equipped with basic necessities and bathroom was very spacious and clean. I would rent again!

The place was very nice, my host responded accordingly, and was very attentive,I had no problems and I would rent stay again. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

We just made it home to Minnesota and honestly miss the place a bit..and I can't say enough how wonderfully pleased with the stay we are ...it was exactly like home in more ways than one. Thank You and hope to be able to stay again!

Awesome place within walking distance to tons of great restaurants, breweries, and the streetcar. Pictures don’t do it justice, the space is beautiful and huge. Beds super comfortable, too. Highly recommend!

Great, convenient spot that was perfect for a short stay while I transitioned to a longer term place in Kansas City. Could easily have stayed longer though. Great living space and view over the Plaza. Adam is a great communicator and made things really easy.
