Our hosts allowed us to book the day we arrived. They were very hospitable upon arrival, during our stay, and at departure. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property n host were amazing. It is quiet, secluded & deep in the woods with a million dollar view - exactly what we wanted. We got there late after dark and it was challenging navigating somewhere new for the first time. GPS/WiFi is spotty until you get to the house so make sure u load directions before leaving the city with a cell signal. This can easily be overlooked when searching several properties on the Air B&B - 1) this rental is on the first floor, pass through the Ground-level second floor porch and go down the back steps - and 2) the house has everything you’d ever need except for an oven/stove (if you planned on cooking). Cathy has done a wonderful job decorating - and the homemade loaf of pumpkin bread makes it one of a kind rental. Oh and finally, we bought some bird food at the store and put it on the top of the deck railing - the colorful birds came non-stop and fully entertained my mother-in-law while sitting out on the back deck.

We loved staying in the private one bedroom/one bath apartment in Janet’s home. Our stay was comfortable and easy. We had our own entrance and private patio to enjoy. Her home is at the end of the road and surrounded in trees and solitude and also only a short drive to amazing hikes. Janet is a super woman and wealth of knowledge having traveled and hiked all over the US and the world. Tap into her knowledge before you venture out on a trail. We look forward to seeing her again.

Allan responded quickly when we made our reservation. He checked in with us to make sure we were getting along well. His home is nestled in the trees and the views of the lake and mountains is perfect.

Great little space for a couple or two. We enjoyed the convenience to downtown Highlands and the private deck. Clean and cute!

Best air B&B stay we have ever had in Highlands. The place was great and Julie thought of everything that a visitor to Highlands would want. We will look to their place first on future visits.

Very comfortable king bed; spacious place; well stocked kitchen!; loved the Alexa voice controls of all things with clear, easy instructions (for us first time users of a total "smart" home); convenient to Main St shops/food and nearby hikes/falls. suited our needs and hopes perfectly!

This place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. It was decorated for Christmas and smelled amazing! They had the small little extras that made us feel at home and the host were quick to respond. Would highly recommend staying in this delightful little place of heaven. Can’t wait to stay next time we are in town.

Had a great stay at Georgannas in Sylva! The space was very cute and clean, with all the amenities we needed for the weekend! We were able to walk into downtown Sylva from the property. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Highlands! The cottage was well decorated and clean. Loved the screened in porch! Would highly recommend.

I stayed at this property at both the apartment and in the standalone cottage and both were excellent. Was here for about three weeks and I never tired of the views the surrounding area is really beautiful . I’ll never forget my stay here.💯❤️

Don’t let the approach scare you off. The property is behind a home. But the AirB&B itself is very well kept, all new appliances and furnishings. Super comfy bed!

The apartment was ideal for the 2 of us. Very cozy, clean & comfortable. We lucked out to arrive during a Christmas event at the Shelton House. Beautiful views of the mountains. Perfect location & easily walkable to the Downtown area - a wonderful variety of shops & restaurants! As stated in the description, the stairs can be a bit much for older knees. We would definitely return!
