Loved the Cozy Feel of Brienne and Chad's place. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The bed is extremely comfortable with soft Organic sheets. Added bonus was definitely the hot tub. Th place was as described in the listing. Within walking distance of downtown. Cute little neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing short of fantastic. Jonathan and Rachael were wonderful hosts, friendly and responsive. Be sure you're reading the description of this place clearly; it is a separate ADU with full bathroom and kitchenette (no kitchen sink, no oven or microwave) behind the host's main house, and the beautifully large windows overlook the rest of the property and land. It is a working farm, and a great experience for guests who would either enjoy the view of the farmwork and animals, or plan to be out and about most of the day. Rachael's pottery studio is an amazing activity add-on, and Jonathan makes heavenly coffee and bread. Highly, HIGHLY recommend taking full advantage of the on-site offerings if you have the time. My stay was exactly what I needed, quite pleasant and relaxing. Wish I could have stayed longer, hopefully I can come back again soon.

This was my second visit to the Barn. I came back this time with my family because I wanted them to experience this special place. The Barn is an amazing space since it gives the peace and tranquillity of a rural setting in a well designed great room area downstairs and 2 large but cozy and comfy bedrooms upstairs. The outside patio was a great space to read, draw and share wine with my family. All of this and only 10 minutes from downtown Ashland. Additionally if you are a hiker there is a trailhead a very short drive away. Communication with Jenn was great throughout our time there. We had the bad luck of being in Ashland during a rare power outage that impacted power in parts of Ashland and Medford. Jenn was great in responding to my questions when the power went out and following up to get information from the power company for us. We also had an problem late at night with the water but Jenn responded to my question and immediately tried to fix things for us. Even though the problem couldn't be fixed until the next day Jenn did everything in her power to make our stay comfortable. I was very impressed and would strongly recommend her as a hostess and this home to anyone to who loves a rural setting.

Possibly one of the closest to perfect AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in. The bunk beds downstairs are definitely unique! The kitchen was super well stocked. Overall totally loved our stay despite the weather not really cooperating so we could do the hikes we wanted to in the area. If the opportunity arises, would definitely book again!

We were in the area for a soccer tournament and this house was perfect. We were close to the fields, easy to find, comfortable environment, and quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was meticulously clean and perfect to end a long day. We enjoyed late at a recommended restaurant and it was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, close to wineries and Jacksonville.

Such a serene getaway. Trees, birds and falling to sleep with the sliding glass door cracked so I could sleep to the sounds of the river. Tranquil describes it. They also went above and beyond with fall themes in their decorations. What a great place to do Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter and I. We are beyond grateful they shared their lovely home with us.

Our stay was better than our expectations were. The host was accommodating and was able to make the whole thing happen with ease after Airbnb cancelled the deal and made things difficult as we were in the middle of planning everything. Communication with the host was the key to getting things moving and the property was a great place for privacy and tranquility for our friends and family in our grieving process. We had a wonderful time on the Applegate with our family and we had all the comforts that we needed and everyone was very happy to be there. Thank you Elana, your staff and property are top notch and we look forward to seeing you again.

My stay at Ali’s Jazzy B suite was perfect for my time in Ashland. It was clean, comfortable, and I enjoyed being in a well decorated and historic home. The location is off of Main Street and close to a bus stop and a nice 15 minute walk into the main township and by the evening there was practically no traffic sound so I wasn’t bother at all. There was a nice breakfast restaurant a quick walk away too! I felt like I had everything I needed during my stay, and the kitchenette was perfect for simple meals and the bathroom was well stocked and the shower had great water pressure! Ali was communicative and incredibly kind and helpful, I’m so grateful for her! This was a great stay, the bed was comfortable and the space was thoughtfully designed.

Laura was a great host and we were able to cook our Thanksgiving contributions in the kitchen provided in the unit. The cookware was well stocked and the oven worked great. Comfortable bed. Nice outdoor area for the dog.

Candace and RG's place is a real gem. We stayed for an entire month and enjoyed every day of it. The house is fully equipped for extended stays. If you are an outdoorsy type you will fall in love with their gorgeous property which has an extensive network of trails to hike. Candace and RG are wonderful folks and since we are now moving to the area we already have new friends. If you want to spend time in the Rogue Valley but stay out of the urban sprawl you'll be hard pressed to find a better spot. Five big stars!

I'm a repeat to King of Queens. Suzanne's place is perfect for my extended stays for work. My dog loves the fenced back yard. Suzanne is an amazing host! I always hope her place is available when I need to go to Medford! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay for a short vacation. Close to everything with beautiful views of the valley. The airstream was cozy and warmed up nicely in the cold weather. Had most everything we needed and was clean. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend, especially if you are accustomed to staying in tiny spaces.

This is easily the best experience I’ve had using this app. This host is responsive, and the accommodations are exactly what you’re hoping for. Specifically if you’re visiting for OSF, this location is the bomb because it’s not down downtown so it feels quaint not crowded and the restaurants nearest don’t fill up as fast as they do closer to theaters. Having a Safeway across the street is a dream.

We have stayed here several times for many reasons mostly what great hosts they are but really love their place comfortable peaceful and still close to everything Love the little extras they do to make us more at home

We have stayed at Claudia’s several times and enjoy her hospitality and the peaceful setting outside of Jacksonville. A great spot for a couples Getaway!

I came from California to visit my son and needed a comfortable, quiet, safe, clean place to stay nearby. This RV was unexpectedly perfect! It had a private covered patio with chairs and table and the RV had recliners and was huge and fully equipped. Off street parking too. Hosts Damian and Kristen were helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again when I come to visit!

Cynthia was very responsive. The space was great and a quick drive to downtown Ashland.

This is, hands down, my favorite AirBnb spot of all time. It is so charming, pretty and unique. Carol has decorated thoughtfully and there are lovely details everywhere you look. I just loved staying here and hope to return on future trips!

The cottage was a very quiet, well-done, cozy space. It was comfortable and everything was in good working order. We hadn’t intended to enjoy the connected spa facility, but it was a perfect end to a day of skiing. We highly recommend it.
